An emergency situation this company showed up within an hour diagnosed and repaired the issue all in the same day. The employees are amazing people and took time to explain everything show me the damage and then repaired it saving me from further damage to my home I cannot speak good enough about this company and their staff. 100% I will use this company again and recommend them to anyone

We contacted Dave due to problems we were having with our water heater and he was able to accommodate us in his schedule to assess the problem right away. Very professional and efficient service.
He recommended to replace the unit due to the malfunctioning and longevity of it.

David was amazing!!! He fixed the leak that was outside our home and found it right away! He explained everything very thoroughly to me and showed me the cause and damage that was done to old pipe. He replaced the pipe with a top notch upgraded pipe that was solid, copper, and very heavy duty. I will definitely be using them again.

I did not know David or his company prior. I received his contact information from a trusted source that spoke very highly of their experience with his and his service.
I called David to help uncover an underground water leak that I suspected we had. Sure enough he discovered the leak within a short time and we began the necessary repairs.
David is very skilled and experienced at what he does and I cannot recommend him more. They work with care to keep the home as clean as possible during the situation, they are efficient, and most importantly they are trustworthy.
You definitely get what you pay for and I will not hesitate to call him again if the need arises! 5 stars!

Seriously—if you want it done right, call Doc’s. I had several punch‑list items that other plumbers couldn’t figure out. Jason and his team (especially Peter) were outstanding and fixed everything quickly and correctly. They knew exactly what to do and didn’t waste any time. Professional, clean, and reliable. Do yourself a favor and call them—get it fixed fast.

Around 215 pm on 4/20 on Palm Ave and Griffin road. One of their employees almost side swiped my car with my family in it crossing an intersection. Slammed on his brakes when he cut me off and then stuck his hand out to flick us off. Company claims to be professional, meanwhile.. employees do this. He’ll kill someone one day, and hope they change the name after they own your company.

I made my initial call on Friday, Jan 5th (2024) to have someone come over to give me a quote on the job I need done and I was told someone would call me to follow-up and would probably be there the following Monday (the 8th). No one called back. No one ever showed up. I call again on Wednesday the 10th. I speak to Vicky who said she would be sure to get me on the board and that they were busy. No one called. No one showed up. On Monday the 15th I gave them another opportunity... Vicky tells me someone would be at my house on Wed. the 17th at 9:30. Today, Wednesday the 17th, 8:34 AM, Vicky calls me to inform me that the person scheduled to come to my house decided not to go into work today. Very unprofessional. Done deal. Moving on.

We have used DOCS since moving to Wilton Manors. Never had a bad experience. Always thorough, professional, and they get the job done in a timely manor. Shout out to Vicki! She does everything she can, sending help out as soon as possible. She's kind and so patient, even when we are freaking out on the phone! LOL

Called for service yesterday. Carson came out today and took care
of a water main leak, bathroom faucet, toilet issue, and adapted our water filter to our new refrigerator, all in good order and done right. You can't beat good service.

I called Doc's Plumbing for a service request about a faucet with low water pressure and toto installation four times. The first time (3-4 weeks ago), they didn't record my information for a call back. The second time (about 2 weeks ago), they said the plumber would call me back but I didn't receive a call back. The third time (last week), they were apologetic, mentioned a hectic schedule and said they would have the plumber call as soon as he could. He didn't. The fourth time (today), they said the plumber was out on vacation and would have to call me back regarding the toto installation. No hard feelings, and I'm sure the plumbers here are very busy and nice - but we decided to look elsewhere because of how long it took to schedule a service.
