Excellent plumbing service. They came out right away. Their technician, Dakota, found the clog and cleared it within minutes and then checked the rest of the pipes to make sure everything was working fine. Great experience. Great price. Would definitely recommend.

Called Erica’s for some quotes regarding options to replace iron pipes. They sent Nick M out the same day who was excellent at explaining the options we have moving forward. Nick even provided estimates within an hour of his visit which is incredible. Seems like a very professional company that made me feel more comfortable about the work that will need to be done. Still weighing some estimates before choosing but Erica’s may have made the decision easier.

I just called to get some information about our water heater. We weren't sure if it was going bad or if it was just too small for the family. Nick M.(service tech) came out and presented himself to be extremely knowledgeable. Nick provided me with a free estimate of multiple different options to use as a solution to our problem. The best part was there was no pressure to make a decision at all at any time. Nick explained everything in such a nice way and answered all of my questions very well. We haven't even made our decision yet but after this experience I feel very comfortable calling them back to do the work when we have. I'm glad I decided to call and give Erica's Plumbing a chance. We look forward to calling them back again when we are ready!

I recently had a need to use Erica’s Plumbing to find a leak. The plumber Anthony knew exactly where to go to identify. Both their customer service and field plumber provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them as they are prompt, professional and responsive in a very efficient manner and communicative to their customer.

First time we used Erica’s and we will definitely use again! Communication from the first call was fantastic. Arrived within the time window, was knowledgeable, identified and fixed the issue with excellent professionalism and efficiency. I can't say enough about Erica's Plumbing and A/C. I recently had called Erica's for Plumbing. I spoke to Gigi in dispatch, she asked if it would be okay if they came out the next day.
Plus she couldn't of been nicer with all my questions. The plumber that came out. Nate Durkin called to let me know he was on his way and when approximately he will be at my home, I also received a text with his photo and bio!!!! He arrived as said, actually earlier. The issue turned out to be minor and not only did I not get charged at all he asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at while he was there. I've used Erica's previously for my a/c. Each time the service was excellent. The technician fully explaines what the issue is with photos so you can see since the a/c is in my attic. I've been given options to solve my problem but never pushed into buying a new a/c. I've also previously had a new water heater installed and other work done, the prices are VERY reasonable, Every technician is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Plus they clean up afterwards. I also received a call from Reese in customer service to make sure everything was satisfactory. Talk about true customer service. Which nowadays you rarely get. I never recommend anything but then again I've truly never found a company like Erica's plumbing, and highly recommend for plumbing and a/c!!!

Great experience came out immediately for me on a Sunday. Nate was very quick and knew how to shut the water off and fixed the pipe. It was broken in a few places and in less than a hour everything worked great. Definitely using them for all future issues. Nate is amazing.

My whole experience from start to finish was amazing! I had 2 new toilets installed and my shower drain cleared out and unclogged. The office staff were empathetic, professional, and had great communication. The plumber, Nick, was super professional, friendly, efficient, and honest. I will definitely be using Erica's Plumbing for my future plumbing needs!

Ryan is so great. Friendly and efficient. He came as a same day emergency call when our ac was out in 90 degree heat when another company couldn’t accommodate us for 4 more days. Erica’s plumbing and ac sent out Ryan for us within an hour and he got their ac back up and running quickly. He was thorough and very kind to my parents. We are so happy with this company that we took out a service plan with them as well. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

They text you a picture and background information on your technician who shows up clean and ready to diagnose your issues. I called them and asked specifically if they new about fixing a Daiken Mini Split. They said yes. Came to my house and said they needed to call Daiken to figure out the issue. $180 an hour for the call to Daiken. I agreed. They called Daiken couldn't figure out the issue. Charged me the $180 didn't fix it or give me any resolution to fix. And said good luck have a nice day. Not happy would not recommend.

Erica’s Plumbing is excellent! We have used them several times and are very pleased with their work. Special acknowledgement and appreciation to Pedro Piedad who discovered the plumbing problem and fixed it immediately. Not only does he do outstanding work, but he is a pleasure to work with.
