Polite, professional, very knowledgeable. Pricing was very reasonable, and commensurate to the job (trimmed up two large, old, established red maple trees in the front yard, and 3 Queen palms (each approximately 25-30 ft tall), 2 Royal palms (each approximately 20 ft tall), and a Mexican fan palm (approximately 50 ft tall) in the backyard). Great work and quick turnaround. Tom, the owner, listened to my concerns and offered professional advice, and was there for the entire job. He was engaged and very hands-on. My trees look amazing! I will definitely work with them for all my tree needs.

Let's their employees drive around unlicensed , I wonder if they're

Called the number listed, introduced myself to let the woman know I work for a local charity who provides services to local families battling cancer, and before I could tell her we wanted to hire them to service one of our families, she abruptly cut me off, said she was on the road and didn't have time to talk to me and rudely hung up. She won't be getting any of our money for sure.

These guys were amazing. Scheduling was difficult with myself and Tom, and he was able to work with me completely to get the job done. 100% would recommend these guys and will be using them again.

Came out same day for estimate and fixed our problem the next day. I am very happy with their work.

Tom is very friendly and professional. He and his team did everything he said they would. Cleanup was outstanding, not a leaf or twig left onsite.

On June 4, 2018, Tom said he would put me on his "Do List" to cut down 3 trees in my backyard. At that time he said he it would be 1 1/2 weeks before he could get to my job and that he would call me a couple of days in advance to let me know what day he would be out. By June 12th I had not heard from him or his office so I called. I left several messages and finally heard back from him on June 13th saying he would be out on the 14th at 2 PM. He did not show at that time so I called him at 2:30. He said "let's do it tomorrow morning." I said that wasn't good for me and he said, "I'll be out there in the morning or you can do what you want." I told him that I'll do want I want and hired another tree service.

Called Tom, he came out and gave us a very fair quote. Did all the work as quoted, cleaned up very good and my property now looks great! I highly recommend them, plus, they’ve been in business for a long time! 👍🙌

Originally called to have a leaning gum tree removed and was quoted a less than expected price. While waiting on making a decision, I noticed a tree behind the original that was severely leaning and completed rotted out. Tom added that and another tree to the list that was standing in the way of the second tree. With the add-on trees, I was told "no problem. All 3 trees removed at a very reasonable rate and literally just in time for a severe thunderstorm that would have brought down one of the trees. Tom and his team were very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

Tom and his crew cut down our dead tree and also all our banana trees. They were fast and professional and cleaned up the debris after getting rid of the stumps. I would recommend them very highly. As much as I hated to see my tree go, they did a great job.

Called on Monday to see about having a climber come get a cat from a tree as my ladder wasn't tall enough. Tom finally came over 2 days later to look the situation over while I was at work. Little did he know my security cameras caught him picking something up next to the tree to throw at the cat and off camera view can be heard yelling at the cat to get down! Which in turn frightening her more causing her to go up the tree higher! When I called him to ask what had happened he admitted to throwing a stick at her.

Tom came out with his crew after Hurricane Matthew and did an outstanding job with sawing and cutting a very large oak tree. Tom gave me a fair estimate to do the job and even returned the following day as promised. I would highly recommend OP Tree Surgeons to anyone needing this type of service.

Tom and his crew did a great job. Very polite and professional. They worked hard trimming up my very old oak in my yard as well as removing several trees that where in very bad locations. The quote was the best I has gotten after asking three services. The lady at the office could due to be more professional but the guys that do the work are awesome hard working people.

Came out promptly the first time for the estimate and got a good estimate but they fell through from there. They kept saying the would contact me and never did. Finally they said they would schedule it for a date and then they fell through again without reaching out and said they couldn’t do the job.

Not an organized or professional organization. They may appear professional but I’d say they’re just 2 guys and a truck that are doing it by the seat of their pants. Wouldn’t even bother calling them.

Tom and his crew exceeded my expectations. Everyone that came to the job has a wealth of knowledge in dynamic situations of removing trees. I had a three story maple leaning towards my house and 8ft away from my lanai. I hired this company based on experience and they got the job done with out damaging my lanai or my home… not to mention the 40 year old oak with major limbs that were hanging directly over my roof and causing some damage to my shingles. Again they got the job done with zero damage… Highly recommend these professionals for your tree work. Not to mention that they were very fair on price AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.! My neighbor even hired these guys immediately after seeing their work… just saying…

Tom and his crew arrived when he said they would and performed outstandingly! I’m extremely pleased with the work they did removing 5 trees from my property. They worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. The price was extremely reasonable.
