I had an outstanding experience with Master Tech Air. Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled at getting my air conditioning unit back in top shape. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair efficiently. The service was top-notch, and my office is now cool and comfortable again. Fantastic came out and fixed the problem that the installers left behind. I won’t mention the other company, but I did call them and tell them I’m no longer using them and sticking with master tech from now on they know what they’re doing not a huge company but a group of smart technicians that really understand air conditioning and how complex it is.

This company was great. They found a refrigerant leak in my coil and were able to get the replacement the same day and complete the repair quickly. The price was very fair, and everything was explained clearly. I'd definitely recommend them.

My mom needed service for her AC unit in her home. We were recommended by a family member to Junior. Our first impression of Junior and the knowledge and experience he explained to us about the AC system yesterday on 8/20/2025 sold us to make an appointment with the company he works for MasterTech Air. He told us what was needed to eliminate mold, bacteria and viruses that can grow on AC coils and in the air handler. I am allergic to mold and have severe allergies, so we had to make an appointment asap. We made an appointment for the next day which is today 8/21/2025 Junior and Laith came to service our air conditioner and let me tell you they both delivered top notch exceptional service!! They both were knowledgeable, kind, pleasant, and very respectful. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. They installed a UV light in my mother’s air conditioner in her home. The benefits of knowing the pros of having a UV light improves air quality in the house with someone like me with severe allergies is a must to have. I would not have known about this UV light in the AC system if wasn’t for Junior. The professionalism and knowledge that Laith and Junior displayed today is what makes a company successful! If you are looking for a AC company for your home and even your business contact MasterTech Air trust me you will not be disappointed! I recommend this company!!

I am a FL home owner for 3 years now and it’s a shame that there are a lot of services out there that don’t stand by integrity. Master Tech Air and Liath has been such a comforting experience to work with. Stellar customer support and thoroughly provides options where the customer can choose what supports them best and he provides extensive knowledge before deciding which is very helpful if your not savvy with HVAC. There is nothing better than working with someone you can trust and I will say Liath provided that every time. Strongly recommend this company if your looking for great quality and best customer service

if a fan motor or capacitor or any part might be bad take a pic of how wires are set on it, take part into them they will test it and even install the motor into its new bracket in shop.
There one obvious rule, get parts tested from here buy parts from here.
I can't help but tip them each time cause saving from ac repair techs.

I purchased a Blower Motor and Capacitor from KC and he was extremely helpful, very experienced and probably the best customer service I've seen in a long time. He made sure the old motor was non functional as well as making sure the new motor was working 100%.... Great Job!!!!! Highly Recommend this company

I came in to purchase a control board, willing to take a gamble on that being an issue with the blower in my air handler (turning off and on by itself, then later failing to come on at all). They talked me out of purchasing the control board, saying it was more often the motor itself and offering to test it for me if I brought it in. Sure enough, they were right!

The fact that they would forfeit a sale and take the gamble that I would come back to them for the correct part speaks volumes for their integrity (the control board isn't returnable, so I would have had to purchase the motor either way). The fact that they caught my mistake at the checkout counter speaks volumes for their knowledge and experience. Given this and their competitive prices (to online prices, sans shipping), it's clear they were not trying to rip me off, just build a loyal customer base..and that is what they have done!

They were recommended by another parts store that didn't have the capacitor for my AC. Great customer service and advice. Very friendly guy helped me. Don't be nervous to go in if you're not a contractor, no attitude like some other shops.

Old school, real customer service! My AC died early on a Friday morning, none of the services I called could guarantee a fix same day, none of the online places could get the part to me before Monday. Casey at Atlantic AC Supply steered me to a universal replacement at half the cost of the expensive OEM part, tested the old one in front of me, and swapped everything over for me in the store. Even when I wired it wrong, he picked up the phone 10 minutes before closing and walked me through doing it correctly. Cannot recommend enough, this store deserves your business.

When I called they answered all questions and when I went to purchase the blower motor for my air handler. They checked all the components to ensure I was not wasting time and money. they even cleaned it up for me and reassembled the motor into the housing. I am super happy to have my A/C up and running.
