Steven and his colleagues came and fixed our home by digging tunnels and installing new PVC pipes. He was professional, timely, tidy, and responsible. Steven and the drain king team are amazing! They came to help during an emergency situation where the cast iron pipes were so eroded and broken that we couldn’t flush the toilet without the tub and toilets backing up.

Steven came over after hours to clear out the pipes/blockage, and took a video of the pipes inside to show me the need to repair ASAP. He took the time to make sure I understand all options and gave me his expert opinions. He made me feel comfortable and was very responsive and gave constant updates on the progress.

It literally happened one rainy night at the same time. My toilet clogged up, and my bathtub backed up with some nasty black gunk. I posted on FB that I really need help. I had one bathroom, and my husband is disabled. I received a lot of comments with people referring their plumbers, or their family members who are plumbers.
People even suggested their homemade remedies to fix the situation. I knew I was going to need a miracle plumber. A plumber who specializes in Cast iron pipes. Then Steven from Drain King posts, "I’ll do it for no cost and run a camera inspection to see what’s causing it to clog. Have a great night, and God bless. Drain King Plumbing." I've never heard of a plumber running a camera and not charging a service fee. I immediately went to his website and noticed that he specializes in cast iron pipes. I heared the angel's singing. His reviews were amazing! On Drain Kings website you even get to see the work that they've done with cast iron pipes. We scheduled the appointment with his employees, Joey, and Casey to come out. They immediately sent in the camera and had me watch the screen, and there was the clog. A pair of panties accidentally got flushed down the toilet, blocking the pipe. Another pipe was clogged with a lot of toilet paper. They retrieved it all out. By then, Steven shows up, and true to his words, he did not charge us. The search also found that some of our cast iron pipes need to be fixed, and at a later time, we will have that work done when we can. I highly recommend Steven and his crew. They are very compassionate and professional. We will be using them again in the future for sure, Amen.

Drain king came in and helped me and had a difficult time, when I realized that the waist lines in my house had rusted out, nothing anybody wants to deal with. They were highly recommended to me, came in at a competitive price and we’re able to remove the cast-iron that was rusted away Well, not cutting through the slab Like many wanted to do. Diggingunder the house They replaced everything with PVC pipe and stainless steel hangers. they made a minimal mess outside and no mess inside despite all of the work that they were doing, I only lost water for a couple of hours twice during the project. One night, almost at midnight, I was running the dishwasher and doing laundry while relaxing on the couch when suddenly I saw water coming into my living room. My toilet was overflowing, and food-filled water was coming up through my bathtub. I had a real emergency on my hands‼️

I called several well-known plumbing companies, but none could come out until the morning. Desperate, I searched Google and found Drain King Plumbing—all 5-star reviews (with just one 4-star, and even that review was great). I figured they had to know drains.

When I called, the owner, Steven, answered the phone. I was a complete mess and having an anxiety attack. Steven was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring. He literally talked me through calming down, telling me to take deep breaths and assuring me everything would be okay. That alone meant so much to me.

Once I calmed down, Steven said, “I’m sending someone out tonight. They’ll be there within the hour.” Minutes later, his technician Anthony called and told me he was only about 10 minutes away and to relax—he’d take care of it.

Anthony arrived and quickly determined my main sewer line was clogged. Since I didn’t have a cleanout, he accessed the line from the roof. Within minutes, things started draining—but when he pulled his cable back, it had sand on it. He immediately recommended a camera inspection and didn’t wait or upsell—he did it right then and there.

The camera revealed the real issue: broken, rotted cast-iron pipe under my bathroom.

The very next morning, Steven emailed me the quote and permit application. The price was fair and reasonable, so I approved it and paid the deposit. That same morning, Stephanie came out, handled all the paperwork, and even notarized everything on the spot—so professional and helpful.

Then an engineer came out, tested the backfill, and approved it. Finally, the city inspector returned and signed off on the engineer’s report.

From start to finish, this process was handled with professionalism, care, and honesty. It’s hard to trust people these days, but I trusted this team completely:
