Did not make appointment to cut down tree as they said they would. Called and left several messages and no return call. I called someone else to take of my tree needs.

Gave me a fair price. Showed up and completed the job. Will use again when needed.

just had them remove a large dead water oak from our front yard and grind the stump. They were prompt, efficient , courteous, and did a fantastic job, leaving the area cleaner than it was when they started. I highly recommend them

Cant say enough. After hurricane mathew rolled through it looked like my home may have dodged a bullet. But after further inspecting my yard i found that a massive pine tree out front was leaning towards the garage more than usual. The tree was uprooting itself, and only held up by a few limbs from another tree. Phil, the owner came out at 9pm that night. Twenty mins after i called he arrived. He inspected the tree, was very personable, and assured me although at a very sketchy angle he could take care of it. The next morning the tree was down and cut in small sections. By 9:30am they were finished and on to the next job. The price was amazing! Phil and his guys saved my garage, and valuables. Thanks again phil. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone that requires your services.

Phil was supposed to cut tree and remove stump. He cut tree but never removed stump. I called him several times and he said he would come back to finish but never did. We paid him for an incomplete job. I do not recommend him as he did not do the job that we agreed on.

This company came out to do some tree work for our neighbor. We made sure to make him aware that we had a sprinkler right in front of the stump he was grinding. He assured us he wouldn’t hit the sprinkler. Now all that is left is a pipe, and pieces of our sprinkler head. Called Phil to see what would be done about fixing this. He stated he would be out within the week to fix it. Over two weeks later and we have not seen Phil. Sent Phil a message with a photo asking where to send the bill from our irrigation company and we cannot get a response. Does anyone know where Phil is?

This is the third time we have used Expert and they have been prompt, courteous and professional every time. This time, he removed an eighty foot Southern Magnolia that had been storm damaged and was unfortunately dying. On this and every time we’ve used them, they have left the yard as clean or cleaner than they found it. He did a thorough job of grinding the stump and had everything down, ground, cleaned up and gone in a day.

Phil showed up as promised the Monday before Milton and took down two trees that were leaning toward my house. He was done in less than 3 hours. One of the tall pine trees was next to my power line, yet he dropped them with precision and never hit the line. Thank you again.

I had a huge group of trees I needed removed from my front yard.

I had a few contractors out to quote and was told by others that price would be >30% more because they needed to rent a crane (which put the job out of my budget this year) . In addition I had a huge group of roots growing against my driveway which other companies said they can't get to.

Well expert tree did the entire job with one guy in the tree with a chain saw and a rope and other guy assisting with a skid steer on the ground.

The job was completed expertly, and I now have a huge pile of soil/mulch I am using to fill in other areas of my yard.

Lastly for each day they were out, any work that day was cleaned and hauled away!

My Mother had a huge Queen Palm that she loved dearly. Unfortunately it became diseased and it needed to be removed. Chris and Mike came out yesterday and were very professional and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up afterwards and hauled away the tree. We would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing tree services! Josh and crew did a great job. Despite a thunder storm, they still got all the work done on schedule. We have several very tall palm trees that we cannot safely do ourselves. These were all trimmed and cleaned up as well as some additional tree work. This is the 2nd year we've used Top Notch and we'll continue to use their services for any tree work we have.

We have used Top Notch Tree Experts twice now. The first time, they removed two trees for us. The second time, they trimmed up trees in our backyard. Both Josh and his crew were excellent to work with. I would highly recommend.

Josh and his crew from Top Notch Tree Experts came to our home and removed two 25+ ft palm trees that were within 2’ of the gutters on our home. They carefully removed the trees without any damage to our home or paver walkway and minimal damage in the yard. They were very efficient at cleaning up all the debris. This is the second time we have used them and will use them again for any tree services we might require in the future.
