Everything was great and wonderful

Local company owned by local resident that has been in business over 30 years. Excellent service at an excellent price!

They started off good but disappeared stop coming to service the pool and do not answer the phone or their emails. Can only assume the went out of business without telling their clients???

Everything was fine until he literally just stopped showing up & deleted our account. My boyfriend is on deployment & I know nothing about pools, so just ghosting us like this is really upsetting.

They were prompt, came out quick for the estimate and were here the next day to clean it. Donald showed up and did a fantastic job, he was even kind enough to put me onto a much better value of filter for my pump. You can’t beat that for the price.

I'm a local real estate broker and property manager and I do not recommend this company at all. Don stated that he could turn the pool from green to clear in a 2-week timeframe; however, after 3 weeks of short visits, no changes to pool, and unreturned calls, he finally texted me back to tell me words to the effect that the job was too hard.

This pool company has been around since 1984, so after a horrible experience with a prior pool company I felt at ease signing up for OP Pool Service. I am a landlord living in California with my rental property in Orange Park, FL, so needless to say peace of mind with a company is exactly what I want. The start up initial appointment was wonderful, Donald was very communicative through email and phone call. Fast forward two months and I receive a long text message from my tenants informing me the pool service has not been there in two months (my tenants are retired so they are home all day everyday to see that nobody has shown up) Thankfully my tenants were able to tend to the pool themselves although they should not have to seeing as a portion of their rent is meant to be spent on pool service. My tenant informs me she has called multiple times with no response, and I myself also have not received a response email to a chemical question from over a month ago (I assumed business & email is checked less than phone calls). So i call this afternoon to no response, I search vigorously online in search for another phone number other than Donald's cell phone.... nothing. Google reviews confirm my fears that many of his other customers have been "ghosted" while blinding paying for services that were not completed or done whatsoever. With no contact information available I am now forced to open a dispute fraudulent investigation against Donald Eldridge and OP Pool Services to get my $250 refunded back to me for the last two months of service not completed.
Regardless of the reason for this company "ghosting" it is absolutely unacceptable for a company of 35 years to not inform it's customers of changes made resulting in services not completed.
Not like you will be able to get ahold of anyone, but DO NOT sign up for this company's services. And if you have experienced this same problem I suggest you open up the dispute for any charges with your bank to get a refund because it doesn't look like this company has any plan to refund its customers.

First couple of visits were fine except they had a habit of not notifying me and showing up on non-scheduled days. Last couple of visits no cleaning was done. Apparently all that was done were chemical additions, but all of the debris and dirt and algae starting to grow were left behind. We had Don call our landlord to let them know that an upgraded filter system was needed and they were very prompt about that, but let our pool's cleanliness suffer after they made their money off it.

Came out 2 or 3 times at first and was great. Then he started missing weeks at a time until he eventually stopped showing up at all. We quit sending payment because he was not servicing our pool anymore and hadn’t for about 6 months. After 6 months, we get threatened with a lawsuit and a Lien to be placed on our house. Would not answer calls, texts, or emails at any point after he stopped showing up. Absolutely horrible experience and this guy should be shut down.

Great pool company! They provide weekly cleaning and maintenance and always do a thorough, reliable job. Our pool stays clean and clear, and any issues are addressed quickly. Highly recommend.

I just had to take a moment to share how incredibly impressed I am with Andrea from Bela Maids. She did an absolutely amazing job! From the moment she arrived, she worked with such attention to detail and care. The house smells fresh and clean, and everything is neatly organized – it truly feels like a new home.

One thing I’m particularly grateful for is how thorough Andrea was. She even cleaned the fan in the sunroom, which, to my embarrassment, had never been cleaned before. It’s those little things that really show how dedicated and detail-oriented she is.

Evelin was so amazing, and left my place so squeaky clean. After undergoing my double mastectomy and having restrictions I couldn’t clean the way I like, she was a blessing ! Not only did she do a wonderful job, but our conversation was lovely and just what I needed ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you 🙏🏽

I hired Bela Maids because they were local and seemed to have good reviews. However, I spoke to the owner when setting up an appointment and was VERY clear on needing a deep clean and was priced as such. She told me they would initially deep clean and then we could set up a maintenance schedule. I asked question about what was covered on a deep clean and was told that would be cleaning fridge, oven, cabinets, baseboards and blinds along with the other usual cleaning. None of that was done and I was charged for a deep clean for $280.. when reaching out to her I was told she never said that was included in the clean.. even though she did and it is also posted on their site. Once I pointed that out she completely stopped responding. Save your time and money and avoid this scam of a company 👌🏼

Andrea is amazing! She is so thorough with her cleaning and so patient with my pups, even took time to bond with them. She definitely goes above and beyond! I have recommended Bella to many of my friends and will continue to recommend them!

Dargelis cleaned our house today and she was amazing and did such a good job, we are very happy we used bela maids and plan to be with them a long time.

He did an excellent job of throughly cleaning my entire home. He was very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend Bella Maids. Always GREAT service.

I specifically requested a deep cleaning of cabinets, appliances, windows, bathrooms. An all over house cleaning in an empty house. I paid a hefty price to have this done.
Representatives came late,,left after 3 hours. Many areas not cleaned at all or missed. What I received was more like a weekly service. I needed some muscle behind the cleaning. They missed basic things like the cabinets below the island, did not move the microwave on the counter to clean behind it or under it. Missed the one ceiling fan blades and used only a duster on the baseboards and did not clean cob webs on the ceiling corners.
Tub and shower enclosure no cleaned.
Very disappointed in the quality and price. Tried to resolve but could not come to an agreement.
