Reviews of local pros in Oldsmar, Florida

I met these guys while I was just looking at granite slabs for my kitchen reno.
The personalities sold me. The simplicity in sample selection and design. Project started on a Thursday (finalizing granite selection) and the install crew walked out the door at 11am on a Tuesday, all cleaned up.. perfect work.
I own rental houses, I will use them again!

CRC did a great job on my remodel. The entire team was pleasant and so easy to work with. Everything was done on time and within my budget. They were always a step ahead of me on anything that I wanted. Thanks to all of the team that I worked with!

Hands down the best!! Communication was amazing! Most responsive contractor I have worked with!! Definitely recommend!!

Chris and his crew rescued me in the middle of a bathroom project. My original contractor tragically passed away, and was worried about completing the project. Chris did a great job. His guys showed up on schedule and finished when they said they would. They were tidy and reasonably priced. I recommended this company highly.

In April I had my NEIGHBORS tree smash though the roof of my duplex! Displacing one of my tenants and causing extensive damage to the other units storage/laundry room ( completely caved in wall and ceiling) We had to have a crane remove the tree during a storm and tarp off. We hired someone to make plans and get a permit so we could start but 2 months went by and he just kept coming up with lies and empty promises to do it. Thankfully we asked that guy for our money back and then hired CRC builders! They had our permit and work started and was completed in 2 weeks! Before we knew it we had our roof back on before hurricane season, because they made that a priority for us! We were incredibly fortunate to find a trust worthy company to not only complete the work quickly, correctly, legally, but also with a fair price. We will be asking Chris to quote all of our future projects, it’s not easy to find an efficient and honest company to work with.

I’m a flooring contractor/owner of Clark Flooring and have done business for 25 years in the Tampa Bay area. I have worked with hundreds of contractors and CRC Builders is one of two builders I recommend. When I recommend CRC, I feel confident that I will only get great feed back and appreciation for recommending them. It seems these days it’s very difficult to get great quality professional contractors, but CRC builders are doing just that.

Chris and his team of competent professionals did a great job installing my wood floors. I'm very impressed with the whole crew.

The staff did a amazing job! They completed the drywall repairs and baseboard in our units. Special thank you to Jayme Ramquist for all his hard work and go the extra mile to make sure everything was completed correctly. Thank you.

Chris and his team were great to work with. He kept within the budget with top quality material. He always answered his phone when we had questions and made sure he made us aware of all of our options before making the final decision. He demands perfection from his team to ensure the customer is always happy! And we were!
Thanks CRC!

I highly recommend CRC Builders for their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering quality work on time.
I was in a difficult situation when my original contractor abandoned my kitchen and bathroom remodel, leaving behind numerous errors that needed correction and completion. CRC Builders came highly recommended, and they truly delivered on every front.
They maintained the original timeline, which was crucial for me, and ensured that the work site was kept clean, minimizing dust throughout the process. What really impressed me was their proactive approach to creating solutions in order to achieve the desired look I wanted. The workers were very professional and polite, making the entire experience stress-free. I hope to use them for my ADU next year.

Chris and Matt are top of the line professionals. The whole way through our lanai extension project they made us feel as though we were their most important project. Their response time to every question or request was rapid. They kept us informed every step of the way. The work done by their team is of the highest quality. If you want something done and done well, hire CRC.

'Getting quality of work in Florida when it comes to your home is so tuff anymore. So stressful. However, had CRC Builders renovated a villa for my wife/I and it was hands down outstanding. Quality, attention to detail, and professionalism was 2nd to none. Outstanding experience.
Do not waste another minute. Call them. Genuine company. Great experience.

C.R.C. Builders renovated our kitchens and turned a powder room into a much needed laundry room. Matt and Cliff were always available with solutions as issues came up. They did a great job overseeing the job until the renovation was completed. Jayme, Joshua and Z were on the job. They were talented, neat, and were a well trained crew. They handled their individual tasks with great skill, with beautiful results. They do great work and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Chris and his team did an amazing job with my home. They have remodeled bathrooms for me before and did a great job. The latest project was installing a new oversized glass slider doors and put a wood ceiling up in the sunroom. The results came out just like we envisioned it!!! Highly recommend for any job.

Matt and everyone we worked with at CRC Builders were great! Clear communication, upfront and fair pricing and they treated our home like their own, taking care to clean up before leaving and when the job was done. Looking forward to working with them in the future!

CRC repaired bunch of areas that were exposed due to mold remediation. They did a great job, and got the work done quickly. You would never know any of the areas had been touched. Everything looks perfect. I highly recommend them. We will be using them for any future projects.

Crc did a great job. The crew was very knowledgeable and efficient. They were attentive to details and communicated with us throughout the project.

When we decided to completely change our shower and toilet, we got quotes from three contractors. We heard good review about CRC from a neighbor who has used them recently. Now that they have completed the work, we are so happy that we reached the right contractor. Throughout the construction work, they stayed on top of the status of the work. They communicated with us constantly. If there was a delay or mistake, they immediately informed us and did quick course correction. They were available and stayed in touch thru messages and calls. Every one of the service professionals who worked on the project were very professional and pleasant. They came on time and never wasted time on unnecessary discussions. We are so happy we selected them.

CRC Builders did a phenomenal and quality job replacing the rear exterior impact door of our home. Thank you to Jayme and Zollo for the great work!!!

CRC Builders did a fantastic job with our kitchen. We had a unique request to lower our 2 level island and change the countertops. Their crew, Jamie and Cliff were friendly and competent with their craft. Totally transformed the space and looks fantastic.

We recently had the pleasure of working with CRC BUILDERS to build our dream master bedroom and bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, their team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to excellence.

The bedroom is a serene retreat—spacious, beautifully finished, and thoughtfully designed. Every element, from the custom trim to the lighting, reflects quality and care. The bathroom is equally impressive: modern, luxurious, and functional, with flawless tile work and top-tier fixtures that make it feel like a spa.

What truly sets CRC BUILDERS apart is their communication and reliability. They kept us informed every step of the way, stayed on schedule, and treated our home with respect. Their crew was courteous, skilled, and clearly passionate about their work.

If you're looking for a contractor who delivers stunning results and a stress-free experience, look no further. We wholeheartedly recommend CRC BUILDERS and would work with them again in a heartbeat!
