We required a spigot repair at our well outside and we needed a toilet tank kit installed. The office scheduler was extremely nice and helpful. We had someone here within a couple of days and he was so nice and profesional. The fees were reasonable for the work that was done. We have found a new reliable and professional plumbing company. I recently had an emergency with my water heater in June a day before I was leaving to go away for a month to take care of something very important. I didn’t know who I should call so I called my HVAC company for a referral, I wanted a licensed reliable plumber. They recommended The Pampering Plumber. It was after hours & there was a charge to come out $59.00 or $69.00. I spoke with Amber which should be highly commended for her customer service. The communication was exceptional, calls, email reminders when & the name of the technician that would be coming to my home.
Josh was my technician, called me when he would be arriving & was on time. He looked at my water heater & immediately knew what the problem was & repaired. He cleaned up everything. Very professional, focused & personable! When I came back from my trip I hired him to replace toilets, faucets, remove garbage disposal & fix dishwasher.
The quote received I thought was very reasonable for licensed professionals.
I am very very pleased, especially that Josh was my technician. Will hire again!

Just had my annual protection plan inspection conducted by Josh as well as some replacement work completed on a problematic toilet filler valve. He did a great job.
He was very thorough in his inspection and very personable. He explained what work needed to be done now and what would potentially need to be done in the near future.

Our previous plumbing contractor wasn’t returning our phone calls and our water heater finally went out yesterday. We called The Pampering Plumber at 8 am this morning and Amber took care of us immediately. She scheduled a technician same day and had him put a replacement unit on the truck. Art was on time and worked quickly to install the new unit. We were out of hot water for less than 24 hours thanks to The Pampering Plumber! Art with The Pampering Plumber responded to our call immediately on a Sunday and was able to make the repair on the same-day. He provided excellent service! He gave us a quote upfront and revised it accordingly once the work was completed. There was a nominal up charge since it was a weekend job, but well worth it due to the quick and quality service provided.

Excellent company. Very professional service and staff. I had them service water heaters at my house and at my sister's property. Amber was very helpful scheduling the work over the phone. Eddie did a great job on site, great guy and very detailed on his work.

I also had them quote for a water softener install. Eddie did a great job trying to find the best install location for my property, took his time to explain pros and cons of each option. I am hoping to get this done in the near future but just like everything else costs have gone up and need to budget for a few home improvements.

Pampering Plumber is the plumber company that I trust and they do the work for me and they do it well I’m gonna give Art a shout out because when I needed him on a Friday night for toilet that stopped working he came out even in the middle of lightning storm,and he helped and then after that he came in and replaced two toilets and put two new faucets in my bathroom and one in the kitchen, as well as training someone at the same time. He’s a rockstar. I’m also going to give a shout out to Amber because she seriously is an awesome person that answers the phone and gets appointments scheduled.
