My mother-in-law just had a brand new AC unit put in in timber greens a year ago it is not working accordingly it blows hot air we ask somebody to come out over the weekend she is a senior citizen they said you got to wait until we can get somebody out there next week and she paid top dollar for garbage I would not recommend this company to anybody recommendation go with the real AC company that has on call service which company is a joke I'm reporting them to the better business

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. They came through for me finding what I needed to fix a shower fixture from the 1960's when nobody else in town could. I highly recommend these guys.

I had a damaged bathroom washer. They recommended new faucets for the bathtub because the washers were "obsolete".
This became a $1,000 repair. And left damaged tiles that cost another $ 200 to fix.
Not recommended. It is no longer the business it used to be.

2nd time I used them. I called to have them come out again for another issue because I was happy 1st time. My disappointment this time was being charged $160.00 for a problem that couldn't be fixed. I feel that is very unfair service call price.

Woody Tucker Plumbing and a/c has always been professional and courteous. I would have no problem referring them or using them in any of the properties I manage.

Excellent plumbers. Customer service is excellent. They came out quickly and solved my issue. The plumber was knowledgeable and professional.

After another Plummer that was scheduled failed to show up I called woody tucker to fix a property for me. They showed up exactly on time, price was reasonable and repaired my issue. At the time I made the appointment, woody tucker is very up front about the cost , $130 for the first hour and $30 for every 15 minutes after. The Plummer’s they send are apparently not on commission which is a good thing.
Woody Tucker also supports local charities which also makes me happy! Thank you

Want thank TJ and Cameron for the excellent repair job they did. I had a leak that I thought was under the cement floor. But TJ listened very carefully and located it in the wall in the hall right near the main bathroom. They repaired it quickly and were very neat and vacuumed any debris left over from the job. I have used this company for repairs for many years. Thank you TJ and Cameron.

I only used this service one time but I would use them again if need be. Tim was very professional. He explained everything that was taking place as well as what each equipment was being used for. He came over not to long after I called the main office and didn't mind that I was watching his every move. Thank you Tim. My pipes are still working.

We have a sewer smell coming from our master bathroom. We paid the $180.00 service call fee to be told options of how to DIY the problem. It has been a while, but I didn't need a consultant, I needed a plumber!

Had to call last Saturday due to what I thought was a diy job gone wrong, turns out i was right to call as my toilet needed a special gasket. TJ was awesome. He had to come back this week to install. Great experience highly recommend

The three professions we need to have trust in are our doctor, our auto mechanic, and our plumber. I no longer have trust in Woody Tucker Plumbing. After discovering a leak under our kitchen sink, Woody Tucker came out and said the garbage disposal, which they supplied and installed five years ago, was leaking, apparently from rusting out. A week later, more water on the floor. Came out again and said the faucet was leaking, the faucet they suggested and installed two years ago. Since they removed all the old parts and took with them, there is no physical evidence what had actually caused the leak. A coincidence? Highly unlikely. A plumbing company must keep its integrity to keep their loyal customers. We have lost all faith in them and will sourcing our plumbing needs to a more reputable firm in the future.

Truly a dependable company, I highly recommend to anyone in need of their services. They are dependable, prompt to respond to our calls...working with different vendors on a daily bases I never have to worry about the quality of your work, I appreciate that, so thank you!

Grew up in this area since 1972. Used to go with my Grandfather to Mr. Tucker's showroom with him. It is a great feeling to see that the company is still at the same standards. Where they treat you with respect and humility. TJ was outstanding! Will always trust them for future needs!
