Eddie was very experienced, professional and took care of our clogged pipes in no time. He came out in a plumbing emergency on a Sunday and could not have been any nicer. He also explained everything during the job which was great. I would highly recommend The Pampering Plumber.

Daniel was very helpful in making sure we didn’t spend more than we had to. He told us that we could call Moen and use our warranty to get the parts we needed for free and then we would just pay for him to install them. He gave us a quote and after we got the free parts, he installed them. It worked exactly how he said! The process was painless and we have Daniel to thank for that! Thank you!

We had used the Pampering Plumber before and were pleased with their service so when our water heater started leaking all over the garage floor we called them to help. I gave them the serial number and a little while later they called to tell me the water heater was under warranty with Home Depot. Home Depot sent out a different company to replace the water heater and gave us $400 in store credit. The Pampering Plumber did not have to tell us about the warranty - I never would have known. They lost the job but won my loyalty - I will definitely call them the next time I need plumbing work! So very kind of them to save us that $400!

They quickly scheduled my service, provided a quote over the phone, Eddie did the installation, and work professionally done. You get what you pay for.

Art did my annual plumbing checkup today.....drained water heater and checked all plumbing inside for any issues. Everything was good. Art was thorough and always nice & polite. Thank you for great service!

The Pampering Plumber did a fantastic job with ordering and installing two Rinnai tankless hot water heaters at our house. Great communication with the office staff and the plumbers, who were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated Dan letting us know of various alternatives beforehand and how smooth the installation process went. Highly recommend!

BUYERS BEWARE! This company does not stand up for their service or products they sell you. Replaced a 17 yr old water heater from The Pampering Plumbing in 2017 that Art installed. Only for it to go bad 2 yrs later! Eddie came out and had to replace the whole unit which was under warranty but charged me $349 service call. Sunday 11.16.25 this water heater leaked flooding my gargage. I called the emergency number, spoke with Eddie who told me he would have to charge me for a whole new water heater if he came out but advised me to turn off the water and call the owner in morning to help resolve. This water heater is 6 years old and not only did Pampering Plumber not come out the day of the emergency, but then they did not offer any cost effective solution or take responsibility on the default product that they sold us.

This was my first time doing business with the Pampering Plumber. They got a plumber out quickly. Dan was wonderful. He was kind, professional and worked quickly to get the job done.

I have issue with my 2 Bathroom Faucet. no hot or cold water is come out. My Neighbor is recommended to me for ThePampered Plumber Company (Eddie) so I call to make for repairs.
Company sand him in few days later. So (Eddie)
come to repair and tell me what I should do to not have this problem again and so kindly.
Thanks to fixing my Faucet now I have water for can wash my hands and faces.

Danny who was the technician that came out, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and honest. We were told by a appliance delivery person that are water shut off valve was defective. After Danny checked it thoroughly he determined that it was not defective and that we did not need to go through the expense of installing a new one. He could have easily said that it needed replacing. The pampering plumber was highly recommended by some close friends of ours who have used them for years. Now we know why. We will definitely call the pampering plumbers for any future needs that we might have. And if possible we hope that Danny would be the technician that would be sent to us.

The appointment was made with consideration to my schedule and very timely. Eddie was thorough in assessing 3 repairs and provided a written estimate. Once he completed the work, he gave me an estimate to replace 2 toilets in my home. That order is in process
