Had my ac compressor go out. Tech showed up the next day, two hours past the four hour window. No biggie. As soon as he saw my handler, he said I needed to replace everything, inside and out. Then proceeded to give me an outrageously high general idea of how much the compressor swap would cost me. I’ve since called the company four times, asking for a written estimate. Every operator I spoke with (who were all very professional), said they’d have management reply with my estimate. Five days later, and I’ve still had no contact back from anyone. It seems like after I paid for the initial inspection charge, they didn’t care for any more of my business. I just today had another company replace my entire outside unit with a ten year warranty, for literally half of what I was told I’d be spending here on a compressor swap. Oh and it turns out that my handler is perfectly fine. It seems that others have had very good experiences with this company, but for me, it couldn’t have been worse.

The installation went great. The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous. They were careful with my house and cleaned up well when they were finished. They finished in less time than they had told me at the beginning, and I was appreciative for that.

Our tech was Gael, he was professional and got the job done. However, it did take two times as the first time he did not come prepared with the correct materials… Now we’ve been fraudulently charged for a membership we never signed up for, with up to three charges in a single day for no reason.

I called last week to get this so-called membership canceled and refunded. The lady I spoke to said she would let her manager know and that they would call me back but, nothing. Today, I called again, and now I’m being told we “cannot cancel it” because we’re supposedly using it, which is completely false. We never signed up for it, and we already paid for the full services back in May 2024. Yet, they continue charging us for no reason and refuse to cancel the membership we never signed up for.

Once again, I was told they would “let the manager know,” but it’s been over a week of the same runaround. No action, no refund, no accountability. This is a scam, plain and simple. Their customer service is terrible, and their business practices are beyond disappointing. Save yourself the stress and find a company that actually values its customers. I will never return to this company, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Alex was amazing. Very honest and extremely knowledgeable. He knew in seconds what was needed to get my AC up and running again. He explained all my options to not only get the unit running again, but throughly explained all the things I could do to maintain a healthy AC unit for many years. Never pressured in anyway and even offered to check back at a later time if I changed my mind as opposed to feeling the pressure of deciding on the spot. Very pleasant, professional guy, it was a nice welcome change to the usual south Florida expectation for a repair. Cannot recommend enough. Request Alex!!

My AC technician Alex I. from Abraham AC was the best! He clearly explained to me the step by step process he needed to complete for my AC maintenance service. He is very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and very easy to communicate with. He also presented options to me as to how I can improve my indoor air quality. I will definitely request Alex again for any future service needs.

Gael was our tech and he was very professional and kind. Smart guy too! However, I was sold on a monthly payment service plan. For 6 months I was never billed or needed to use it, and then last week I was billed for 5 months in one day. They never called me to give me a heads up about this and being on a budget it was extremely unexpected. When I called to talk to management because I thought it was a fraudulent charge when I had five instances of 1799 in one day debited from my account. I told the lady on the phone how surprised and disappointed I was that this happened, and she told me the manager gave me two options. The first option was to pay off the remaining year of the service plan which was another $120. So I paid over $200 for the service plan in a year and all that I got was one air conditioner tune up worth $75. So that is a rip off. My other option the manager informed her was to pay a $300 and something dollars in what I had purchased in october. So my option was to either pay a lot of money or to pay twice that. They would not allow me to cancel the service plan so I had to call my bank to prevent them from ripping me off any further. This is very bad business and I would not go back here to this company for any reason. This is simply because they didn't notify me and took upon themselves to charge me $100 because their invoicing Department doesn't do their job properly and they never notified me. After that when I called to express my disappointment they wouldn't even sympathize with my frustration.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our office AC broke and needed to be replaced. Our salesman George was excellent and took care of every detail. He knew everything we needed and answered all our questions. The 4 technicians Erik, Sam, Dimitrios and Gael worked great together. They were very neat, kept me up to date of their progress and cleaned up after themselves. Excellent job.

Your bot is terrible. It scheduled me for an appointment yesterday, and then nobody showed up. I rescheduled for today between 8 AM and noon. It is now 12:30 PM. I have not heard from you. I called and asked to speak to a real person. I was disconnected. If you can't fix these issues, I can no longer work with you.

I realize that I already wrote one review for this company but I also wanted to acknowledge other employees who have greatly assisted us during our installation. Demetri was the installer and patiently explained everything that was going on, as well as openly admitted a few unexpected issues that made the installation more difficult. Tom Miller, the Operations Manager, was extremely understanding concerning the situation, and was very eager to assist in correcting the issue as soon as possible. He called several times to check on our status, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, Penny Bickel was extraordinarily helpful during the process of finalizing the permit, making sure that all work was completed up to city code expectations.

A new air conditioning system is certainly expensive and such an installation can be quite stressful, but it is a relief to do business with a company which is obviously trying to provide for complete customer satisfaction. I appreciate the service, and will look forward to continuing to do business with Abraham.

Excellent service, friendly and honest staff. We called several companies and they were the first ones to contact us back and got stated on our repair quickly.

Rafael the service technician did a great job today. Around 11 AM we called because our AC unit wasn't working and set up the appointment for between noon and 4 PM the same day. He arrived about 2 PM and diagnosed our AC problems in about 45 minutes. There were several problems the unit had, and he showed them to me. He then came up with the detailed cost for repair and asked if that's what we wanted to do. I asked how much a new unit would cost (he didn't push this on me) and it was about double the repair price plus a new 10 year warranty. He also threw in a few other perks and I was sold on getting the new unit installed tomorrow! Can't wait!

I had them service my AC in 2021 simply because the unit was having issues and there was a sticker on the air handler from the previous owner. That was a bad mistake. They came and never fixed the problem. I complained and the owner got in touch and eventually arranged to replace the air handler and credit me for the money I was out on account of their fumbling around without a fix. They even blamed a rogue technician whom I was later told was fired. Well, that clearly did not solve their unscrupulous business practices problem. Fast forward to 2024 when a leak developed in the drain pan. It was simply a clogged drain line. They SEVERELY overcharge for the visit (over $400) and I called them directly to complain at this unconscionable charge. They tried to sell me an ioinizing light for $1000, something that costs $99 on Amazon during that same visit!! The owner compromised on their ridiculous attempt to overcharge and authorized a reduction in the invoiced amount. I promptly cut ties with them after that and have had a new company servicing the AC since. Yesterday, over a year later since my move to Iowa, I get a fraudulent charge on my credit card which I have reported to the CC company. I would never let them anywhere near my property. Do not believe the hype. I have had 3 bad experiences with them from 4 encounters but FRAUDULENT BILLING is the true mark of a business no one should ever deal with.

UPDATE: After I reported this fraudulent activity to the bank, I find out Abraham AC has been billing me for the last several months all the while never having provided a single service!! I shall be filing a police report.

My technician Gael arrived promptly for my ac tune up appointment. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me things I didn't even know was wrong with my ac unit. He pointed out that the fan part of my ac unit in my backyard was not working quickly fixed it. He also changed my indoor thermostat that was malfunctioning. I was very pleased with his work highly recommended him to anyone needing HVAC service. I will be calling on him for my next appointment. Thanks so much Gael! You were the best!

AC went out. Got a ridiculously high quote from one company then 2 others about the same. Abraham was one of the 2 and went with them due to tech Rafael customer service and attentiveness to detail. Dealing with knowledgeable people like tom over the phone makes one feel at ease and having a technician like Travaras Eubanks insured me I made the right decision in hiring them to fix and service my ac. Very few times have I had good experiences with residential contractors. This was definitely one of them. I had Alex as the rep and he was extremely pleasant to work with. Very knowledgeable and took the time to really troubleshoot my A/C issues. Install went well. In and out quick with a high quality job. Fair pricing for a great value.

I called Alex again recently to address a clogged drain line. He answered right away and came within a few hours. Also took the time to educate me on preventative measures.

Great company - great people. Highly recommend.
