Bad review for one of your drivers driving like a lunatic in Aventura, tailgating me and almost causing an accident

We are extremely disappointed at how we were treated by this company. First a person came out that apparently had to be trained over the phone while removing our water heater. Secondly a 2nd person had to come out and help install, which I guess is understandable. In the meantime, during installation the same pipes were left on, my expensive lawn lights were destroyed and the water from the tank came gushing out because one of the installers didn't turn the water off. Now fast forward 3 days later the brand new water tank is leaking and the guy says he'll come back out for another $120 after we already paid him $300. He proceeds to tell us thats because we provided the water tank, if he would have provided it he would have bought all the materials and installed for $800-$850. Seriously? So because you didn't tell us to purchase all the materials that should be used to replace a water tank, it's not your responsibility to ensure the pipes are not leaking? And then have the audacity to say that you're licensed, insured and 1 year guarantee. On what?

We called and needed same day I got service because we had a leak and I got it we were leaving the next day from my home we got excellent service at a reasonable price and the man that did our Repairs was very knowledgeable very helpful and we got everything done and we were able to leave our home the next day and feel safe

Dave and Sam are wonderful Plumbers. I had a leak in Sunrise and they were very promp on their service and did a wonderful job.

They came first thing the morning after I called and unclogged our mainline which took over an hour. They were friendly and efficient and a reasonable price.

After a pipe broke in our house recently Dave 21 immediately came to the house and repaired the broken pipe. All the pipes were beginning to crystallize from age so they re-piped the whole house. They were professional, friendly, clean and efficient. I would highly recommend Dave 21.

First of all, I was left cleaning fecal matter off every surface of my bathroom. The owner and secretary of the company simply played dumb and then were being INCREDIBLY unprofessional forcing me to Zelle them money immediately or the plumber wouldn't leave. All while I was on a work call. The plumber himself was uncomfortable and told me he'd never experienced anything like this. He told me he trusted I would send the Zelle and then left but THEY TRACKED HIM ON GPS AND TOLD HIM TO GO SIT OUTSIDE MY HOUSE AGAIN. Again, I was on a work call AND they hadn't even sent me the information to pay them yet. If I could leave zero stars I would. My words don't even do it justice.

He was hired to find a water leak. He marked 2 areas 2 feet apart. We removed a tile and cut the floor, no broken pipe. We removed the carpet and cut the floor, no broken pipe.

We hired American Leak Detection and they marked a spot 15 feet away. We removed a tile, cut the floor and the leak was exactly there!!!

Dave promised a refund AND THE LACK OF KNOWLEDGE BUM HAS NOT GIVE OUR MONEY BACK OR OFFERED TO REPAIR THE 2 OTHER AREAS 15 FEET AWAY FROM THE LEAK!!

DO NOT USE THIS WORTHLESS CON MAN!
