I had an HVAC system installed by HARBOR AIR. I highly recommend this company to anyone with an Air Conditioner. The price for the system was fair, the employees are on-time and courteous, and their work is excellent. I got in a jam last night and reached out to Harbor Air, and there was a cheerful, knowledgeable technician at my door this morning. He serviced the unit, checked the air handler and compressor, and my house now is cool and comfortable. This Company is the real deal. Look no further

Yesterday our air conditioner started blowing hot air. After routine troubleshooting, nothing changed. We called Kendall at Harbor Air and he was over sooooo quickly. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. Super fair price for a super quick fix. We recommend Harbor Air to everyone

I had another company come out several times to work on AC which was not cooling. They kept charging me but never fixed it. I explained to Kendall when I called Harbor that the outside unit was still clanging on, fan would run a few minutes, and then shutting off . Kendall came right out and was easily able to diagnose the problem which was the other company put way too much refrigerant in and that was causing this serious problem. He stayed, draining the system slowly, until it was right and temperature was correct. This took up a lot of his time. He also checked the outside drain, which was clogged and cleared it for no charge. I was very grateful to find this company and cannot stress enough how everyone should call them first. The price was lower than I expected. And they are so professional and proud of their work that my mind was finally at ease with a air conditioner running as it should. When they left they assured me that if I had any further problems with it they would come out free of charge. When was the last time a company told you that!

Things started out great with this company, Kendall was very nice and helped us fix our AC. The second time we called him, he arrived to re-install a board and left with the AC not working. We called the next day and were told Kendall would be coming by that day. Kendall later TEXTED me saying he wouldn't be able to make it because he had too many clients, was overwhelmed, etc. He was incredibly unprofessional and I would not recommend. They can't keep up with the clients they already have.

Our A/C went out last week while we were taking care of a family member that had had a major surgery within the last two weeks....needless to say the A/C going out was horrible timing. We called a few different companies - some got back to us and some just couldn't get to us until the evening. We called Harbor Air because others in a facebook community group had recommended them. Within two hours Kendall was at our house. We couldn't believe that he came out SO quickly - we were SO extremely thankful! In under an hour he had the unit back on and running. He stuck around for a little while longer to check a few more things and to make sure that the air continued to stay on. The next day, Kendall's wife called us to schedule our free annual maintenance since we were first time customers. A few days later, Alex and another employee came out to complete our free annual maintenance. Alex called during our scheduled time frame to give us updates and let us know when they were on their way.
All of this to say, great customer service all around. We will definitely be sticking with them!

I recently had an issue with my property at the worst time, AC went out, during the hottest days of the year. I called for an emergency evaluation with another company who spent 3 hours at my house diagnosing the problem...they called to let me know it was a 5-6 hour repair and they would need to order the part. The cost was >$1000. For the next 3 days the house was 85 degrees while I awaited the part...

I decided to call a second opinion with (Harbor Air.)!! The owner himself agreed to come out that day and take a look for me since I was in a bad spot. I honestly couldn't believe it when he called me within 30-45 minutes to say the problem was fixed. It had nothing to do with the part the other company was trying to have me fix. He charged me the honest price of repair which was 1/5th the cost the other company quoted.

So many companies today who provide trade service are fine with ripping people off. I was insanely thankful to find an honest one when I was in a bind. Would not call anyone else at this point. Insanely thankful for Harbor Air and the service they provided!!

Had Harbor Air help me when my ac went down. Very quick to respond and fix the problem. Had 3 companies come out and 2 of them gave me way higher prices and pushed new system on me while Harbor Air just told me what I needed to fix. Saved me a lot of money. Everything is working great and they will be my go to from now on!

My AC went out and within ONE DAY Kendall and Mike were trying to fix my old unit to get me air while my new unit was on the way. They saw my kids and were truly concerned about their wellbeing in this heat. Long story short my new unit is in, runs perfectly, and Kendall was in touch the whole time.

I am so grateful for Kendall! I had another company try to charge me 3 times more. Kendall gave me a great price. Very kind and professional. Harbor ac doesn’t service my area normally yet he sent someone out within 3 hours. Mike came in no pressure sales and explained in detail what my issue was. Great experience with Harbor Air. Kendall did an awesome job diagnosing our issue and providing options for repair and replacement. Ended up replacing system which was done quickly, professionally, and at a good price. Would recommend using Harbor Air for all HVAC needs!

They are now the one and only AC company I will use. They were the only ones out of 6 companies who actually fixed my issue, and they didn't charge me because it was a simple fix for them!!! I had other companies telling me we needed $30k worth of ac and duct work. They are so honest and do great work!

This is my first review of any product or company but feel it is necessary to express my gratitude for excellent service. I had originally tried to contact another contractor for services a couple of weeks before my AC completely died but could not get a returned call. With two and a half days of no air and 95 degree weather, I reached out to a friend on Sunday evening for a recommendation, Harbor Air. Unable to sleep in the stifling heat, I called and left a message at 3:45 a.m. early Monday morning and to my surprise was called back by Tiffany, shortly after opening that same day. I explained my situation and she told me she would look at the schedules and call me back. In a few short minutes, she called me back to let me know that Kendall would be heading to me after he finished up at the job he was working, approximately an hour to an hour and a half, but turned out to only be about 45 minutes. Kendall quickly got to work and had my air working again and wrapped up before 11:00 a.m.! He explained everything he had done thoroughly and the necessary maintenance including the associated costs (which were much lower than I anticipated, another bonus) From start to finish, this company was amazing! Very highly recommend and will now be the only company I use. Thank you Tiffany and Kendall!

Were living in times where great, honest and dependable contractors are far and few to be found. Harbor Air is one of those contractors! Their team was outstanding on the install of two HVAC units in my home. Their pricing was more than competitive and the quality of work was performed with expertise. I have nothing but positive things to say regarding my experience and highly recommend this company for install, repair or scheduled maintenance. Keep up the great work Harbor Air!

My A/C wasn't cooling this morning so called early to leave a message for Harbor Air. I got a call back (before office hours!) and the owner was at my house first thing. Excellent service and very quick to find the problem. Professional, knowledgeable, cordial and fairly priced.
This is our 3rd HVAC company used for service/regular maintenance in 6 years living here - we are extremely happy with Harbor Air so no need to call anyone else!

Harbor Air installed a new HVAC climate control system in our 2500 square foot home this year in July 2022. They are one of the best, most honorable and professional companies I have encountered in all my 33 years as a General Contractor.(now retired) Their entire staff are courteous and knowledgeable and provided prompt and expert installation. I strongly recommend this company for anyone in need of any air conditioning service. Kendall and his wife Tiffany are not only the owners but are hands on in addressing ones needs with their pleasant manners ; dedication and addressing any and all concerns of the home owner.

I own a business and home. Harbor air has done work at both and has saved me 100 times. I would recommend them to anyone. They always keep their word and produce quality work. Would HIGHLY recommend. I would not use anyone else.

Company was great to work with. Pleasant workers. Job done in 1day. I have had 2 preventative maintenance jobs completed. They even replaced the filter in the Air Handler unit. I recently had an issue with my thermostat (Google Nest Generation 1), but Kendall came out and resolved the issue (Nest Power Connect adapter). I have an older house with a 5 wire vs 6 wire for thermostat. Thermostat is working great. I hope to no longer be replacing batteries every few days.
7/16/24-another preventative maintenance job and no issues to report on. It is great having the same group of workers come out, as they have seen the unit about every 6 months and are familiar with any changes from the previous visit. happy customer. Please keep up the great work and fantastic staff.

I had a 5-star experience with Harbor Air. AC went down during the heat advisory days in Tampa just before July 4th. Harbor Air was nice to send two extremely professional and nice service reps that afternoon. The part that had to be replaced unfortunately was not in stock that day. The reps drove back to their office and got some used parts to temporarily last until the part became available. They tried really hard to find a part that would work and kept trying different parts until they found one that worked. While it was sub-optimal (which I was made aware of) it got us through the next 36 hrs. Without AC the temp. crept up to 86F inside so even though it was not working at full capacity we got some relief. On Friday, the same team came back and replaced the failing parts with new part. I really appreciated that they opened the new part from its original packaging while I was outside with them. They were also fair and credited some of the cost of the initial visit to the installation of the new part. I have an aging system so while I know that eventually I will have to replace it, thanks to Harbor Air hopefully will get a few more years out of this system. The price I paid was fair for the job, especially since they give out a 1 yr labor warranty. Highly recommended.
