WORST COMPANY EVER DON’T EVER HIRE, RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING !!!!! They came three times. Each time they made the situation Worst. It is now the third day and instead of the AC just not working. My heater won’t turn off. We called to let them know that the AC is still not working. they said you have to hire someone else don’t question our professionalism and hung up the phone on us.

I wanted to share my experiences with koala Coolin. I certainly give them five stars and I would give them 10 stars if I could.
I first contacted them to have maintenance done on my air conditioning unit to prepare it for the summer. They came out and were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectable. I Scheduled an appointment for Koala Coolin to Perform the summer maintenance Needed for my air conditioner that is almost 10 years old.
I noticed recently that my air was not blowing cool and it was struggling to cool my house off.
I had such a good experience with Koala Coolin That I immediately knew To contact them Regarding my new AC issue
They were out to fix my AC within a day and a half. They had to replace both coils and essentially the whole air conditioning system.
I wasn’t too sure there were honest companies out there anymore that weren’t in it for just a profit And would go as far as to sell you equipment you don’t need.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Josh the manager is extremely rude, and doesn't care if he actually fixes the situation or not. He obviously did not and he made it worst, his response, "don't question my professionalism."

We called Koala Coolin for an AC issue and were given a different diagnosis almost every visit: first low refrigerant, then blower motor, then leak, then relay. Each repair temporarily worked, then failed within 24 hours.

We were initially quoted ~$1,000 for a blower motor without anyone checking warranty status. Only after I verified the warranty myself did the cost drop significantly. The motor was replaced — the unit froze again.

A leak search was proposed. No leak was found.

Then the relay was bypassed. After that, the system became worse than before: the indoor unit runs even when the thermostat is OFF, alternates between hot and cold air, and the outdoor condenser does not turn on.

After multiple paid visits and several days without reliable AC, I called to report the failure and was told to call someone else. The call was ended on me.

The system is now in worse condition than when service began.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Yan and Rylan were on time, professional, and extremely efficient. Clean work, great communication, extremely efficient and timely I have two kids younger than two years old. I made the call yesterday and in less than 24 hrs I had a new AC unit/handler installed running perfectly
