The house stayed stuffy no matter how long the system was running, and we found the AC fan was not working. The technician came prepared, identified the damaged part, and replaced it on the same visit. Now the airflow is strong and consistent again. They really knew what they were doing.

My unit wasn’t controlling temperature properly until they did an aircon thermostat replacement. The new thermostat works perfectly, and the system is easy to adjust now. Their service was quick and professional.

Great experience Michael Zager gave me a fair price without trying to sell me unnecessary upgrades the indoor air quality package was perfect the air feels fresher than ever before.

I called them at 9:00 to diagnose a problem with my AC unit that had definitely served me longer than I could have expected; unsurprisingly it was beyond repair. The guys got me a replacement unit and had it installed, old unit and garbage removed leaving no mess before 2:00. The guys themselves were 'Salt of the earth' and the quality of service was 'as good as it gets'.

Thank God (literally I am) that there are still businesses around here with owners and employees who are competent, kind, reliable, and honest! I attempted to get my Freidrich A/C repaired by another local company, who informed me that both the fan and compressor were “shot” and that the parts (for my 8 year old machine) were “obsolete” and no longer acquirable. They were persistently trying to sell me a mini split. My unit is still for sale on the company’s website, and that’s where I found the information for Associated Factory Repair, so I called them and got Sherry on the phone. She was so kind and helpful, got me on their schedule right away. Turned out it just needed a new switch, which was such a fair price to do, and Brad went above and beyond on the quality of the service all together. I can’t believe the other company misdiagnosed my unit like that just to try to upsell me something new. I am so grateful to have met these guys, I’ve also interacted with the owners/ brothers Donny and Jeremy and they are both awesome. I definitely feel blessed to have me these guys, especially since I have only window A/Cs in my whole house lol. I will be referring this family business like crazy and praying they stay in business and local! Thanks again Sherry and crew!!!❤️🙏
