I have used Don’s Plumbing for years, they are very professional, and do the job in a timely manner & on budget! Hands down a great company!

Had used Don's on one occasion before for a clogged toilet at my house. Wife dealt with them and was very happy. This time we called for a leaking water heater. Heater was located in the laundry of our house. A guy named Jay came out. Gave quote to replace with new unit. Two different guys showed up a few hours later and began work. About an hour in my wife went to offer water when she saw a guy named Carl with a pair of her undergarments held to his face. She immediately closed the door separating them from the interior and spoke with a Vicky. Not sure how things were handled. Needless to say. They didnt finish install. And never said anything about not getting paid. Be warned.

I set up an appointment for a minor repair, Vicki the business representative gave me a hard time, she was rude and had an arrogant attitude, and she refused to provide insurance information to my condominium association as it is required for all vendors/contractors. I asked her if I could talk to my Condominium Association and work it out so they could come in and fix my toilet's angle valves. Vicki told me that on behalf of the owner I should go some place else and that they were not interested in doing a small job. I asked to talk to her boss and she arrogantly said he was not available. This company is misleading, it is a shame that they "cherry pick" jobs and don't provide residential services as they advertise on their website.

They spent two hours trying to fix a blockage in my kitchen sink and charged me $240 but weren't able to solve the problem. Leon, the technician, was a good guy but now I can't get Don to call me back. I've left two messages and it's been 3 days but nothing.

Thank you for the reply & I hope everything is OK with Don and his family. Again, Leon was a good technician and I had no problem paying a fair price for his labor. What I don't understand is why I wasn't given a courtesy call to let me know that Don was unavailable. You called me Thursday of last week to confirm my credit card # when you weren't able to run my card, but I got no response when I called Monday of this week and then again Tuesday for a follow-up. Leaving a customer in the dark for 72 hours when you've already charged them is unacceptable...I wonder how long it would have taken to get a response if I had not posted this review?

Very happy with your services however am highly taken a back that you pass on and add 4% credit card fee for convience of a credit card. Not a good business decision. That is your cost of doing business. Period.

You did a BIG job here at my condo finding a water leak under my building and repaired it. Everyone was happy with the work! So I assumed a small leak at the base of my sink and installing a new faucet would go well. Not so. The old faucet had to be drilled out. It was difficult but your plumber was able to get it out. The problem was during the process, he dripped oil all over the place. I went behind him cleaning it up from my floor and cabinets. Okay. When he finished, I asked for the old parts. He didn't want to leave them and it took some persuading. After he left I realized he took my NEW faucet box and everything in it. Then I realized he had not installed the new soap dispenser and had taken the new one with him. Not happy. I called him and he offered to come back later that night to install it, which he did. I had company by then. Before leaving, he shared a whole lot of information about the not so good inner workings of your business and all of your personnel problems. Not good for you, him, or me. Since he implied he's the last plumber you had left, I doubt I would use your services again. I can say, the sink no longer leaks and your office is great to work with. The plumber however, very unprofessional.

I see a lot of mix reviews but my experiance my experience was nothing but great! Casey came to check if the pipes needed to be changed for the main water tank. At first he thought that is what he will be doing but then he said let me try something...  After opening and closing the main valve a few times the problem was solved! Thank you Casey for being honest! I am looking forward to my master bathroom remodeling and hope that everything will go as nice and smooth. Will be posting an updated review after its done ;)

I had called Terry’s plumbing regarding my water heater not producing hot water. The thing just stopped heating the water.

It was on a Monday and after calling another plumbing service but getting an appointment date of Tuesday or Wednesday I very quickly called Terry’s plumbing and they were able to get one of their guys out within a couple hours.

I thought I may need a brand new water heater being mine was at least 10 years old and know sometimes it’s better to get a new one than pay for a repair if it’s 10 years and more and I was ready to pay for one if needed.

Jose showed up and quickly evaluated the situation and determined that I would NOT need a new water heater and that he could repair it to working conditions. I was elated. Extra Christmas cash for me.

Jose was professional, honest, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. He was a great representative of Terry’s plumbing and I highly recommend Terry for all your plumbing needs. They are a great American company!!

Finally found a plumber we can trust! Jose came out to check out our toilet that was always running that we (as not very handy people) could not get fixed. He was on time, very friendly and did a quick easy adjustment and let us know if it happened again to just give him a call. It's great to know you have someone you can trust for issues like this! We will absolutely use Terry's Plumbing again and will ask for Jose!

I will most definitely be using Terry Plumbing again if I have any more issues. Rob was punctual and very professional. He did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier with his work. They are very efficient and their price was reasonable. All in all I have no complaints and would refer them to everyone!

I called yesterday to set up service and I was scheduled for first thing in the morning, which worked out perfectly. Jose & KB were professional and did an awesome job. They were here within the scheduled time frame and were both very respectful. Definitely will recommend and use for any future plumbing needs. They both did an awesome job with stepping me through the process of the work that was being performed. Thank you!

After having a few plumbers attempt to high ball us, Terry's Plumbing was a blessing. Did a great job walking us through our options, maintained a tidy work space, and was clearly knowledgeable. You get what you pay for, and we paid for quality.

Great service from Terry’s plumbing! Barry was awesome at helping me problem solve my issue and his instincts came in when there was a question on the power supply. I was very appreciative of that as it turned out that the wire in the wall would not have supported our existing tank, let alone the new one! Barry- Thank you again! Will definitely use Terry’s again.

I called to request a bid to replace our sewer line, and my whole experience with them on the project has been terrific. Michael came out and talked me through what he thought was the best solution and answered all my questions. After we paid a deposit, he was in contact with me and daily. The rest of the crew from Terry's were courteous and competent. I'm glad I saw the shop and then thought to call when we needed work done.

In the past, I have used Terry's plumbing a couple of times. They were quite responsive and did a decent job. Today, unfortunately, was a TOTALLY DIFFERENT experience. We needed a part replaced in the back of the toilet. When we called, we were told $100 minimum charge. Knowing it wouldn't take long, we understood that was the minimum.

When the tech arrived, he tried to charge $125, stating that he had to drive 30 minutes to get to our home.

Stephanie, the unprofessional representative of Terry's Plumbing, told me the job took 9 minutes. Unfortunately, based on the level (or lack thereof) of service, on the telephone that I received this evening, along with the change in price from $100 to $125 for a 9 minute job, I cannot in good faith ever recommend these folks again. NOTE: We ultimately only paid $100, but the fact that the tech tried to quote another amount, despite the fact that this was a 9 minute job makes me question integrity.

Customer service is not a nice to have; it's a must have in today's world. This woman's lack of service on the telephone resulted in their loss of a customer who was loyal and recommended them to others in the past. After today, I can no longer recommend this company.

When I told her I wanted to speak to the owner, she told me that wasn't possible and that she WAS the manager. I asked her multiple times how I could reach Terry, and was never provided an answer.

If you call on them, good luck, and be aware of the prices to ensure you're not overcharged.

I’m so grateful to Casey, who came immediately after my bathroom flooded 3 times in 1 morning. He was very patient, knowledgable and professional. After much difficulty from my building, he fixed the problem. I’ve never used Terry’s plumbing before, but I will again.

Had very low flow in my sink and showers out of no where. We called Terry's Plumbing and they were available right away. Alex came to the house, checked my meter, the master valve and even the cut off valves and showed me it was likely the fixtures had debris from the lines. I changed all the fixtures over the weekend and he was spot on. I appreciate his honesty. Highly recommend.
