I am writing this letter to let you know how amazed and delighted I am with my new roof installed by Acoma Roofing

From the professionalism, material quality, customer service all aspects of my installation not only met my expectations but they exceeded it. Everyone I met from the salesman Dwayne, crew chief Chris, and the painter John were polite courteous and knowledgeable. With a pending hurricane on the horizon they worked feverously to finished it in time

When finished, I had a couple of issues and they were addressed the very next day. Very impressive!!

It would be nice if all if all my business dealing were as the one I had with Acoma

I had 4 estimates from well know popular roofing companies. I was amazed on how many sales people sounded like carnival barkers. When Acoma roofing gave us a quote and left my home my wife and I knew they were the right one. All work was performed on-time and as expected. Their team was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Many people remarked that it was one of the neatest roofing jobs they had ever seen. Their prices were fair and they do not hire contract workers like some do. They have their own permanent crew. They were very neat and when they left it looked like they weren’t even there. Acoma roofing put on our new roof 3 years ago. As everyone else we also had some storm damage from Hurrican Milton; our neighbors tree fell on our house and we had some shingle damage. They came out did estimate and a few weeks later did our repair, matched up our shingles to roof and also checked out full roof for any other damage. Recommend Acoma for any of your roofing needs.

Really good experience with Acoma. They put a shingle roof on my house in 2015. Quality, workmanship, and service after the sale were, and continue to be, excellent. Recently, they put a barrel tile roof on another house for me. Service and craftmanship were again terrific, and the salesman Max was always responsive by phone and text. Supply chain issues (out of their control) aside, I have no complaints whatsoever, and would definitely use them again for any roofing needs. They are honest and trustworthy.

After much research my husband, who is a home and roof inspector, and I decided to have Acoma Roofing install a new GAF shingle roof on our home in December 2021. My husband inspects several homes and roofs a day for years and was very impressed with the quality of work he observed with Acoma Roofing. We were not disappointed, everyone from the employees in the office to the crew who installed the roof and especially Bryan who worked with us on the estimate and shingle selection was professional and wonderful to work with. It was a great experience and we recommend Acoma to our friends, family and clients without hesitation.

My roof needed to be replaced so I contacted multiple companies for an estimate. Acoma did not give me the lowest estimate but I decided to go with them because I was immediately impressed by their responsiveness and professionalism. I can honestly say I was not disappointed. They were completely reliable and responded quickly to all my questions. The work was completed in a timely manner AND exactly when they said it would be done. They cleaned up after themselves and my neighbors had no complaints! They took care of all the paperwork and inspection details and the whole process was worry free for me.I would not hesitate in recommending Acoma Roofing.

Contacted Acoma Roofing on a friend's recommendation. Had a leak that reached an indoor window frame. Nicolas inspected the roof, found the problem area, and gave a preliminary assessment of the good, the bad, and the ugly. Fair and reasonable proposal to repair followed 6 days later. Michael and Steven were able to respond before Milton and do a great job of sealing the roof area in question that effectively kept all rain out. Guys were professional and were further able to pinpoint more specific repairs and suggestions. Their explanation was simple to understand and spot on. Waiting for a final proposal and final repairs, but I am appreciative of their efforts and services to date. Thank you Team Acoma:)

We’re newer to Florida and first time homeowners. We had some concerns about our roofing and weren’t sure if we might need it replaced. They sent Nicholas over to take a look at things and he let us know that there was no work that needed to be done and gave us an estimate on the remaining life of our shingles. If he had told me we needed to replace the roof today or it would collapse on us, we would not have known any better. This experience has proven to us that this is a 100% solid company that you can trust. When we do inevitably need our roof/shingles replaced, we will be going with them. Acoma has proven to us that they are a family owned business with integrity. I can’t comment on the pricing right now but I am certain they are a good value and can be trusted. I have, at times, had the exact opposite experience with other contractors in the area. If you are reading this and think you might need some roofing work done, I would say there is no reason to look any further. You’ve found the right company.

I recently had my roof changed by Acoma Roofing, and it was an excellent experience. I even got to speak directly with the owner, who was very nice. They gave me the best quote out of five other local companies in Palm Harbor, Florida. Two years later, I needed their help with a situation, and they didn't hesitate to come out and fix the problem. I appreciated two things about Acoma roofing co. First, they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day (which was no small task). Also, I had a skylight put in and one of the on-site foremen actually came into my home and was very courteous and personally made sure the skylight was in and secure, and the debris was completely cleaned up. Nice job Acoma, and thank you.

Needed to replace our existing roof due to 20 year requirement for our Home Owners Insurance. Had several companies come to inspect and submit quotes. Always good to check other’s experience and we did just that, friend who had been part of a condo board that had extensive work done by Acoma recommended them. Called them and they promptly set us up with Nicolas. Came and did an extensive review of roof then we sat and discussed. Appreciated his input on what he saw and suggestions in a few places for improvement, not a salesman, liked that. Down to earth, straightforward and knowledgeable. Made our decision to go with them but wait until Hurricane season had passed. Got hit by two hurricanes shortly thereafter. Milton punched a hole in edge of roof damaging soffits along the way. Nicolas returned quickly to check the damage. No issues still would cover in the estimate, no worries. Booked the crew, they came promptly first day. Worked solid, discovered issues on old roof where two sizes (thicknesses) of plywood had been used intermittently. Showed me the issue and that they would need replacing to ensure longevity of roof. No surprises, anything that would impact the estimate was shown and discussed. Second day crew was early, after delay caused by old roofing company. Finished the job, even painting new soffit included. Clean up complete, haven’t seen any stray nails or other debris. Easily give them 5 star rating. Great value in a large investment to a house where you want to be very sure who to deal with. Highly recommended.

We have used Acoma Roofing several times and highly recommend them. They are always on time, easy to work with and do a first rate job. We will call them again!

Our HOA has had over 4 different companies out to repair our roof - and NONE of them could find the source of water intrusion and fix it. I was so thankful they finally sent Acoma! Their crew showed up, were so friendly, and found the problem. They showed us photos of what they had found, and then quickly made repairs as a storm was coming. They finished the repairs in time for the rain to roll in - but then stayed to make sure my home was dry! Cannot say enough nice things about them!

We had storm damage to our roof from hurricane Milton. We had a tree limb come down that punched a hole in our roof that ended up flooding one of our bedrooms as rain water from the storm leaked into the roof, down the inside of an exterior wall, and out the bottom of the baseboards. Acoma installed my roof about 10 years ago and they did a great job so they were at the top of my list to call the morning after the storm. It was a chaotic time and I was hoping to at least get them to come out to patch it to prevent further damage until they could complete a more permanent repair. They arrived at my house like the cavalry the very NEXT DAY. And they didn't just patch it, they did the full repair, complete with shingles that are an exact match to what I had installed originally. The team was prompt, courteous, and clearly good at their job. Some contractors take advantage of people by using the aftermath of a big storm to price-gouge their customers. Not Acoma. I knew I'd be satisfied with the quality of the work, but was bracing myself for a big bill when all was said and done. Given the circumstances, I was honestly shocked at how reasonable the price was when I finally got the invoice. These guys are the real deal. I highly recommend them without hesitation. When it comes time to replace my roof again at some point in the future, they'll be the FIRST people I call.

The initial contact could not have been better. Courteous, no pressure, answered all questions and provided samples. There was no comparison with 2 other competitors. We needed to keep costs without our budget and Acoma helped us make decisions on how we could do it. The roof was replaced amazingly fast and they did an excellent job of cleaning up all debris. The roof looks terrific and we could not be more pleased.

Acoma roofing replaced my tile two years ago. Their customer service is outstanding!!! Ryder was always here whenever I had a question and always made me understand and feel confident in the job they were doing!!! With the hurricanes Helene and Milton coming through I had concerns as everyone did. I was amazed at the outdoor damage to my huge trees and landscaping in addition to my roof and ceilings. My two story house was completely dry inside. I had an inspection done last month to reduce the cost of insurance. Inspector said Acoma is one of the best and I saved money on homeowners insurance. Get quotes from the rest and then hire the best!! Thanks Acoma and staff, especially Ryder!!

I’m a resident of a condo complex that Acoma Roofing is currently working on. I have to tell you that your guys go to work fast, climb ladders and work at an amazing speed. They clean up at the end of the day and also take the time to let us know when our air will be back on which we really appreciate. They really work hard, are a great crew and do a great job.
