I can't recommend this business highly enough. I was going to just have them clean my gutters, and ended up with them giving my driveway and walkways a wash, as well as washing my house and washing the windows. No upsell at all, Joel and Mark were just doing such a good job and at such a reasonable price, it was a "no-brainer" to get additional cleaning done. Needless to say, they did a great job with everything. They show up on time, do their work thoroughly and efficiently, and finish on time. Did I mention the cost for all they did was quite reasonable? (ask Joel about their military discount)

If you need any pressure washing or cleaning done, Joel is the man to call. My highest possible rating. They could not have done a better job.

This company goes above and beyond to please the customer! Their attention to detail and willingness to move patio furniture, planters and miscellaneous items so they can do a thorough job is impressive. They walked through every aspect before and after washing our home. We will be repeat customers for sure:-)

I recently purchased a home and I
Originally hired shark pro wash to clean my pool screen. They did such a fantastic job with the screen I called them back and hired them to do my entire driveway and walk ways. Not only did they do a awesome job they were very reasonable with their prices!! I hired them again to do my roof as I had algae growing on the front part of the roof
They did a incredible job all 3 times I hired them!
The owner is a super nice, extremely professional and went out of his way too make sure my plants wouldn't be effected and possibly die from the bleach solution they put on the roof to kill the algae. He even came back a week later to check on all the plants and to make sure all the algae was off the roof. He also told me if I notice any of my plants and shrubs being effected with the solution they used for the roof that they would come out right away and make it right and would even replace the plant or plants that died.My insurance company wanted me to clean my roof from the algae and the owner of shark pro wash even offered to talk to my insurance company and explain and even send pictures of the roof after it was cleaned! No other company in my opinion would go out of their way to help a homeowner and take the time to call the homeowners insurance company! Especially since they were taking time out of their schedule to do this for free! No other company would ever do that!
I even spoke with his wife and she is also extremely nice and very professional. I highly recommend shark pro wash to anyone who needs any work done to their home. I am going to use them again to have them clean the house which is all brick and the window's!
They are by far the best and only company you need for you're home!

Updated 10/2021: Joel and team are fantastic! Communication is top notch, they are reliable, and their work is excellent! We had them out again, this time for inside and outside of windows, power washing our large cobblestone area in the back, and vinyl fencing. It all turned out even better than we expected! It is great to find such a quality company!

3/2021: Very impressed with Joel and team at SharkProwash! Joel responded to our inquiry quickly and provided an estimate based on a photo. I received a confirmation of our appointment by text message immediately with a promise they’d call 30 minutes prior to arrival - which they did! They arrived promptly within the scheduled window. The truck/team had a very professional appearance. The results were impressive - our driveway looks brand new! I spoke to Joel upon completion - very nice and professional. I highly recommend them for pressure washing!

Shark Pro Wash left a flyer on my door and I called to get an estimate to do my driveway, sidewalks, and street gutters. The price quote was very reasonable. They scheduled the pressure washing for Monday and arrived on time and finished the job in a few hours. All the concrete areas are sparkling clean and my curb appeal is amazing. From the initial free estimate, that was broken down so that I could choose only those services I needed, to the Fantastic finish, I highly recommend Joel and his professional team of miracle workers. My home is coquina stucco which requires special handling to clean. It was a no brainer for SharkProWash. All the work was done in a few hours and they even cleaned my concrete statues and fire pit. They cleaned the fencing facing the street and my neighbors thought I had installed new. And, as a senior citizen, I was delighted to qualify for the grandma shark 10% discount! Joel and his team take pride in their work. A quality rarely found today. I will be using SharkProWash for many years to come. Thank You, Joel and the entire SharkProWash team.

Amazing! It seemed expensive when we got the estimate, but to be fair, we haven’t had a professional pressure washing in several years. Our home really needed it, and these guys were meticulous, professional, friendly, and CLEAN. We love the way it looks now, and they worked hard on the challenging areas. We love how they put everything back. Super service, and worth every cent! Added bonus, our cranky old cat thought they were awesome and they were kind to him and super vigilant about not letting him out, even though he tried!

This was my first time having my home professionally cleaned. I was unsure about the whole “soft wash” process, but that seemed to be what the right thing to do was based on my research. I searched around for a company that would come to Green Cove Springs and contacted Joel from Shark Pro Wash. He set up a date to do the estimate and gave me a quote for each of the items that could be washed (ex. house, screen patio, driveway, etc..). Joel was able to set me up about a week later for the job. All I can say is I was very impressed. The house (which is only 1 year old) was filthy. There was so much dirt, dead/dried bugs and mold all over. When I got home my siding was clean, my screen patio was no longer yellow with dead bugs stuck to it, my white gutters and trim were back to white and the windows looked great (paid for the window cleaning which is a different process). I would highly recommend their services.

Had them come out a pressure wash my driveway. Scheduling was easy. They came out and did a great job. They explained everything to me fair and square. The cost was very fair, especially for the professionalism and the quality of work. Will do business with them again!

Joel and his team (Mark) delivered as promised and exceeded our goals. There was no way that we believed that our gutters and wood trim from our brick house would ever be like brand new again. When Joel was finished with the exterior house wash, he then performed the miracle. We had just had new windows installed less than two years ago and for the longest time, we could not remove the suction cup marks from the factory. We tried multiple cleaning products that failed. After he completed the interior/exterior window wash, it looks incredibly amazing. They are crystal clear and now we have to be careful that the birds don't fly into the glass due to the magnificent reflection of our backyard oasis.

We are definitely going to repeat business with Joel and his team. More businesses should operate in the professional manner that he presented to us. He has a bright future ahead of him!

Joel and his team did an amazing job on our home. We recently had a pool installed and our home was filthy after all of the construction. SharkPro came in and cleaned our roof, driveway, house and windows and did so in a very professional manner. They were here on time, made sure every part of our home was clean and came back a week later to make sure we were happy with everything. I highly recommend them for jobs both big and small.

Joel and Mark are professional yet personable and take great pride in their work. I don't know when the last time our roof was cleaned but it looks fantastic now!!! Apparently the skylights in our home are NOT frosted plastic like I assumed since we could not see through them - they are clear and we can see the clouds through them now! Their attention to detail, preservation of the components of our 16 year old home (paint, roof, gutters, windows seals, etc.) and putting everything back where they found it when they were done showed us that they care about their customers homes like their customers do. Will DEFINITELY call them when it's time for these services again.

Very friendly and professional. I had a small patio done at Villas Continental, they explained the washing process and chemicals they used, they also recommended the stairs and other areas which they did at no extra cost and it made it look fantastic! I definitely left gratuity, and I can absolutely depend on these guys every time.

This is a great company to work with! Joel and his team did a beautiful job of cleaning up our home, pool pad, sidewalk and windows! After living here for 6 months it was like a whole new home! They are so responsive and very easy to work with. I will definitely be having them back to do upkeep!
