Very enthusiastic about their work! The guys were clean and efficient and didn't disturb my home in anyway! The owner, Clay, called and checked on my family after the repair which shocked me because most company bosses don't do that! He even offered to train my teenage son and HVAC to help him start off his career ! Absolutely amazing ! Just WOW! Not only is their customer service above and beyond, but their pricing is extremely fair. We had an emergency (on a SATURDAY) and they wouldn't leave until the AC was back on. You always think the bill for something like this is going to be insane, but it wasn't at all. They are very knowledgable and I would highly recommend them. Calling them for all my future AC needs.

I typically don’t write reviews but felt the need to after my experience with Koala. After 2 quotes and non honest diagnostics from other AC techs - I heard of Koala through a friend where they were responsive, honest, fairly priced, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Thanks for keeping me coooool!

My AC was turning off and on. I called Koala Cooling after receiving an excellent referral from another customer. They diagnosed the issue almost immediately and had my AC working within an hour. I thought it was my Nest, but my drainage pipes were clogged, causing the system to shut off. I could not recommend them more!!!!!!!

I was referred to Joshua through a friend giving me an excellent review.
I called Joshua in the morning & he was working on my 2006 air conditioner by 12:00 pm.
The line had to be cleaned & blown out.The pipes for the water flow to work properly was installed incorrectly & Joshua was the first service person to alert me to the problem. This has plagued my unit since installation causing me constant problems, leaking & money.
Joshua fixed the water flow problem & cleaned up his mess unlike other companies I’ve had in the past.
In today’s market place, it’s difficult to find someone who is reliable & trustworthy.
I would highly recommend his company. Joshua is personable, knowledgeable & his price was reasonable.

Had another company service my unit this past weekend and told me the system had a leak and they couldn't detect it and that I needed a new unit. They recommended a product to stop the leaks and ended up charging me $400 dollars to use the product and refill my Freon. 3 days later it stopped working. Called Josh from Koala Coolin and he found the leak in under 30 mins, also found out the previous company used the incorrect Freon on my unit. Josh fixed the leak, recharged the unit and the unit is working great now. Great service!! This guy really knows his stuff. He could have easily told me the same thing the previous tech did just to make more money but chose to do the right thing instead.
