Called Terry’s Plumbing today around 11 to see if they had availability to snake our line since one of the bathrooms was backed up. Angela was great and said Yes but wouldn’t be til the afternoon. 1pm she calls back and says technician was en route. Mark showed up and was patient as I had to put the dog away. I explained the issue as I had already troubleshot the recurring problem and knew our pipe layout from previous work. He was kind enough to honor pricing from another plumber that had done the job for us previously. Mark was able to quickly and efficiently resolve the clog. I would absolutely call Terry’s Plumbing again and recommend.

I got a recommendation to use Terry's Plumbing from my sprinkler guy to refurbish 3 toilets and the experience was absolutely fantastic!!

My experience working with Terry's plumbing recently in regards to an underground leak in my front yard was spectacular! They helped find and isolate the leak - and repair it quickly, while keeping me informed of the process . Their response time was fantastic (Probably 20 minutes from the time I initially called). I highly recommend Terry and his team for all of your plumbing needs.

I have used Terry's Plumbing many times over the years for repairs and kitchen/bathroom renovation projects. Every time, they have been professional, on time and provided accurate and reasonable estimates of the costs. They always call and let you know when they are on the way and resolve the problem as advertised.

On the last call to resolve a clogged sewer line, I got to meet Terry himself (on a Saturday at the normal rate). He took the time to explain what was happening and why. He went above and beyond what he needed to do and to educate me about the plumbing in my older house.

I have used other plumbers in the past and felt ripped off. It can be tough to find competent and honest plumbers who know what they are doing. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Terry’s was the low bidder (out of 4 quotes) to replace our water heater. They did a great job with the replacement - very quick scheduling and professional service. I’m well pleased.

I had what I thought was a minor plumbing issue with my kitchen faucet. After 4 visits from 2 different plumbers and $400 in charges the problem still persisted. When the plumber left after his last visit he informed me that Terry would be getting back to me concerning the next step. 3 weeks later I still haven't heard back from them. I think this is a very poor way to do business.

I had Terry's Plumbing come for a toilet repair and James M. did an excellent job . He was on time and explained everything he was doing. I would do business with them again in the future.

I call Terry Pluming, both of my toilet were backing up with clear water, then you wait seven hrs then water go down,the owner of the company came out do is job and stated your sewer pipes are clear, The owner of the company did not charge me a penny,because it's a septic tank problem, most company would have changed you. Terry Pluming goes above and beyond to help you. Terry recommended several septic companies, God bless you 🙏 all

Mark was able to complete the washing machine valve replacement after carefully assessing the problem. He came on time, communicated the steps to be taken and was very professional. I would highly recommend Terry's plumbing. I had received estimates from another company and the price was very reasonable for the repair.

Terry's Plumbing came out n a Sunday for an emergency and arrived within an hourmwhich I truly appreciated. They were on time,quick and efficient, and resloved the issue in a tmely matter. John was sent out and did an amazing job. He was courtesous professional, and made the whoe process strett free. I am very grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them!

Great experience working with Nick. He was so easy to talk with; super friendly guy. Replaced our main hose valve and hose faucet. Got in done in less than an hour. Even answered a few questions we had about other work we needed to get done. Would 100% recommend.

As I struggled with a unique HVAC situation, the team plodded along with me. My existing system was hanging by a thread and I was refusing to cut that thread until all options were explored. Twice a tech was sent to my home to offer expert advice and replacement options should the need arise. With tech and admin assistance, the HVAC situation was resolved without replacement cost. Thanks team for a job well done.

Very responsive! Great customer service. Showed up a little over an hour after I called and fixed my A/C almost immediately (he had to go get the part, but that didn't take very long).

We had a leak that prior contractors could not identify. I cannot speak more highly of the expertise and friendly professionalism exhibited by Vinny and Jesse in getting to the root of the problem.
