It could’ve caused major flooding and damaged the two apartments underneath, including

We called Priscilla's Plumbing to fix the kitchen, which was done expertly, no issues, no problems, on time, reliable, very nice people. Price was average. Sink had a lot of ick running through disposal, all fixed and no more smell, water runs through quickly. Then I have a jetted tub which the company who put it in refused to return our calls to get it fixed, even though it was under warranty. While my sink was getting fixed I asked if she could come back and look at the jetted tub as it is not working and the original tub company does not call us back. She and another plumber came over and looked at it and said we needed a piece replaced in order to fix it. They took pictures of the part. She tried numerous places to get the part, but it seems that only the tub company sells it. She called the jetted tub company. After at least 1.5 months of trying and them never calling her back, I called claims dept and told them we needed to purchase a piece and no one is calling back. I will tell you she is relentless trying to make things right and workable. I would never hesitate to call her again, she is trustworthy, reliable and doesn't quit!!!! Thank you Priscilla for all you did for us.

I needed a plumber so I tried Angi (Angie’s List) Priscilla was the first person to respond and she was incredible throughout the entire process. She showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable about my issue, and her prices are competitive and extremely reasonable. On the day of service, my landlord dropped by unexpectedly and she impressed him so much he authorized her to do whatever needed to be done.

A native of Oakland Park, she knows the area very well, even down to the local floral and fauna that could be affecting your pipes. I wish I had 1000 different versions of her for every single thing I need done in the house and more! Thank you so much Priscilla, you’re a lifesaver.

I could not possibly give Priscilla’s Plumbing a more stellar recommendation for all the excellent service & work done at our home. 10 stars would be more accurate. She responded to a disaster flood call after three rings on the phone on a Saturday afternoon. Her crew was here in less than An hour. Over the next several weeks her Utterly professional crew conducted the Overwhelming task of replacing all of our Cast iron piping underneath the concrete foundation of our home. We were updated daily if not more often. Her team was always engaging & warm & professional in their demeanor & explained the daily achievements & goals. Priscilla responded to every phone call or text in minutes if not immediately. This was a long process through which Priscilla & her excellent team kept us current on All repairs. She handled all of the communications with our insurance company & the local city inspectors. All repairs were completed in a timely manner with virtually no interference in our Daily lives. That’s the most important distinction that I can make about Priscilla’s Company. Excellence is consistent. While our job was a major task, however, Priscilla & her team will respond in rapid fire time for lesser concerns as well. Remember this when you have any plumbing concerns. They made me feel right at home. Dr. Nicole Harris and her team were very welcoming, thorough, and caring. I would recommend them anyday.

The owner showed up on time, diagnosed, and fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. He was both polite and professional. His prices were competitive as well. Highly recommended!

We called this company on a Friday afternoon and explained that we had a pipe break at our water meter. They got someone out to us right away and took care of the problem immediately. Thank you Infinity for the great job you guys do!

This organization is terrible. They signed a contract that required them to obtain a permit and did not get the permit. The city came in and entered a stop work order being very upset about the lack of permit. They over charged me to install a shower valve, toilet and sink. When they broke the drain to the sink they refused to repair it and said they would charge me $150 to replace it. They are over charging seniors as my building is a 55 and over building. Do not ever use them.
