Great experience with Dave 21. I needed a toilet wax seal replaced. He was able to send a tech over to my house next-day. My phone broke and nobody answered the door the day he came (my bad!), but excellent response from Dave, we were able to reschedule for next-day. Price was the same as original estimate over the phone (good price) even though the job was a bit tougher than expected, and I was able to pay with credit card. Will be calling him again for future plumbing jobs. Thanks!

I had a late emergency where my pipe completed broke and we had no water. David ms team was at the house within 20 minutes. Extremely impressed. Recommend 100%

I contacted Dave and he was so professional and gave a competitive estimate for the work. He showed up on time and prepared. He was like the water whisperer and knew exactly how to fix the hot water line. They were clean and courteous when having to remove drywall for minimal additional repairs. If I could give Dave 21 a 11/10 I would!

This guy is awsome. He found the leak in less then 15 minutes. A little high with the price compared to others, but still very much satisfied with the work. He was friendly, fast and cleaned up behind of himself along with debris from the removal of some saturated wood. He answers all of your questions. He stopped the leak as well. I would give a 5 star, but the price was higher then 3 other companies that I called to do the same job. Personality takes over the dollar amount sometimes though!😁

I had a great experience “SAM” was truly great and amazing customer service. He fixed a wall pipe that had a nail in it from a person doing a job. At 10pm and Sam fixed it I highly recommend them.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was whoever passed the job to Asam was a bad communicator. I was chasing him for answers.

We had leaking washer and called Dave 21. They were responsive, returning our call almost immediately; transparent, giving us clear arrival times and cost; and informative, took us through the repair step-by-step and answered all our questions. My 17-year-old water heater started leaking. A technician named Sam came to my house within 45 minutes. The following day, Sam and his helper installed a brand new 50-gallon Reem water heater.
All was done professionally, cleaned, and disposed of the old unit.

absolutely awesome service. I won't be calling anybody else in the future. They were on time, polite, and punctual. Gave me best and worst scenarios in terms of price. Scenario wound up being best case so I was very happy. Most plumbers would have just told me we need to go the harder route for more $$$. I know from past experience. These guys are honorable. you can see from my pictures I had half of the Hot/cold Solenoid stuck and broke off. They could've just told me "it's stuck" and they have to cut brass and start a new... but they didn't. awesome stuff.

I had an urgent plumbing issue on a Sunday with a leaking backflow valve, and Dave 21 Plumbing came to the rescue. Despite it being a weekend, they arrived promptly and quickly identified the issue. Dave's professionalism and expertise were evident as he and an assistant efficiently fixed the problem.

I was particularly impressed with his friendly demeanor. The repair was done swiftly, the rate was also reasonable, especially for a weekend emergency call.

I called this plumbing service to fix a leaking self standing faucet for a bathtub. Two guys showed up. They said the o-ring was broken and they did not have a replacement. They put the faucet back up and told me it was fixed, but if it leaked again I will have to call. They were there less than one hour and charged me $350. No parts were replaced!!!! The man said i had to pay for 2 plumbers and i told him i didnt call 2 plumbers and all the other guy did was watch. Total rip off. A few days later the leak returned.
I do not recommend them and will never use them again. Be warned!!!

I live in lauderhill my landlord had 20 different plumbers come out to see my hot water flow problem Dave 21 plumbing came out and had me up and running in 3 hours after 1 year of failed attempts .... they took there time and made sure that I was happy never felt like they were rushing

These guys are the best. It was extremely easy -went to the website afterhours and posted a chat message. Sam called me right away and we scheduled for two days later to replace two toilets. They gave the option of picking up the products and removing the old toilets. They got here in time, worked quietly, cleaned up spotlessly, and everything was done in 90 minutes. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
