Some good some not so good things, at the end they deserve a 5-★ review.

First an employee came out to look at the work to be done. He said he would send the offer. Sadly, I had to call back twice to finally get and offer.

I'm not familiar with the prices for plumbing, so I asked another company for an offer. As they were higher. I accepted the offer of Infinity Plumbing.

When I called to make an appointment, they said the offer was wrong and it would be almost twice as much. I must admit I got mad. And after some exchange of words (not unfriendly on either side), the manager said they would honor the price.

Now this is good business practice, as I will recommend them and use them again.

Again, I'm not a plumber, but the work done looks great (see pictures). All in all, the 5-★ review is earned.

This is my 4th experience with Infinity. Consistenty, the services and people are excellent - the best I have had in years! They arrive or let you know of time changes; the original call is handled very pleasantly and efficiently. The plumbing professionals really 'know their stuff'... they take their time to explore and really diagnose the real problem. They do what they say they will do.... Congratulations to a well oiled professional team!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Joseph C. with Infinity Plumbing! He went above and beyond in every possible way when replacing my grandmother’s toilet and bathroom sink today. She’s 94 years old and can be very particular about who comes into her home, but she absolutely loved Joseph. She told me how kind, patient, and respectful he was the entire time, and how he took his time making sure everything was done perfectly.

He didn’t just install the new fixtures—he went the extra mile to make sure everything was working smoothly, cleaned up thoroughly afterward, and even helped her with a few other small things. That level of care and attention is rare these days, and it meant the world to her (and to our family).

It’s clear that Joseph takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. My grandmother couldn’t stop talking about how pleasant he was and how much she appreciated the time he took to make sure she was comfortable and happy with everything.

Infinity Plumbing is lucky to have someone like Joseph on their team, and we’ll absolutely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs. I highly, highly recommend Joseph and Infinity Plumbing—you won’t find better service or a kinder professional!

Joe from Infinity Plumbing came out to my house to remove some shower fixtures in my garage. Joe arrived on time and got the job done in an hour. He was extremely friendly, attentive, and took pride in his work. He also made sure not to damage too much drywall when capping the water lines. Excellent work. Thank you Joe and Infinity Plumbing.

Joe came out and took care of my issues I was having with my tub not draining. He was on time, very professional and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He disinfected and cleaned the area back up nicely when he was done. Will definitely be using this company for all my plumbing needs.

Infinity Plumbing did a great job of replacing my water heater. They converted it from solar to electric. Very professional work performed and I would highly recommend them for all your plunbing needs. They were also the lowest price when they estimated the job.

BEWARE! Veterans Plumbing will over charge you not only for their labor but also $150 for their efforts to get a Permit application which is a digital filing of One page. My bill came to the sum of $600 to replace my kitchen faucet and I suppled the faucet.
They arranged for a City of Fort Lauderdale inspection and no one ever showed on the day. I called Veterans the next morning and they told me the work hand passed and the Permit was closed. They had no explanation for this nor did them seem to be bothered that no one came from the City.
I ask you should this company be allowed to keep ripping customers off!

I've been using Veteran's plumbing for over a decade now! (Yes, there was once or twice I used another company in hopes of getting a better deal....but I still keep coming back to Veteran's Plumbing, because the job is always done RIGHT the FIRST TIME!)

They came to my house so many times to try and fix a problem that they never fixed and I paid a lot of money for the problem For it to be fixed yet it never was. They kept coming back to fix it and they never fixed it instead my house kept getting flooded, and when I brought other plumbers to get second opinions(3 different companies) to check on the work that they have done, all 3 companies confirmed that the problem I initially had was never fixed. Instead what veteran plumbing told us to do and let me add in a threatening letter was to replace the cast iron pipe under the house which of course cost a lot of money to do, also let me add they just went with the assumption that the pipes are broken and this is without ever using a camera to check out the lines because they never had a camera working in the first place. The problem was very simple and they never fixed it because they did bad work basically, instead they wanted me to replace pipes that weren’t broken just to justify the horrible work they did when other plumbers came and camera the line to confirm that the pipes weren’t broken not even scratched and in pristine condition but that the cleaning that needed to be done to them wasn’t done properly and that’s why the problem kept on happening. They also wrote in the letter that they sent that they will not come back again unless I agree to replace the pipes. So my advice run for the hills, don’t even bother because honestly not worth your time or money, unprofessional and rude, and the owner of the company doesn’t even bother calling you to discuss anything with you, he’s never there and doesn’t care. This is honestly one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had, not only they never fixed the problem, they did a poor job, I lost a lot of money, but to top it all now I have to pay someone else to fix what they messed up! And also they tried to sell me a problem that I don’t even have to make more money basically! Total rip off !
