Erica’s plumbing re-piped my entire home for a reasonable price. In comparison to the 2 other companies I received quotes from they landed in the middle in terms of pricing. I chose them because they were CLEAR in setting expectations and didn’t try to SELL me. The work was completed in 4 days and every technician was respectful and courteous throughout the entire process. My only complaint is in the beginning I requested the drywall patches that come out whole, be saved so I could close the 20-30 holes up much sooner. I told them they could leave the old patches on the floor but when I returned home they were gone. Because I cleaned out my savings on this re-pipe, I now have to go a few months with holes in my home until I can afford to get new drywall and until I have the time to complete what could have been a small project but is now a major project…..
I digress….overall, they were very easy to work with, communicative, reasonably priced, AND they sent the CUTEST gift after they were complete—the cookies were DELICIOUS!

I highly recommend this company. Service and communication is Excellent. The tech David responded on time, resolved the installation of our new replacement dishwasher and he really knows his craft. The old dishwasher installation presented challenges for replacement and David confidently put in extra time to insure everything was level and clean. Very courteous team and worth $ spent. Great experience and I will rely on them for any and all future projects for plumbing and AC. I never participate in surveys, but they exceeded my expectations. Thank you David, Gigi and Maria.

I have used Erica’s twice now. They are THE most professional company I have ever encountered in FL! They send a picture and bio of your technician before they arrive, are on time and are honest with fair prices. I first had them put in a new water heater for me! Connor was amazing! Yesterday I had them do maintenance on my AC. Chis was equally amazing! The ladies in the office are SO nice & helpful too! All of their staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and they really seem to care about their customers. They also clean up any mess they make, which most companies don’t. I’m SO glad my sister turned me on to Erica’s! They are truly a gem in South Florida!

Had the WORST experience of my life with them. I wish I never chose them to install my air conditioning system! Nothing but issues and they always find a way to charge you even when you purchase “warranty” on top of that they sent a technician Jose who was incredibly rude, yelled at me, and called me crazy in my own house. This is what you get with Erica’s plumbing.

Words cannot describe how wonderful a company this is. I had work done from a previous company, who have since permanently closed (as they should have) and as per the city of Deerfield Beach, strongly suggested I get another plumber to come in and close out the permit. Without batting an eye, Erica’s came and did the job. The tech (Evan) was gracious, helpful and knowledgeable. Today, the permit was closed.THANK YOU everyone at Erica’s Plumbing! If you want to use a company that knows what they’re doing and come to your home with a great attitude, etc., this is the company to call!

BEWARE: I hired this company to flush my hot water heater. The technician accidentally leaked acid on my tile flooring which stained and damaged it.

When I contacted the company to discuss the issue, they sent out service manager Fred who was argumentative and informed me that the company would not agree to repair the damage.

At the company's request, I then provided them with estimates from 3 licensed and reputable tile flooring companies. More than a month has passed and the company refuses to repair the damage and restore my property to its pre-loss condition.

Absolutely wonderful fast service. Erica’s plumbing has done plumbing, New AC installations, AC service and restoration work for us throughout the years no complaints at all. Love working with them!!

As a recent transplant to Florida, I've found it incredibly difficult to locate a reliable and honest business for home services. After struggling to get a good recommendation from locals, I turned to Google and found Erica's Plumbing and Air Conditioning. I decided to give them a try, and I'm thrilled that I did.

From the moment I called, their customer service was responsive and professional. The technician Chris who came out went above and beyond. Not only did he arrive promptly, but he also took the time to explain exactly what was causing my issue. He was honest about the fact that he couldn't personally fix it due to the specific nature of the problem. However, instead of just leaving it at that he explained in detail what I needed to do next, providing all the necessary information so I could get the issue resolved correctly.

I was impressed with his patience, expertise, and willingness to ensure I fully understood the situation. Even though they weren't able to complete the repair themselves, this level of honesty and care speaks volumes. Moving forward, Erica's Plumbing and Air Conditioning will absolutely be my first call for any plumbing or air conditioning needs. Overpriced company, without breaking down the costs. I don’t recommend. They came to repair/change two hose bibs that were leaking behind our washer machine and they total it for 629… I figured it would be a 2-3 hour job for the amount they quoted, he did it in 48 min. Not sure how this company prices stuff since they claim they don’t have flat rates, does replacing two hose bibs cost 629? I don’t think so, hose bibs are at most 14 dollars a piece and he didn’t work for more than an hour to charge this much. I’m very disappointed in this company. Also Nate D. seemed nice in person, but when my husband who had been at physical therapist while Nate had worked on the hose bibs called, he became a total different person. He was cussing my husband out on the phone when we were trying to figure out why the price was so high… I’m not happy at all

We are very satisfied with Erica‘s Plumbing. Our technician, Pedro, is an excellent guy, and a quality plumber. He did a great job at installing a new lavatory faucet. We recommend Erica’s strongly. They are reliable and honest, and Pedro was terrific. Great company and Pedro is excellent!!

Anthony and Jacob did a great job! They addressed my issue and got it repaired quickly. I really appreciate their hard work and expertise. I can tell that they take pride in their work. I will definitely be using Erica’s for anything I need in the future.

I would highly recommend Erica's Plumbing. Everyone on thier team is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. It was after hours and I clogged my kitchen sink with bread crumbs. They quickly responded and we were able to get our sink unclogged and be ready for our dinner party and guests that were coming the following day. FIVE STARS...GREAT COMPANY!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company! They showed up on time, were extremely professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The job was done quickly, the price was fair, and they left everything neat and clean. It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about both quality and customer service, but these guys nailed it. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs!

Jose and his helper truly impressed me by their professionalism and experience in delivering and installing of my new Rudd HVAC system for my home.

We noticed water running out of our garage on Monday. We thought it was from refrigerator or hot water heater. It was a small amount of water that turned into a river two days later. We called Erica’s plumbing after a disastrous experience with our last plumber who remodeled our guest bath and spot bonded large tiles that had to be completely redone days before our daughter’s wedding.

After Erica’s plumber, Anthony, arrived, we soon learned we had polybutylene pipes leaking behind our new kitchen refrigerator in the same wall where we had a huge leak in 2016 in the hot water heater line that caused significant water damage and we had to stay in a hotel for a week—this was repaired by an emergency plumber we found on call as it happened at night and caused quite the flood.

After Erica’s plumber did a pressure test, they found a leak in the guest bathroom pipes—which had been fully remodeled by the disastrous plumber in 2021. It’s been a huge and expensive mess dealing with these polybutylene pipes, but Anthony stopped the water leaking Day 1. However, we noticed wet carpet (which we had just replaced a month ago while remodeling) and found another leak Day 2 in the same area that was fixed the day before.

We still have loud dryers running 24/7 but hope to have everything dry by Monday. This was an unexpected, stressful and very expensive problem to fix, but we are grateful Erica’s plumbing & team was able to stop the water pouring out of the garage wall and other leaks that surfaced after the pressure test.

Now we have to pay a drywall contractor and painter to patch and repair 10 large holes in the drywall and paint the four rooms which is another huge expense.

We are going to tackle the root cause and begin pulling permits and searching and shopping for competitive quotes to repipe the house in 2025. Hoping to find an honest, certified and reliable polybutylene repiping specialist to hopefully end these polybutylene pipe leaks for good without having to take out a second mortgage on our home.
