Global Plumbing was referred to me by our mitigation company to detect and repair a leak that had completely destroyed our kitchen cabinets. They were responsive, professional and had the problem fixed within two hours so that ServePro could come in and start the cleanup and containment process. Would definitely recommend their services.

I’m not one to write reviews but this certainly warrants one.
I had an emergency at my elderly Mother’s condo this past weekend and couldn’t get anyone to even answer my call. It was a mess and Dennis at Global Plumbing came to the rescue. I have never seen such professional work and clean up. This was not an easy job but Dennis took the time to repair the problem and go above and beyond to insure that the issue was resolved perfectly and that my Mother was completely satisfied. The repair was done with kindness and so professionally that I will highly recommend this company to everyone.
I can’t say enough about Dennis and Global Plumbing except thank you for all you did.

I recently hired Global Plumbing to fix a major leak in my bathroom, and I must say they exceeded my expectations. The plumber arrived promptly and quickly identified the issue. They were equipped with all the necessary tools and parts, which saved me time and hassle. The repair was done efficiently and with great attention to detail.

Had a great experience with the 24-hour emergency service! They arrived promptly after calling on a Saturday evening around 9:30PM to fix a broken pipe that was flooding my kitchen. Just want to thank Dennis upon his professionalism for his repairs that allowed me to use water in an immediate fashion to get me through the weekend until a permanent replacement would be made on Monday morning!

I’m a customer of American Home Shield (AHS) in Brandon, Florida. We had water soaked carpet in the master bedroom and a river of water running out of my garage when I noticed there was an issue. On Wednesday/2:30pm, I called in a service request to AHS regarding a water leak in my home. AHS referred me to Kintex Plumbing LLC; I was provided an appointment timeframe of 1:00pm thru 5:00pm on Thursday (the next day). The technician (Ike) arrived at 1:00pm and my issue was resolved by 2:00pm. I am truly compelled to say “THANK YOU” to “Ike” for being prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional in handling our leak nightmare. The oars are back in the shed.

If I could NOT give stars to this company I would.. they are the WORST. They were supposed to come yesterday and call me half an hour before. They left me waiting the WHOLE day at home, and never called, at 520 pm I called the company (obviously no one answered and I left a message) at 7 pm when my husband came home he found a note on the entrance saying that they missed me at 6 pm, they never called, knocked or rang the bell. When i called to reschedule (after 19 times they decided to pick up the phone) they made it look as it was my fault because “I wasnt there” (which I was) the lady who attended the call was very rude and made it look as it was my fault all the time. If you can avoid this company do it!

Antonio, our plumber in Miami, clearly knows his business. In addition to repairing the problem, he communicated with me specifically about the issues we were experiencing, and how he would repair them. He has a passion for his job, and problem solving. This is refreshing in Miami which is full of unmotivated workers unfortunately. If you have an issue in Miami area, request Antonio, he's your plumbing solution!!

I went through my insurance company and overall experience was not good. They were constantly complaining about what my insurance covers and what it doesn't and they don't pay them well enough. In addition to this, the overall quality of the work was not good. They just want to get over it and doesn't provide a quality work.

I waited 16 business hours for kintex tactician to tell me i have a stoppage, something that i already told them i was having. they make the job seems so huge and told me i will have to reschedule. minted is the worst plumbing company i ever deal with, not recommended. i call another plumbing company who was at my property in less than a hour and have the job done in less than 15 minutes.

Worst plumbing company ever. Ever. Ever. They can't fix anything, don't answer the phone or return messages. Six visits over four weeks to get a sink fixed. Can't get them to fix my toilet and they won't take my call!!! You're better off with not fixing your problem at all then having them "help" you.

Company not very professional and technician dispatched was completely rude. Because of some minor inconvenience of providing service in my building (which can be easily resolved) technician decided to not perform the work and was extremely rude via the phone. The company never called to reschedule visit. Do not recommend

Totally unprofessional. My experience is they make make inaccurate reports to my insurance my company so I keep getting coverage denied for really common problems: A shower drain clogged with hair, was reported as clogged with strange plastic object (FALSE), or toilet running water 24/7, reported as working perfectly.

I am an American Home Shield policy holder and needed a garbage disposal fixed or replaced. Kintex cam out, early on the appointed day and determined that I needed a new gabage disposal. The technician was fast, punctual, polite and knew his craft. Very happpy!!

very disappointment they where sent by sears warranty program , first of all my time frame was between 2pm and 6pm and i get a call at 11.50am that he will be there in 10 mins needless to say I was at work and could not meet him then and explain what the problem was I had a issue with my kitchen sink faucet not a water pressure issue and had my daughter meet him I explain again the issue with the tech via phone when he was at my home he agree with my diagnostic but still submitted to the warranty company that it was a water flow issue therefore they did not cover the parts . I have sufficient amount of water pressure its the faucet that needed to be change . Because of his diagnosis i am out a deductible and still have to get another plumber to fix the issue of changing the faucet . Tech Mario was also rude seems like he didn't want to be brother

Well i called American Home shield.and they sent kintex plumbing.
So first of all guy comes in doesn't say hello my name is .?? So i explain the problem water heater doesn't get water hot in bathroom.
And water wasn't hot in kitchen.
But it started working again before they came .
I read tankless water heaters
Can be that way so i asked him some questions.
He said why am i here ? Why did you call me ? I am wasting my time.
Why would you lie?
Wow that is when i told him to get the @$#× out of my house.
And it was his job to come since i paid 100 bucks for him to be there.
So he says i check one more thing. I said why if nothing is wrong why would you check something else.
Long story short.He was the most unprofessional repair man i have ever encountered.
Lol what happened to saying hello ,recognizing that if i had a problem the other day it seems to be ok now .and if you have any questions please let us know or if it starts doing that again we will come back in the next 30 days free of charge.PLEASE TELL YOUR WARRANTY COMPANY TO TAKE THEM OFF THE LIST OF SERVICE PROVIDERS..
