I have had Pestbear for several years now and definitely would not change. Every tech that I have had has been very professional and knowledgeable. I almost feel like they’re my friends. I can ask any question and they answer.

Just don't! I discontinued my service via multiple conversations with their customer service. Service continued, so I contacted management (Danny) who spent most of the call trying to sell me more service rather than listen to my concern. They said they would review the calls to make sure I actually asked to cancel (?!) He also made some pretty rude comments about people just not wanting to pay their bills. 🤨 They never called me back, and continued to bill me for the service I had discontinued and did not need or want. Customer service is marginal, management is awful. Choose a company that is better run.

Our lawn tech Robert M. Gets a 10/10. He is definitely the best and can't say enough good things about him. Corporate could definitely use improvement which is why I only gave 4 stars.

The representative Sherrod was helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He was patient and explained the process of what I needed to have a beautiful lawn.

I have been a PestBear customer for many years. I started having an issue with my lawn. I contacted them asking for someone to come and look at my lawn. They setup an appointment for Friday morning. At noon on Friday I called and said nobody came or called. They told me they had until 5PM to fulfill the call. At 4:45 I called again and eventually spoke to a manager who gave an excuse. They promised to be out on Monday morning. I waited until noon on Monday, nobody came, nobody called. I called them asking to speak to a manager. I spoke to the same person who again apologized. I am one customer but I am not going to waste my money for a company that doesn't even have the curtesy of a phone call. I canceled my service.

What are wonderful company!!! I can't say enough about the professional experience I recieved from Ricky and the team. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I have no problem with their service. They’ve done a pretty good job as far as that goes, but these people seem to call me every single week and I’ve asked them not to do that. Either they’re calling and texting me five times every time they’re about to come out to my house or they call me to solicit me on more services. Today I got a call asking to leave a Google review. I asked the guy if he had seen notes on my account where I had asked them not to call me and he said yes, he saw them, but he called me anyway. So here is your Google review.

Had the worst experience ever with their rodent exclusion service for the attic. Was told that if we paid the $600 it would be 100% guaranteed. They came the first time to seal everything and set up traps. But they rarely came back to check on it.. we had to constantly call them back because we were still hearing activity. Amanda the girl who was in charged of scheduling was getting annoyed/rude because I kept telling her NOTHING was working. Later, I just started calling straight to the manager at the time who was Oren and originally we wanted our refund back but he told us it was not possible.However, he was kind enough to come back and help out as much as he could .. but we later called back to asked for him and was told he moved to a different location and we were told since it has been such a long time we would have to pay for a whole new service. THEY WERE MAKING US PAY ANOTHER $600 even though nothing was caught and the problem never got solved.SO UNBELIEVABLE literally felt like we got scammed out of $600…We ended up canceling our lawn service and everything else with them because we DO NOT trust this company anymore.

Brian and his crews are great at what they do. Attention to detail and quick response to any questions. When looking for a company to take care of your lawn, don’t pass up on these guys. They will treat you right.

They’re consistent and they do the job well. Any time we have bugs or pests show up in between the quarterly services they come out, charge free, and handle it. Their customer service and technicians are always helpful and do what they can to assist with any problems we run into

Our Pest Bear technician is very thorough and friendly. If we have any issues between service calls, they send someone out free of charge. Have had Pest Bear since we moved in 20+ years ago.

EMANUEL has been my technican for at least 5 years. He is an asset to Pest Bear. He is always courteous and friendly. We have never seen bugs in our house. He does a great job for termite and bug control.

Ricky is very knowledgable and very responsive. I highly recommend.

I'm so happy I took my friend's recommendation to try Pest Bear for our pest service needs for my home. I was interested in removing house spiders from inside the home and was advised we may have ants that are along our property. After speaking with Emmanuel, it was determined that we had a bad fire ant infestation in our lawn, which contributes to spiders chasing them for food. Thankfully, we didn't have the ants in our home yet, but this would have been a problem had they not sprayed our yard. This would've been a much more expensive and horrible issue to deal with!

Emmanuel and all the staff here are very knowledgeable and the service prices are very affordable. I'm so thrilled to have their quarterly service for the perimeter and monthly service for the lawn. Thanks so much Pest Bear!

I would leave 0 stars if I could but we don't get that option. We canceled our service in August 2024 because they would come out without calling and leave a sign in our yard we to what they did but yet nothing was even wet and nothing was dying, bugs, weeds nothing. A gentleman even called us who said he was the owner and asked why we canceled and we explained why and he said OK well, I'm sorry I apologize but if you change your mind, please give us a call back. Now we get a bill in November for 60.00 for service, we called them told them we no longer had an account with them, it was canceled in August. He said...yes I see where you canceled, the man that helped you is no longer with and for good reason. Now, we get another bill and it's now 120.00, they called looking for their money and we explained that we don't have an account and she said well you did up until November and I said no we did not. We canceled August. So I reported them to the Better Business Bureau because they're not canceling your account when you cancel it, and they're charging you for a service that you canceled months ago. So be careful who you hire this company is absolutely terrible.

I have been with this company that's fair going on close to 20 years and I cannot say enough about this company they've always treated me quite Fair a very good job and very courteous, I would recommend Pittsburgh for anyone interested in their service I highly recommend Pest Bear, thank you very much.

Our Pest Technician Emanuel is the only thing keeping us with Pest Bear he is fantastic. Always happy, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and we have no Bugs around or inside the property for well over a year now since he started on our house. He explains what he is doing and offers really good and helpful suggestions to help keep pests at bay, such as standing water in plant pots where Mosquitoes love to lay eggs. If he spots a problem area he goes over it and gives suggestions on best way forward. If I'm not available to chat he sends a text with a picture which I really appreciate.

I’ve been using pest bear for a few years at two different houses. During that time I’ve been lucky enough to have tech Mathew Kempthorne during the entire time. He’s great. He knows his stuff , is on time and very courteous. I highly recommend Mat and hope he continues to serve our home for pest control. He’s an asset to his company. Thanks Mat.
