San Squitiro and the Acoma Roofing team are by far the most thorough and professional company I’ve ever worked with. We had a lot of issues with our roof due to the previous company that installed it over 20 years ago as they cut every corner they could including the installation of a tile roof over the previous shingle roof. Acoma Roofing took the extra time to strip the multiple layers off, replace the necessary plywood, reinstall the flashing the proper way and seal the roof so we wouldn’t have any issues in the future. There were multiple crews at the house over the project time and each crew treated our property as if it were their own. They took pictures of issues that needed to be addressed and allowed me the opportunity to decide on the best path forward. They even connected me with the tile manufacturer so I could see various tile colors on homes throughout the county before making a selection. The price of the roof was commensurate with the quality of service received. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product and highly recommend Acoma Roofing for your roofing needs.

We were very pleased with the service Acoma Roofing offered., from start to completion. The roofing teams lead by Mike and Ken were courteous, prompt, and left our property in mint condition without a stray nail in sight. Acoma Roofing did a great job. Everyone on the crew was friendly, professional, and responsive. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly and explained thoroughly. The demo portion was very messy (amazing what comes off a roof), but each day when they left the job site all the debris was cleaned up, and any materials left behind were organized and put out of the way. The new roof looks amazing.

We have used Acoma Roofing over the last several years for roof leak repairs, partial re-roof, and ultimately a total roof replacement. Everything in the written proposal was completed as promised and in the timeframe expected. The workers from start to finish were polite, and respectful of our requests and wishes. I’d like to give a shoutout to ACOMA ROOFING. They were very professional and punctual. I received quotes on a total roof replacement from 8 of the most reputable roofers in Pinellas County. They were competitively priced and top quality roofers. Tearoff, re-decked and shingled in ONE DAY. Tearoff and cleanup were perfect. Follow up the next day to walk the property and double-check the work. 3rd party wind mitigation and inspection . Top notch. Highly recommend!

It was bittersweet to see the Acoma crew finish and leave. I had no experience with them but an hour after they started demolition I was sure they were the perfect choice. They had the best work ethic I have encountered since moving to Florida 2 years ago. They were safe, neat, friendly, willing to explain where they were in the process, and proud of the work they were doing. Most were long term employees with 7-25 yrs with Acoma. Many were cousins, brothers, or good friends. Keeping crews together and happy for that long is a testament to the management practices of brothers Steve and San.
I put on a Grand Manor shingle. The roof had a 12/9 pitch and lots of gables. They weaved a beautiful roof that really enhances the look (and value) of the house. Besides the crew, there was a supervisor on hand -Thank you Ken!- daily. When we found some rot they have a really good carpenter on staff to get it done right.
I doubt they will always be the lowest bid but I am a firm believer in going with the people that you are most comfortable with. I totally trust Acoma and recommend them without hesitation

Normally I am not a review person, but I must say after my last interactions with Acoma Roofing and Ryder I have decided to write one. Ryder first came out and gave me a quote on our roof. He was very professional, honest and upfront with everything all the way up to telling me to prepare for the worst since our roof was in rough shape. I am the type of person that I would rather be told the worst and expect it than tell me a really low quote and then be blown out of the water with the add-ons. He was very helpful with helping us pick out the color of our new shingles along with explaining all of the details of the warranty. He called and checked on things to make sure everything was going smoothly and to see if I had any questions or concerns. Once the job was completed he stop by and did a walk around with me to make sure everything was to his and my liking. Here is where things went above and beyond... I sent Ryder a text just as a heads up to let him know I had one weird shingle and asked if they would be able to come take a look at it one day. Ryder personally came over on SUPER BOWL SUNDAY and fixed the issue himself instead of me having to call and go through the warranty process. They may not be the cheapest but I feel like I got what I paid for and i would use them again and recommend them to anyone... Thank you for the great job and your professionalism.

Great company.....great people!!! Received several bids to replace our existing tile roof and also talked to other neighbors who had used Acoma. While not the least expensive bid I received, the verbal recommendations I received helped us make up our mind pretty quickly. From the initial sales contact, to the actual work being done everything went very smoothly. The staff took great care to keep our property cleaned up during the entire project and when they were done, the final results were amazing!! I needed help after Hurricane Irma. Acoma Roofing came highly recommended from a friend that I trust. Salesman Duane was out promptly to get me a free estimate. This was at a time when all roofing work was at a premium. A lot of people needed help. Acoma was ready to put my roof on in one week. That was before my insurance company could get an adjustor out, so I had to wait. Once I had the OK to proceed, Acoma was able to get my roof addressed within 2 weeks. Whole job was completed in 2 sequential days. I did not need to be there, Inspections were done. Roof looks great. Had a heavy rain already and of course, no issues. Dealt with the President Santis to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Warranty, years in the business, and reviews provide me with sound peace of mind for this significant investment. I am very happy and feel like if there were ever to be an issue, they would stand behind their work and address it.

License plate RKZ R80 pulled out in front of me and nearly caused an accident. I had to slam on the brakes and move onto the shoulder to avoid this roofing truck. Luckily the road was dry. This happened on June 28th off route 52 in pasco county. Sadly, public safety takes a back seat to the all mighty $$$ with this company.

After suffering some damage from Hurricane Irma, Acoma Roofing was the first company to get back to us with a quote. They were patient as we waited for our insurance adjuster to come out, and worked with us to adjust their quote to what was given to us. Both Steve and Ryder were extremely helpful and easy to work with, and Ken's team did an impeccable job on site. We highly recommend working with them for any roofing work you need done!

During these difficult times of getting materials in a timely manner, and matching an existing Tile roof (that is no longer in production) Thanks to Acoma, we have a perfect Match with our new addition. Steve and his work force are polite, timely, clean and professional. The job site was left clean each day prior to their departure. Professional, friendly and very very good at what they do. One of the best experiences I have had in dealing with any contractor. From the clear communication with the salesperson, to the introduction of the job foreman and the supervisor all the way to the owner coming up on the roof and checking things out. Family owned and very well managed. Most of the crew have been with them for many many years. I honestly can not say one negative thing about this company or its people. Just a complete joy to work with honest, caring and conscientious people. Started on time, ended on time, told me about the issues that would affect the final cost when discovered and then showed me the bad decking, rotted wood and water damage. I was also on the roof with them both days taking pictures. They never once showed any animosity or issues with the "homeowner" looking over their shoulder. Great bunch of guys. I interviewed 5 major roofing companies and got their quotes. Acoma Roofing won my business by being up front, honest, and having the color shingles I wanted. (that was huge) and they did have the best pricing. If you are getting quotes for a new roof, talk to Acoma!

We hired Acoma Roofing to replace the roof on our Son's 3 story home. The company is very professional and forthright with any and all expenditures. They kept us up to date on any repairs that needed to happen before shingles went on. Very pleased with the work so far. It hasn't rained since we had the roof replaced.
