Reviews of local pros in Oldsmar, Florida

Driver attempted unsafe lane change then laid on his horn when he realized his mistake. Then flipped me off as I was passing the truck

RoyalAire has been working on replacing the HVAC system at Wilson middle school in Tampa, Florida since last April 2022. They were supposed to be done by the end of the summer for the new school year. They are not even close to finished. They still haven’t figured out why the chillers are not working properly and exactly why the system is not functioning properly. The humidity inside the school is over the top. It is not a functioning atmosphere for students or teachers to suffer through 60% to 75% humidity in their classrooms. The recommended humidity across most research based studies is between 30% to 50% humidity. I have no idea why the Hillsborough County School District officials who hired this company find this acceptable or any of the stakeholders associated with Wilson are not in an uproar over this. This is unacceptable.

The RoyalAire driver forced me onto the incoming lane on Overpass Rd by changing three lanes without signaling, driving me onto the median. Despite my continuous honking!!! He took Elam Rd towards Curley Rd in Wesley Chapel. Clearly oblivious or indifferent. I want justice!! LOL!! To that driver - be careful! Lucky thing I was alone and not with my family.

Fixed my plumbing that I paid another company to replace. Showed up on time and are very professional. The issue was the other company’s had my pipes sloped wrong. Was fixed in no time. I appreciate dedication to quality control by the supervisor Mr. Hatfield.

Purchased kitchen cabinets from CRC Builders in 2017. We had an issue with one of our drawers this week we called CRC Builders and they came out within a few days and took care of the issue. It is so refreshing to have dealings with a company that has great customer support.

Steam shower installation was high quality with attention to detail. They do what they promise to do. And most important, she is happy.

10/10 We had an excellent experience working with CRC Builders on our kitchen renovation. Every aspect of the project from electrical and plumbing down to the countertops and backsplash was done with, professionalism and attention to detail. What really stood out to me was their communication- clear, consistent and honest from start to finish. We always knew what to expect, timelines were explained clearly, and questions we had were answered promptly. That level of transparency made the entire process feel smooth and stress free. Everything came together beautifully and the quality of work and craftsmanship was exceptional. Not only am I recommending CRC Builders to friends and family but I would also, without hesitation work with them again for future projects in our home, and I'm sure we will. Thank you Chris, Matt, Dustin, Jayme and Cliff, you all were a pleasure to work with.

We recently had to renovate our entire kitchen due to moldy cabinets. So glad to have found CRC to do the work. Many of the other contractors we considered were not communicative or their pricing was not reasonable. CRC came in with a competitive quote, great timelines and amazing communication. Big thank you to the entire team - Chris, Matt, Dustin, Jayme and Cliff. Can't wait to see you all in our next project. Thank you!!!

We just can't say enough good things about CRC Builders! They helped us with our renovation and remodel of our home after we had been flooded by Hurricane Helene. I think what we appreciated most of all was their constant communication explaining every step. They are always available to answer any questions, never too busy for you. If you're looking for an honest, reliable building contractor, look no further, they do immaculate work!!

The absolute best contractors! From the care Matt and Dustin took to plan the project to Jamie, who executed the whole thing! We could not be more happy with all the work they did. Jamie is truly a master of his craft. See our beautiful new coffee bar 🙌🏼

Fair price, works fast, great communication, resourceful. Will be back for other projects.

Chris and his team are great to work with and never disappoint! 5 stars, 2 Thumbs up!

On time and professional. I felt comfortable throughout entire process. I have used them previously and they have never disappointed. Highly recommend them. 5 stars!!!!

Great work done and in a very timely manner. Easy to work with!

Chris and Monique are the best in the business!

CRC had to take down and re frame and stucco a wall at my parents house and they did amazing work in shorter time then they said. Couldn’t be more happy with the job they did and how professional the owner is.

I had a wonderful experience with this company! What I appreciated the most was the high attention to detail, scoping out my project thoroughly, and of course on time and high quality execution of work. The team values customer satisfaction over anything. I highly recommend this company!

CRC helped us out tremendously with a tight deadline foundation project. They were on time, had great communication and kept working until the job was done!

Great experience overall from start to finish. Open communication and clear line of expectations. Jaime and Z showed up on time as communicated and knew exactly what to do to complete the job! Will use again if the need arises.

CRC saves lives. I bought a home online and with the help of a realtor to move my elderly mother into from 3,000 miles away. Two weeks before the move when I showed up and saw the place for the first time the shower scared me. There was a 12” or more step up to get out of the shower. The shower floor was not even with the bathroom floor. I was worried my mother and quite frankly myself would risk a fall coming in and out. In less then a week I contacted CRC, they did the work at a good price and now I do not have to worry about my mom. This was just a quick fix temp repair because we plan on redoing the whole bathroom with CRC in a year but at least in the meantime I have peace of mind over moms safety. Thanks CRC. Cannot wait to do more work with your company.

Chris and Matt did a great job. The condo turned out perfect. They took care of everything. Very professional and responsive.I would absolutely recommend using them for any project in your home or condo.
