I called cause my neighbor used them. Said hey my faucet is leaking and my bedroom needs a replaced faucet probably both 2 bathrooms and hey while I have 3 let's just go for all three. Well the lively and non timid phone lady said ohhhhh... that should not be a problem...the guy that showed up was great.. but then they said we'll let you know and tell me that I need 2 new faucets...and charged 120 just to look at them for the 1st visit...(think I just told them that before they even showed up ) oh shocker... so my diagnosis was to get new faucets ....and 120 dollars on Friday just to let me know what I told them.

I needed a few new faucets ...I called Monday saying how much, well it was not known yet as the Friday notes were not read yet. I Asked when during the week that it might get read, well they basically laughed at me and said they would get back to me. They never did, I get it I was desperate for getting my sink's fixed and they were just over my Freaked out attitude of having no water, guess we couldn't work together as they never called me back even after I said oh my sink has a water drain line broke and you gave me an estimate of what I said was the problem.

They never came back to do the work. I thought the $120 from the 1st visit would go to the fixing of the work. No, they never came back , they never answered the phone....They did deliver some really bad attitude though...oh honey keep walking I wouldn't give them another chance with ALL THAT TUDE THEY THREW MY WAY ! Why isn't there any good honest local plumber out there that has your back?

The condominium is in Victoria Park. They have performed a couple of various different services for us at my daughters apartment and the service has been extraordinary and professional very easy to deal with always explaining what they’re doing and how it’s going status I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs

Very poor service and follow up. It took 6/7 wks for a manager to call us back for a job at our condo building and he didn’t even want to come out.

He just wanted me to send the other bid to him with the quote blacked out.

They just didn’t want to come out so they wasted 6/7 weeks of our time!!

FYI - this was a very large job!!

Call someone else if your are an HOA!

Best Plumber ever! Inspected the pipes at my house as part of the inspection to sell it. Did a great job. Pictures came out great. They are professional and Knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

When I bought my house, an inspector warned me about a potential ceiling leak in the living room and advised hiring a plumber to check it out. I hired this company, and on the day the plumber came, the old homeowner swore there was no leak. The plumber agreed, saying there was no issue.

There were also leaks under the sink, which my realtor discovered by turning the water on. The plumber gave me a quote to fix the ceiling leak and the sink. After buying the house, I hired them to do the repairs, but instead of opening the ceiling as planned, they said it wasn’t necessary. I insisted they double-check, but they assured me nothing would go wrong.

Fast forward a month—my house floods. Now I can’t use my upstairs bathroom, and the damage will cost me thousands to fix. They completely ignored my concerns and refused to take the problem seriously. Their negligence has caused a nightmare. Don’t make the same mistake I did—hire someone else!

At first it was just a small drip from our bathroom faucet. I contacted a plumbing expert before it became worse. The technician replaced the worn washer and tested the faucet. The dripping stopped completely.

Had trouble with the kitchen sink because it started draining slower every day. Finally contacted this plumbing service to get it checked. Technician cleared the buildup in the pipe and tested the drain. Sink works normally again.
