Real honest and friendly staff. KC, the guy who helped me, was professional and honest. I had a bad experience at another shop trying to sell me an under powered blower motor just to get the sale cause they didn’t have my motor in stock. Atlantic AC supply is a huge store, not only did they have my part, KC also treated me like with respect. I’m not a professional HVAC tech so I don’t know it all, but he asked if I had any questions and if I needed anything or ran into a problem to feel free to come back. This place is awesome and the staff is some of the best. I was able to get my AC back up and running thanks to this place. THANK YOU Atlantic AC Supply.

Amazing customer service, which is something I think we are desperately needing. My transactions were easy and for someone with limited experience and knowledge of home ac units, I found their help, expertise, and instruction excellent. They not only sold me a new fan motor for my compressor, they installed it on the protective grill, re-wired the motor, instructed me on the new wiring, and suggested I give them a call if I need help. I am thoroughly happy with my purchases and with the company. Do not spend your money anywhere else. And, if you are handy, and your ac conks out on you, go see these guys.

Was my first time in the store, but KC (spelling?) was extremely nice and patient with me. Knowledgable about what I needed and explained why and what other issues I may have. They probably saved me $200 from having to call a service to come out when all I needed was a relatively inexpensive replacement piece. Will definitely be going back when I have other issues with my older a/c unit.

How refreshing is it to walk into a supply store and get friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service. While at the same time getting all of your questions and concerns answered. On top of that the staff willing to literally get hands on with you troubleshooting your particular issue or AC application. Well I had the pleasure of experiencing all of these things for myself first hand! Big thanks to my man KC for all of his help! Who in my eyes went above and beyond the call of duty with my blower wheel and motor assembly for my air handler, this was much appreciated! and special thanks to this family run establishment for just being there for the little guy! Today, I needed a new blower motor for my air handler. I walked in, full assembly in hand. Within seconds the staff had the likely cause and a few minutes later, after test hookup, motor issue was confirmed. It took me longer to drive to the store.

The best customer service I received from a business in years! KC and the team installed my fan blades on a new AC motor, marked the wires and gave me detailed instructions on how to put it back together on the unit at home. It worked like a charm, and saved me about $900! I will come back for all my AC needs! Thank you!

I walked in and needing help,the problem was the condenser fan motor. Jimmy the owner and his wife helped me tremendously, they guided me exactly where I needed to go and showed me what I would need to do and it worked great. And I couldn't ask for better service! Amazing customer support! My husband went to this store and the owner helped him get the exact parts he needed and walked him through installing the new parts. This store will be our go-to for all our AC needs.

Jim and Lana at Atlantic AC Supply are amazing. My motor on my AC burned out I contacted my AC repair technician and described my problem and immediately he wanted me to purchase a brand new unit. Knowing a new United would cost thousands of dollars, I took a video of the unit and made a trip to Atlantic and showed it to Jim. Jim took a look and confirmed it was the motor. Jim told me a new motor would cost roughly $200, I had to remove the motor and bring it in and he’d change the motor which I did. Jim changed the motor and the fan blades in 20 minutes. He gave me step by step instructions on how to reconnect motor to unit. I followed the steps and AC is working properly as good as new. Jim and Lana not only saved me from $1500 service call, but roughly $6,000 - $7,000 for a new unit. Jim and Lana are experts and professionals, they didn’t price gouge me, plus they taught me a thing or two about AC units. Jim and Lana are incredible. If it wasn’t for them I would have wasted several hundred dollars on an AC tech. This jewel of an HVAC supply store went above and beyond what I ever could have expected.

I called in thinking I knew what I needed, and they took their time to fully understand my problem. Then they identified the best solution to fix my condenser with the minimal cost and maximum performance.

When I came in to pick it up they even helped with most of the labor that I would have had to struggle with on my own. They explained a bit about my setup and answered all of my questions to help me learn more about my home AC.

They did all of it with smiles and positivity. Jim is a wizard, the man is clearly the best of the best and knows what he’s doing. Lana is extremely knowledgeable, kind and helpful - and while I didn’t get to see her work I have no doubt that she can hold her own too!

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable! I went in to replace an AC capacitor, they tested it in front of me and then tested a new one to show me the difference in readings.
Once I explained the issue I was having, that I thought a new capacitor would fix, it was explained the issue was the AC motor. Everyone in the store was genuinely so kind and helpful, explaining how I could remove the old motor and bring it to the store. Once at the store, they tested it and sure enough, it did the same thing there as it did at (my) home. The staff set up a new motor, connected it, showed me how to connect the new wires to the parts I had at home, while also showing me the new motor worked. The way it was explained was super straightforward and I was confident I would be able to set it up at home…and when I could not remember where some of the wires went, I called the store and they walked me through everything, even waiting until I turned the breakers back on to make sure everything worked!! All of the staff is truly amazing and definitely went above and beyond to assist me!! I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an accurate diagnosis and solid information on AC parts! This will definitely be my first stop for any other AC questions/issues in the future!! Thank you all again for your kindness and patience and for providing such amazing service!!
