Have been very satisfied customers for just about 10 years. Have never had any problems and they go out of their way to solve anything that might develop. Can't go wrong using Doc Dean.

Needed a new pool service company after firing another storefront based company for their lack of service.

Doc Dean's Pools is everything we needed, customer oriented and dependable, our pool has never looked better.

Trash, overcharging company. First service around, fat old dude with an attitude shows up. Came by for a quote and charged $160 a month, and after we dumped these people, we immediately found another service that provides same cleaning at $85 a month.

Pool services are a dime a dozen, don't waste your time with these overpriced clowns. Good riddance

Can’t say enough about the service or about the family that owns/operates this company! Mike, Amanda and James are the best. Always very responsive and extremely friendly!! Wouldn’t trust our pool to anyone else! Thanks for the many years of fantastic service!! Our 7 year old dog just ADORES them as well!!!

Fantastic pool service. They are dedicated professionals. Our pool is super clean and crystal clear. Amanda, Christian and the crew are the best pool service I ever had. Pool owner since 1999.

Very disappointed in the overall service. The weekly pool service would not Clean properly and Vacuum the Pool unless asked, and even then would not do it. Paid for pool repairs for them never to be finished but got Charged.
Do not use this company.

I personally dealt with Mike and Amanda. They were AMAZING. They knew exactly what they were talking about and explained everything very clearly and precisely to ensure I fully understood everything before he moved on to something else. Used to have a “splash and dash” pool service and finally got tired of a green pool. I chose Doc Dean’s Pools for their professionalism and thoroughness. They really know what they’re doing. I think they’d talk all day about my pool water levels if I’d let them. I’ve had their service for a couple months now. The pool hasn’t been this clean and water this soft in years. I’m glad I found this service.

Wonderful company and employees! Did a beautiful job resurfacing my pool. I had them retile, add a new light and add a handrail in addition to resurfacing. They did very well explaining the process and were very patient answering my questions. Additionally, they maintained my pool for 7 days after the work was completed. What company does that? Usually they give you the directions, collect their money and run. I was so pleased I switched from my regular pool company for cleaning and am now using Doc Deans. Couldn’t be happier!

Responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable! Amanda was great to work with in the office and James and Mike installed my in-ground Spa light, which was quite a difficult job given the length of the run an the turns. Pricing was very fair and they kept me updated on when they would arrive and how long it would take since I was out of town at the time. Very happy, Thank you!

Doc Deans Pool Service is exceptional. They are very knowledgeable about my pool and are great about coming to the house when problems pop up. I would definitely recommend their service. My pool is sparkling!

Prompt, punctual, professional!! Came out today to look at our pool heater, decided it was working correctly and refused to charge us for coming out and diagnosing! We always have a great experience with Doc Deans (no relation 😊).

The communication from Doc Dean's is inconsistent and unprofessional. The pool service is subpar.

When I called for an initial quote, I was told it would be $130 maximum. They show up to give me a quote and tell me it's going to be $140. They sounded like a professionally company who I could trust, so I tried them.

They were supposed to send reports weekly, but I was lucky if I got them every other week. Within the first month and a half my pool was blooming with algae. The chlorine levels on the reports they were sending me always said zero. When I called them on it, they said they would figure it out, which took two more weeks because they still only came once a week.

The person who was supposed to take care of the pool either quit or was fired, but I never received any communication about it. No one came that Friday to do the work he was supposed to do, and they said someone would be out the upcoming Friday, meaning my pool was going to be untouched for two weeks. No thanks.

Doc Dean's Pools has been wonderfully servicing my pools for 3 years. They are very knowledgable, friendly, and have always done an impeccable job of servicing my pool. I recommend them to anyone looking for pool cleaning and maintenance.

Doc Dean's replaced a busted heater for the spa and pool, and got it all web enabled so I can manage it from my phone. It couldn't have gone any better, and I wish all vendors conducted business this professionally.

First I got an estimate in short order, while taking the time to understand my needs. We discussed several options, aimed at the end goals I had in mind. The estimate was very reasonable and exact to the grand total. I am more than satisfied by what I got for the price.

The work was done in one day, true to the scheduled date. I was given a full review of the system, and can always reach out if needed.

Bottom line, these are good people doing great work. I will use them again at every opportunity.

I would highly recommend Doc Deans Pools, Michael and Amanda are just awesome folks, who are well organized, and work with the pool-owners well. I had a pool heater that was broken, Michael came by and fixed the issue, walked me through the cause and the right approach to fixing it well. He also showed me how to get the heater going manually. It's working now and we have hot water coming into the pool !

Thank you so much for coordinating well and getting us working again. My nephews and I will be able to enjoy the pool this weekend thanks to you both :)

The owners of Doc Dean’s Pools service take their profession seriously. We are always informed by email of when they have been there and tell us what is going on with our pool. They are very knowledgeable and customer oriented. If there is a problem, they are always responsive, and it is always taken care of capably and quickly. We highly recommend them.
