We love Windemere Pools. Their entire staff is always courteous and very knowledgeable. From answering a question on the phone or diagnosing a problem with the pool system, they always satisfy. Last year we purchased a new pool heater from them. There was a problem with it that was the manufactures responsibility but they fought for us until the manufacturer resolved the problem. We highly recommend Windemere Pool😊

Our technician, Gian Carlos, always does a great job and we are really happy with how the pool looks. The water is so clear and refreshing, it's perfect for a swim.

Thai company is amazing! Joe and his team go above and beyond. Joe has been cleaning my pool for over 13 years and has always responded to requests and issues quickly and efficiently. And even helped with questions on products and research on my granddaughters allergies with pool chemicals. I highly recommend Windermere Pools.

Very polite staff. That being said - their tech left to pool valves in the wrong place and almost burned out the pump. They left the cover to the pool pump loose and leaking. When asked why they are not scrubbing the pool to prevent algae, they informed me they only scrub tile.

Finally when I asked for a list of services they provide - they let me know "that they are not the pool company for us". That is after 3 years as a customer.

So now I am updating my review as now I have been accused of "swearing" and "grabbing equipment out of their hand". This is a lie. At NO time did I swear. And the ONLY persion I talked to was the supervisor that day - so it would be impossible to swear or take equipment from their "tech". I was not even in town when the tech serviced the pool. |Finally, when I was told by the manager who came to my home they were no longer going o provide service - I asked them to leave and he handed me the equipment back. They tried to remedy nothing. The ultimate response, they refunded only 20% of my money we paid in advance for doing less than a half of month of service and nearly wrecking my pool equipment.

We love Windermere Pool Services! Our pool has never looked better with clear, blue water. Each time they service the pool, they leave a note, so I know they've stopped by even if we are out when they come. The techs are all friendly. We give them 5 stars!

I was interested in heating my pool so I contacted Windermere Pool Services. They recommended an Aquacal heat pump. I chose to do business with Windermere due to the professional manner in which they represented themselves and the product they were promoting. I could not be more pleased with the heat pump and the quality, professional installation Windermere did at my pool. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. That doesn't happen very often. They exceeded my expectations and I love the very quiet Aquacal heat pump. I would highly recommend Windermere Pool Services

After interacting with others at the company, I am convinced training professionalism, competency and courtesy is the culture of Windermere Pool Services.

For some 20 years I have taken care of my own pool, which is open air near some large trees. Early this summer I found out that I had Leukemia and would be undergoing a bone marrow transplant. With that in mind, we knew we would need a service company. We went with Windermere Pool Services, because we had used them in the past for repairs over the years and always had a positive experience.

I have to say, the pool has never looked better. Their service is second to none and the results speak for themselves. Guess who won’t be taking care of his own pool any more?

I asked Jeremy a question about running the spa then reseting the pump. He left me very detailed instructions that were easy to follow. His response was quick and helpful. I've been using Windermere Pools for about 5 months and have been very happy with their service.

Windermere Pool Svc has been servicing our pool only recently & we are so fortunate & pleased. They have sent skilled repairman Don when we had a pump problem! Danny comes weekly & cleans & makes us aware of any situation we need to be aware of. Of course, Hannah is the office wizard that gets you started & keeps things humming! Thanks All!

Winderemere Pool has an excellent service. I had a leak the other day at the pool equipment, called Joe, the owner, he sent my pool man out right away and fixed the problem. End of worrying about where the leak was coming from. They do an excellent job of cleaning the pool, always prompt arrive the same time same day every week very polite and very efficient. If you need service of your pool or screen that he cannot handle he recommends reliable people who get the job done. I have had many pool companies but Winderemere Pool is the BEST!

Windermere pools has always done a great job for me and my company. they take care of all my rental houses and have always been outstanding. I once had an issue where my pool drained because a pipe broke it was 5:30 in the afternoon and within a half an hour they showed up and fix the pipe and we had the pool refilled before it could pop. I always recommend Windermere pools to anybody that asked me who should take care of their pool

I’ve used Windermere Pool Services since I’ve owned my home. I’ve never had a single issue with them and I highly recommend them. Their field crew is very friendly, uniformed and they always do a great job. Their office team, especially Joe and Hannah are wonderful people. These are the type of people and the type of company that you can completely trust and rely on.

I used Windermere Pools for 6 years while living in Orlando. They saved me a lot of money by identifying smaller inexpensive failing pieces of equipment that would have resulted in catastrophic failures if not fixed. They also managed my pool while the pool deck was being refinished and replaced a pool light at one point. Their staff is extremely friendly and professional. I recommend them to any and everyone!!!

We have used the services at Windermere Pools for several years now to keep our pool running properly and for repairs as needed. The office staff is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Don, our repairman, is always timely to arrive and polite. When there is a problem he explains in an easy to understand way and provides options that fit our budget.

We've used Windermere Pools for a few years, until now. Originally, the service was good. Over the past couple years, they broke a sentimental decor piece and said nothing. They broke travertine next to the piece of travertine that sits flush on top of the skimmer, therefore it broke when they were checking the skimmer, said nothing. Flash forward another year, I caught a tech leaving the pool door wide open when weather wasn't allowable, the screen door arm was bent. I told the tech, do not leave the door open, we live on the southwest side of a lake and the wind is very strong a lot of the time. He looked at me and said nothing. There were times they messed with the valves and caused unnecessary issues with the water flow, then wanted to charge us to correct. My husband noticed the valves were mishandled and fixed it. There were holes in 2 screens from the pool brush handle, again not addressed until we said something. They did replace the screens. They knocked off a light and wanted to charge $110 to assess the problem, saying they shouldn't fall off that easy. My husband got in the cold water and fixed their error. The final disappointment was when a tech showed up with leaves, debris and water test strips in the net to which all ended up in the deep end of a 10 foot pool. He grabbed one of our paddle board paddles to retrieve his net but left all the debris, it was cold and my husband had to get in the water (again). Most all of these issues were caught on camera and each time, the tech ignored what they had done. No attempts to correct the issue, disappointing. My husband sent an email detailing all the issues and when he spoke with Hannah, we agreed to give it one more month. In the end, bringing these factors up to Hannah, they fixed the two screens and decided we should find another company. Really? When you need to handle a little customer service, you quit.

To address the owner's reply, I didn't want to stay with Windermere Pools. My husband thought it would be wise to give them another chance against my suggestion to break ties several times. I personally never apologized as I didn't have anything to apologize for, my husband thought the owner may have taken his conversation with her out of context. And, I typically don't leave poor reviews, some are deserved. I never said, "Only because we're not staying on service, I'd be leaving a bad review."

We're very happy with the new company we have in place.

The indifference and apathy put forth by so many service companies nowadays can leave one feeling disenchanted.
