Yan did such a great and quick job putting in our new air conditioner! From the day it went out they were here in no time and gave us a fair quote to replace the whole unit. Their customer service was unmatched and I’d recommend them to anyone with AC issues.

I give this place a 5-star! My husband called this company and they made it very easy, they came out the same day. My technician Joshua was excellent!, I had no AC and he was able to get it running right away. Josua was very friendly, and knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the customer service as well as the unit serviced. We highly recommend them.

Tyler was very professional in replacing the bad blower motor in my ac unit in the attic. He arrived early and completed the job in less than 2 hours! A pleasure to work with, highly recommend Koala Coolin to anyone needing service.

My condo's AC unit went bust in July, and the company who usually maintains it told me it would take FIVE WEEKS to get it fixed — the hottest months of the year without cooling! I contacted Koala out of desperation, and they were able to get my unit up and running in just a few days. They also provided a temporary high-powered fan free of charge to keep the place cool until they could get the parts needed to fix the issue. This is customer support at its finest, and they've made a lifelong fan out of me (pun intended).

I highly recommend Koala Coolin for all those that have been frustrated with large AC companies that send out technicians that don't what their doing. The service technicians at Koala is high quality and knowledgeable and really know their stuff. I learned a lot just watching in amazement. The service this company provides is unmatched and I highly recommend.

AC blower fan stopped working as per my superintendent in my condo. He gave me a few vendors, but I found Kaola through great reviews and asked for a quote. Not only did they beat everyone's price by 20%, they were prompt, efficient and in getting an estimate and scheduling. Yan and Alex came within 2 hours of contact, and they were very courteous and professional. Got the job done and checked everything else was working. Very happy customer.

Our air conditioning suddenly failed last Friday. I immediately contacted Tyler from Koala Coolin who was referred to me. They took care of me immediately and even came to bring me temporary air conditioning for the weekend! Today Monday, they installed a new air conditioning and the whole thing was impeccable. I had them come and do an inspection for me and they told me that it didn’t need anything done. This has to be the most honest run business I’ve used in a long time. The fact that they didn’t try to do something that wasn’t necessary told me everything I needed to know about this company. That goes a long way in my book especially in an environment that we live in today where everyone is trying to take advantage of you. My hand goes out to Josh the owner. I can’t say enough about how much respect I have for him for not trying to take advantage of his customers. He was very polite and professional and I will definitely use this company in the future for any of my AC problems.

I had an amazing experience with Koala Coolin. Very professional, strong communication, fair price and very clean install. My rep Josh was always on time and always went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. He offered options, explained the pros and cons of the different products and brands and always followed through on his commitments. The owner Tyler even came out to make sure I was happy and everything went smooth. The install was fast and clean and I even signed up for their maintenance plan. I would highly recommend this company.

I’m beyond satisfied with the experience I had with Koala Coolin. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. I normally don’t write reviews it’s not personally my thing, but when you have such great service, there’s no way you can go without praising it. Josh came to my house today, was fully transparent with me, walked me through everything, explained and broke down everything to me. He had quick, and great communication letting me know how long it would take for him to reach my house and everything. On top of it all he left my house the same way it was when he came in, cleaned up my floors, showed me an image of the leak. Great service, beyond satisfied.

Excellent service. Josh was able to diagnose my AC problem right away on a Sunday. Brought portable AC units to cool my place till my parts arrived. Amazing how this company goes well beyond my needs. Don’t hesitate, try them you’ll be glad you did.
