Unfortunately yesterday evening my air conditioning unit just stopped working. I made a call to Abraham AC And they were able to get someone out next morning. The technician Rafael Was courteous, prompt and professional. He diagnosed the problem and gave an Estimate with his Manager Mr Tom Miller.
I highly recommend this service. They both took the time to sit with me and review the pricing in detail as Well as present other options to remedy the problem. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the service and money spent.

I used Abraham AC a few years ago to help with a AC issue with a house we were just about to sell. They were kind enough to suggest a good, used unit saving us 1000s. I've since recommended them countless times and everyone I've ever sent their way consistently thanks me for their good and, more importantly, honest service. I just sent someone their way today feeling good someone else is going to benefit from good service.

I just replaced my 13 year old Rheem A/C system and wanted to share my experience with those looking to find a reputable company. After spending a few hours reading reviews, I contacted three companies in my area and met with each to discuss my options and receive my estimates. As soon as I met Adam with Abraham A/C, he helped with my decision on choosing his company not only with his knowledge of my old system as well as my options for a new and better efficient unit, but at a price that was so much more affordable than the other competitors. Three days later I had his two man crew of Omar and Avil at my home with my new unit. From the moment these two gentleman pulled in my driveway to the moment they left after the install, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy any customer could ask for. Since I never like to hover over any work being performed at my home, I would occasionally walk outside to monitor the progress and each time Omar explained what improvements he was implementing at no request of mine that honestly blew me away as you don't find that kind of service anymore. He replaced old original corroded brackets(My house was built in 1965) with new metal framing, filled in any gaps around the new air handler with new fiberglass and sealed everything as well as rerouting some copper piping and overflow tubing that I used to step over to work in my carport. Like I said, all this was done without my request which was an added touch to the professional service and attention to detail I was already receiving. My system is running more smoothly and efficient than the day I moved in. I want to thank Adam, Claudia and especially Omar and Avil for making me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. I will definitely be a returning customer when future service is needed.

I’ve had this Abraham for three years, and this year, i am needing some work (low four figures). The tech pushed me to agree to the work while looking at the description on his phone screen. I advised they needed to e-mail me the estimates for review. They’ll be doing the work next week, but they need to work on their pitch.

Raphael was a great technician! This man came out in the rain and fixed my air conditioner without complaining at all. We need more hard workers like this gentleman.

Rafael came to the house and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. Made the repairs and the whole process was seamless for myself and the tenants in our house. He worked through 3 rain storms and stayed to ensure the job was completed properly. Incredible work and outstanding customer service by Rafael and Abraham AC.

This is the 3rd mini split unit Abraham has installed for us. Not only is the pricing competitive but the technicians are professional, they answer all of our questions and they clean up after themselves. We now also use Abraham for our maintenance on our central air units and have had excellent experiences.

Add on to my previous review: Christopher did maintenance at 2 of our properties and he was professional, punctual and cleaned up after himself. Great job! 👍🏻

This company is very professional. The technician was not afraid to crawl all over a small attic. They have a very punctual and organized system.

Rafael came out to conduct a maintenance tune up for me and was very attentive! He took his time to explain to me what was going on with my unit and present multiple options to solve my issues. I didn’t feel pressured to pay for a service I didn’t need. I also love that they take pictures of everything and actually show you what’s going on. Came home from work my A/C was not working, called for service. I had the pleasure of getting an experienced tech named Rafael, he was on point explained everything and put in the work to get my a/c up and running by 10pm. Great service by him would highly recommend him!!

Rafael my technician was extremely knowledgeable, polite and forthright about the failures that occurred with our system. He was able to get the parts ordered quickly and completed the repairs. We had our AC back up and running within a few days ( rainy weather caused delay).

The installation was the best I have seen in my 45 years of being an A/C technician, engineer and project manager. Thank you for excellent work!

Today I had service from Abraham AIRCONDITIONING. I WAS VERY HAPPY TO SEE RAPHEll. Extremely polite and friendly person same time he knew his business. Very sharp gentleman. He finished his service, showed me what he did and ask me if I have any concerns. I can’t ask more than that. I recommend this company and service man RAPHEAL.

What a dishonest visit ! the technician wrote a long list of issues, announced a $1600 repair bill.. I consulted with another company = my AC is running fine!
Plus, they kept billing me monthly long after I requested they stop..

Awesome company and tech Rafael! Our air broke on Friday and we actually had another company come out and said our Motor broke and they would be back Monday to replace it. This never happened, we couldn't even get a call back or speak to anyone except their call center and they got our $99 fee for coming out. My husband call Abraham and Rafael was out in a few hours and replaced our motor the next day without issue. Very nice and knowledge guy. I highly recommend this company. They are now go to for air conditioning issues. You need a company that is reliable living in South Florida!

Rafael was great. He was professional, thorough and efficient. He clearly knew his stuff. He answered all my questions and had great customer service. I really appreciated how he took the time to explain what was recommended and gave me options without any pressure. The pricing was fair and transparent — no hidden fees or surprises.

I am sorry to have to write this review, however I feel it is important to share my experience. In early December I called Abraham AC to check my ac unit. They told me I needed a new compressor and air handler for my Florida condo. I live in CT and had my tenant on site to work with the service/ sales person. I own two condo's in the building and they replaced the ac in my other condo with a 1 1/2 ton unit with little fanfare. I figured I would get the same size ac unit as the condo's are the same size and on the same floor. I asked the sales person why the price was much higher than a year earlier and they said I needed a 2 ton unit which I questioned, but went along with. As it turns out when I saw the invoice after I paid, they only installed a 1 1/2 ton ac unit. The installation was on December 4th at which point they said we needed a sticker on the unit and a different breaker before the city can sign off on the permit. I called them repeatedly to have the work completed. (It took a month and a half to get the breaker). All the while the receptionists on the phone were very courteous, however they could never advance the call to a supervisor or manager as requested. It always seems management is busy. I asked for call backs from a supervisor numerous times and never heard from them. At one point I was able to reach Alyssa, who I believes oversees the call center folks and she promised a call back which never happened. As recent as today, February 2, I was told Alyssa would return my call after her meeting. Never happened. After 2 months I am still waiting for them to have the certification sticker installed so the city can sign off on the permit. My credit card company issued me a provisional credit so I am not out the money at this point. I keep calling and said I want to pay what is rightfully owed for a 1/12 unit as soon as the city signs off on the permit. Hopefully this is a wake up call to management.
