This is the second time we have used Infinity Plumbing and both times we were so pleased with them. They were extremely accommodating with getting someone out to us right away and the job they did was great. We will continue to use Infinity Plumbing and refer them to all our friends, family, and neighbors.

I was recommended to her from my friend. So she already had a thumbs up. Then I had a chance to schedule my appointment and I felt so comfortable with her. She was very nice and professional.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Harris is professional, helpful and really took the time to hear what I was saying. I have found my new doctor.

VERY VERY VERY disappointed w Dr Harris and the whole team.
I canceled two appointments prior to my app today because of personal matters , when I showed up today . The outside lady requested me two pay $120 for both “no show “ or I will not see Dr Harris
Crazy!!! They didn’t mention it in any of my prior phone conversations w them or considered at all the reasons why I was forced to canceled.
On top the lady asked me, are you not paying because you don't have money or because you don't want? I responded w a long paused. Neither or. ... I just don't think is right, it is very simple -
Failure of patient care today by Dr. Nicole Harris of Baptist Health Primary Care at 1660 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL. I had an appointment on July 15, 2019 to get stitches taken out of 2 areas of my hand (electric hedge trimmer accident). When I made appointment last week, I told them that I had been a patient of Baptist Primary Care in Ponte Vedra Beach for 20 years, and all of my medical history was in the system. They acknowledged this. Today, I went to my appointment with a new provider - Dr. Harris - but at a different location (Jacksonville, vs Ponte Vedra Beach). I was given a stack of paperwork (~15 pages) for a NEW PATIENT. I explained that yes, I was a new patient of Dr. Harris, but not of Baptist Health, and that my medical history - and that of my family - was most accurately obtained from the system, of which I had given permission to access (signed all the forms). I did not want to fill out the New Patient History, but was happy to complete HIPAA, and all the "today's problem" paperwork. The receptionist spoke to Dr. Harris who informed me that I had to fill it out anyway. I begrudgingly started doing this, and - I will own this - rather rudely said to the receptionist - "That's ridiculous. Give me the forms." I sat down and began to fill out the medical history form, then was summoned to the front desk and told by the receptionist (with Dr. Miller in the background, hiding, because I saw her), who told me "The doctor says you will not be seen here and you cannot get your medical care from any provider in this office." I said, "What?" "The doctor will not treat you. We will not see you at this office." I asked, "What do I do about my stitches?" The Receptionist said, "I do not know, but you will not be seen here."
This is an egregious failure of the benefit of electronic medical records which are the best information on patient history. To rely on patient-provided medical history - when I intentionally chose a provider IN THE BAPTIST SYSTEM - so that my medical history would follow me, is just silly and is against every principal of #patientcenteredcare. This is how mistakes and accidents happen.
Dr. Harris should have pulled up my history from the Baptist Patient Portal, which has every lab test, every colonoscopy, every surgical procedure, every cancer history on my for the past 2 decades.
Instead, she was cowardly and sent her receptionist to deliver a churlish dismissal to a patient.
Dr. Nicole Harris is the worst example of a physician who should be dedicated to patient care.
Signed,
Dr. Patti Peeples -
Dr. Nicole Harris was kind, thorough and professional on my first visit. The receptionist and assistant were friendly and efficient. I felt comfortable and confident in the care provided.

Dr. Harris is a good doctor. I appreciate all she has done for me and trust if you talk to her, she will listen. My only concern is her team. She has a few bad apples that can be damaging to her as far as dealing and speaking to her patients. I have her but today I was given the perception that she let me go as a patient based off a fax that sent that did not tell a whole conversation with in home care. I made no changes of who my PCP is. She still is or was. It was said I was unhappy with her. No...not with her. I was unhappy period with the whole situation as far as my health goes. When people ask me questions, I answer it . I was asked a series of questions. I let them know that the type 2 diabetes and weight is the primary focus right now. The concern was why my hormone levels were not being checked considering the disease I am in battle with so I was referred to a man who is known for battling the disease plus more. I never made any calls or moves to remove dr.Harris as my pcp but according to this phone call I got this morning, the perception I got was dr.harris was told I was totally dissatisfied and unhappy with her care. She is always attentive and though I may not always understand the routes she took or takes, it had to be for a reason. So yes dr.harris is a good doctor and I will always respect her but her team on the other hand.....not going to get into that online but just know dr. Harris is a caring doctor and all you got to do is talk to her. That was my plan to discuss what was talked about after I saw her. My pcp before her...oh yeah...was very unhappy with that lady. I hope Dr.Harris calls me for herself and we have a talk because I refuse to talk her team. Don't call a patient with assumptions. Clarify first what's going before you make any assumptions. If I couldn't speak for myself, my husband and mother would do.it cause they know how I feel. Other than that I have no issues with her. I do however feel some type of way about her team.

I am not sure if this is as much her fault or her practice but it's really tied together. I requested an appointment online and was called on Wednesday and scheduled for early morning on Fridayto not miss work. I walk in and was told she has been out sick all week and they have no idea when she will return. I asked how if she had been out all week why did they schedule me for Friday especially when they didn't know when she would return and with an attitude I was told she can't help me. No offer to reschedule, no explanation when I asked no one called to cancel and no offer to assist with any pressing medical issues. This aligns with my appointments last year where I had to continually follow up for continuous cre and next steps on an issue. Very poor practice

I have been a patient of Dr. Harris for two years. I have always found her attentive, informative, and helpful. The nurse who works typically with her is terrific also. I have referred several coworkers to Dr. Harris. They are fantastic.

This is the worst PCP office I have ever been too. Been a patient of Dr Nicole Harris for almost 4 years. Suffering from Osteoarthritis and major inflammation. I have asked a message be placed to Dr Harris to call me in a prednisone’s prescription for the inflammation as I was previously on this medication for my arthritis due to being allergic to all NSAIDS. I have been suffering with this pain for 8 months of flare ups, 9 years since diagnosed and Dr Harris has yet to return my call or call in a prescription. I have also logged a complaint with Michael the office manager who claims he will get this straightened out and call me back, which I have yet to receive that call or the prescription put in. I’m useless and cannot perform daily activities. I can’t use the restroom on my own or bathe on my own or take care of my three kids because this back pain from my arthritis and inflammation is excruciating pain. I can’t even walk two steps without having a spasm. This office is unprofessional and horrible. Took the office a month to send my referral to the MD specialist and me having to call multiple times to remind them to call in the referral. Dr Harris is leaving this office on 9/7, maybe this office will get better and treat their patients with concern, respect and dignity.

Dr. Nicole Harris was very instrumental with getting my blood pressure leveled. She was extremely personable and made me feel very comfortable. She went over my medical history and found the best care for my needs. This is the first doctor that took her time with me and corrected wrong diagnosis from previous physicians. I will be a patient for life!
