Cleaning for our unit they were so professional and on time trey and his associate were clean and professional and knowledgeable they left my AC running in tiptop shape I highly recommend you call this company hands down best around!!!

Got quoted for the repair at parts + labor. Labor was $230/h. It was a bit expensive but they did come in an hour. The quoted the part at $1500 and when I asked if they have a markup on it they said no. And only charge for parts what they pay for them, and are recouping that on the more expensive hourly rate. After the work was done, I checked the part installed and the price tag on it was $500. So not only did they lie to me during the initial call, they added 300% markup on the part and even added another $300 for "shop supplies". So if you want to pay 3x on the parts, 100x on the screws, rags and refrigerant, and pay $230/h call these guys.
If however you want someone honest, someone who will not blatantly lie to you and hey, not pad their bill with several hundred dollars of silly items (fuel for the torch they used was $170, even though a new torch system costs $60 and has enough fuel for over 12 hours of welding) better find another company. There are hundreds of them in South Florida.

We purchased an older home along the river. We knew there might be a few problems but we are resourceful and decided to invest in our property and fix it all on our own. We made a lot of repairs on our own but when it came to the air conditioning it is something that has to be done right when you live in the south. We bought the unit ourselves but we had no idea about the ductwork. Thanks to All Year Cooling the installation and Ductwork was done right.

I had a panic on New Year’s Eve as my air stopped working. Even on a holiday, Florida Air Service was quick to take my call and help me out. Fortunately my issue only required a quick repair. They fixed it in no time and shares some tips to keep it running smoothly.

They service my AC unit, which was replaced 2 years, so there should be no issues and there were none. So far, I've been happy w/their service. They all try to sell you things you don't really need that supposedly keep your AC running better, but that's probably part of their job. I've had that experience w/other AC companies as well, but overall they are very responsive and show up on time.

Florida Air is probably one of the best company I used in my 27 years of experience. I am a NY building engineer. I deal with power plants, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Needed service for a defective air conditioner for my son, and I got them recommended by the condo board president. Call them mid day and they did a miracle to come the same day. We are talking about 92F in Florida. Technician was amazing, did every step of troubleshooting any of my steam fitters would have done it. Found the problem and fixed. Gave me a detailed report. He was super polite, had extensive knowledge of modern hvac, left the work area impeccable clean. He is an expert in HVAC. Recommended changing the system ( which I had already decided to do) and will definitely do it with them. Try them, and you will be super satisfied.

I asked for a quote and was surprised to discover that their figure was 15% lower than others. Their professionalism, expertise are immeasurable, and most important, their honesty, this is their hallmark. One cannot go wrong by employing them to renovate, service or replace your current system.
