Extremely honest business here. It’s been awhile since I fixed an air conditioner so my skills got a little rusty. I misdiagnosed a good capacitor as a bad one. I brought with me the capacitor in question and they tested it as good. I was right away able to see how I misdiagnosed it with a simple mistake. (I blame that on passage of time and forgetful memory). Anyways the problem at the end turned out to be the compressor.
I highly recommend anyone to bring in their part in question to this business. If it’s not the problem, they will test it and tell you. If it is the problem they will sell you a direct replacement. That’s a win win.

Amazing service, I was told i need a new blower, cost $700, I called Atlantic Ac described what I had and they told me I could bring my blower with the wheel and they could test and help me replace the motor right there, they even had a motor in stock! I have an expensive carrier unit so the motor was $325 but still half the cost of going through a service. They helped me program the motor at the store. I was back up within 15 minutes of getting home. Very thankful

As KC told me "we are a regular small little mom and pop shop", yes, indeed they are. What Casey didn't say but it's easily seen is that they are also very honest and extremely professional. From now on, my one and only AC shop. I called around noon to ask if they had a replacement for a fan motor (really old 1/12 HP) and was told that he didn't have it in stock but could get it for $163 + tax (same price as I found online), and he would splice it for me and would do his best to get it in the same day, if not, guaranteed next day. it was 4pm on the same day, when he called me back to say it was ready. Keep up the great customer service guys!!! Phenomenal!!!

My air conditioning has been out for a week. I got tired of waiting for the part from the company I called to check the system. So a quick visit not only got me a motor and capacitor. They took the time to take the blade off the old motor, which was not an easy task. He also showed me how to wire the new motor. Thank you again. I’ll definitely be seeing you if I need any other parts.

Absolutely amazing service, knowledge and empathy. I called in because I needed a blower motor that I was having a hard time getting everywhere else. Not only did they have the motor, but they had me bring the whole HVAC blower part, they took it apart for me, cleaned it and installed the new motor all for the same value as the part itself. I felt like I was talking to friends that I've known for years. You can tell that they are in the business of helping you and they find happiness in it!

What a great store for Air conditioning supplies. These local repair stores are a rare treat nowadays. I was only out of AC for one night because I could get what I need within driving distance.

My condenser fan motor blew out and I needed a new one. I didn't want to wait for shipping, but my cousin directed me to this store (where he also bought a replacement motor) and it was a terrific experience.

The direct replacement for my motor was a genteq but they provided an equivalent universal motor with a run capacitor that works just as well for 1/3 the price of the direct replacement. There is an extra capacitor I had to install, but they provided me with all the necessary equipment to do so safely and well. They will take their time to explain any steps, wiring, and test any components you bring to them like capacitors, motors, fans.

Also they will install the new motor for you, do not take apart the fan blade and have them safely remove it. Especially if it is seized on.

Blessed to have a shop like this in my area. As someone who likes to do my own repairs and not have to hire a technician every time something fails, this place was exactly what I was looking for. I got outstanding service from the husband and wife running the place. They set everything up with my fan motor and made it super easy for me to replace my old one. They were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. It was a breath of fresh air going to a place that acted like they actually cared to have your business and solve your problem. This place does things right. Reminded me of how things used to be. Wish I knew about them years ago.

Went in looking for a part I didn’t actually need, when I told them the symptom they told me what the problem actually was, had me bring the motor up still in squirrel cage and changed it out for me, this made the installation at home super easy for me to do. Everything works perfectly now.

Btw there was a wire for the fan speed.. I must have snapped the pic I showed you after I pulled that wire.. thanks again for all your help!

Atlantic AC Supply is a family owned and operated since 1992. They do capacitors, motors, duct work, vents and grills, and air filters. They carry brands Goodman, American Standard, and Rheem. You can have them do your repair, purchase parts from them, or just show them a picture so they can advise you.

We are getting a building ready for an inspection and future sale and the AC broke in the middle of a 100 plus degree heat wave. I brought the part in with a bent wheel and they had the part I needed in stock. They were willing to put it on but some of the bolts were rusted on. Instead they worked with me on the price.

An hour after arriving back with the part the AC was back up and running. I love supporting family owned businesses like this one. They are knowledgeable, honest, and charge fairly. I really appreciate that they helped me out in a pinch and I would definitely recommend them.

Really nice people. They didn’t try to sell me on products I didn’t need. They tested my capacitor and fuses and showed me they still worked. Help diagnose my problem as being a faulty fan motor. They installed the new fan motor on top of my ac unit so all I had to do was attach the top back onto the outdoor unit when I got home. Worked perfectly.

The best of the best. Just five minutes on the phone, and I knew they were the right choice. When my air conditioner stopped working, I sent them a video. It was Saturday at 10:45 AM, and they were closing at 12. Despite the 40-50 minute drive, they encouraged me to come anyway. Once there, they disassembled my motor, which wasn’t easy since removing the blades required significant effort. They replaced it with a new one and patiently showed me how to connect it. I hope your air conditioner never breaks, but if it does, and you enjoy learning while only paying a third or a quarter of what a technician would charge, give them a call.

Exceptional service and deep technical knowledge. I brought in a failed ECM motor and walked out with a fully operational unit within an hour. Their ability to provide professional-grade solutions at a fair price point is unmatched in the area. A true asset to the local community.

They sell part to the public, I think it’s the only place they don’t racket you. Other place to by parts you have to have an account, license etc.. the original Florida mafia about air conditioning! NOT the CASE HERE, HONESTLY, FAIR, FAST, the ac guys were going to charge me 675$ some $1000 for changing a screaming fan, I Took a pic they told me how to remove, take pictures of the connection ( make sure power off!!! ) I brought the fan assembly, 10 mins later was driving back with. A new fan and clear explanation of what to do( you need a little knowledge about electric! 196$ taxes included!!!!! Awesome
