I just have to say that Kintex plumbing is lucky to have Jose! He was the plumber that came to my home to fix the tub faucet and needed to change another part he is so detailed oriented and took the time to explain what was wrong. He also showed me things I can do for maintenance! Amazing job and great customer service! If you are in broward make sure they send Jose! Super nice and knowledgeable guy! Thank you

If you need a plumber DO NOT hire these people. Guy came, look at the problem (sink to faucet area needed caulking as water was going down to the cabinet) and left because they do not do this. Seriously??? Still got charged and they said to call another company to do it. Now I would need to pay again or at this point is easier just do it ourselves. What plumber can't just put caulk if that was the issue according to them....

I am an American Home Shield policy holder and needed a garbage disposal fixed or replaced. Kintex sent out their technician, Pedro, and he determined that I needed a new garbage disposal. He didn't have the unit I required and had to reschedule the replacement for a later day. Pedro was apologetic due to the delay. He returned as rescheduled and installed the replacement disposal. Pedro was very professional and neat. I am satisfied with the service provided by Kintex and Pedro.

Did not review the problem. Called plumber through home insurance policy. He did a cursory review did not go into crawl space to see what was going on. Issue was a loose pipe not the way the pipes were connected. Had another plumber come out and fix the issue. Not happy with the quick review when it could’ve been fixed

Steer clear of this company. The technician came into my home and immediately decided he was not willing to fix my issue. I had a blockage in my main bathroom and I live in a slightly older home - 1974. Typically during that time the cleanouts were located on the roof. I’ve had an issue once before and the other plumber came to my home immediately assessed the situation, went onto the roof without question. And fixed the issue. This plumber was rude. He was short with me and said that he would not go on the roof. That unless the clean out was ground level, he would not do it. He then tried to get me to sign something and to pay for His service - a consultation. I refused. I explained that I was not willing to pay for some thing that I did not receive. Nor was I willing to pay for an issue I knew I had. He left in a huff. And I never received a callback. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not call them. call anyone but them.

Looong Appointment window scheduled today from 1-5PM for over a week. Red flag #1 when a company makes you sit home for over four hours waiting for them to come.
An unknown Hollywood number called me twice and did not leave me a message.
No one picks up unknown numbers anymore and shame on this worker for not leaving a quick message.
He calls Kintex who calls me. I return the call within four mins, wait on hold for five minutes for a total of 9 minutes later only to find out the plumber ‘moved on’ and is no longer available. What????
Plumber came back yesterday and he was punctual and communicative. I need to order a part and he will come back to reinstall as soon as I get it. I will post an update once completed.

Kintex Plumbing is our Home Warranty's go to for plumbing, and I'm sure glad they are. Especially since they decided to send Ike out to help us with our problem. He was very kind, professional, patient and made me feel like I was his only client of the day. There was no rushing or pushing through the issues. He took his time and check all aspect of what could possibly be wrong starting with the basics and eventually found the problem and fixed it. He also helped explain what a previous problem might have been so that I could have a better understanding of it. Again I can't stress enough how thankful I am that our home warranty chooses to deal with Kintex. I also would like to add that they have a great team of customer service/schedulers.

Pedro came to my house on time. He had to use the snake three times to clear the blockage. And then success!
I appreciated his thoroughness and dedication to the task.
In addition, they replaced a tub faucet and although delayed they kept me updated on its arrival. I didn’t even expect them to replace it! So big bonus points to them. I’m very happy.

Bought bathroom faucets at Loews and the plumbing was assigned to Kintex. We needed an almost immediate install and we received almost immediate service. Got a call from Marin who said he would arrive in 10 minutes. He asked whether Loews had provided us with supply lines. No, they hadn't. Marin said in that case he would get to us in 20 minutes and he did, bearing all the tools and parts needed.A professional job done in a competent manner. Highly pleased!

This has to be one of the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. They are charging me over $420.00 to replace my water heater, that's after my Total Protect coverage. They add additional expenses that they claim are not covered. I got a second opinion and dint have to pay anything out of pocket. Total Protect cover the entire thing. The Kintex tech, told me they could not replace my 65 gallon with another 65 gallon tank because they were no longer available, that they I had to downgrade to a 50 Gallon. Main Line Plumbing came and replaced it with a 65 Gallon for no additional charge... if you are using Total Protect do not use Kintex, they are a bunch of crocks... I would not trust this company.......

I carry American Home Shield on my house and Kintex plumbing came out for my first claim 4 years ago. I was extremely impressed with their response time, friendliness and how neatly they worked. My neighbors commented on how they worked as we all keep an eye out for each other. Since that first encounter I’ve had them out 3 more times and from scheduling to communication on arrival to the plumbers that actually come out I cannot say enough. They are professionals and they’ve solved my issues every time. I recommend KINTEX because let’s face it, nothing shuts down your day to day like water/plumbing problems!

About a week ago, had a toilet that was on constant run. Put in a service request, had a call 2 hours later for service same day. Plumber was at the house 4 hours later and repaired the toilet in less than 15 minutes. He cleared his mess, wouldn’t even have known he’d been there. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Today I had to call about a hot water heater leak and am already assigned a plumber for first thing tomorrow. This Company is EXCELLENT in responding to repair requests and getting your needs met in a timely manner.

Fantastic service. I had a complicated sink replacement through Lowe's, with whom KinTex is a contractor. Kliment of KP was terrific. He measured precisely (unusual size cutout), suggested a specific replacement and explained everything thoroughly.

Gary, who did the install, was also great. On time, perfect job.
They are also both good guys, personal, punctual and professional.

I will be contacting them directly for any future plumbing needs.

Kintex Plumbing arrived on time, calling before. Very polite and professional. Cleaned up all messes. Made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Checked other areas for problems or potential problems. The best of all, they charged us 1/3 the price of other plumbers on Home Advisor. We will use Kintex Plumbing on every plumbing job in the future.

We've used Kintex Plumbing for several services and equipment replacements over a few years. They're always efficient and polite. They have always exceeded their arrival estimates by showing up earlier, within their time range! I love that they don't come at the end of the day. The quality of their work is top notch! I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Kintex Plumbing, as a contracted provider for Choice Home Warranty, came to my home to unclog a shower drain. I was working the day of the appointment and had my elderly father come over to let the technician in and pay him at the end of the service. When the technician cleared the clog, he removed and broke the shower pop up drain. He left the drain on the side of the shower, told my father he had finished the work, collected payment, and left without saying anything about breaking the drain.

When I got home and noticed what he had done, I tried to put the center of the drain back in and saw that the pop up function no longer worked. I called Kintex the following morning and asked them to come back out and fix the drain. They said the technician denied causing the damage and refused to come back unless I paid them again (BTW bathroom was newly remodeled and the drain was brand new). Then they ignored weeks of recall appointment requests from Choice Home Warranty.

In the end, I did have to buy a new drain and pay another company to install it. The technician took advantage of the fact that my father trust him to do the work properly and then lied about breaking the drain. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY!!

Amazing amazing service. After piss poor service by frontline plumbing this company sent a technician named yuri. He was extremely professional and helpful. Took his time and fixed the issue after frontline plumbing stared at it for 5-10 seconds and left. Highly recommended service.
