We rented a house when we vacationed in Jacksonville for couple of months. We hired this company and they were awesome! The scheduling was easy. They were very professional from the beginning. The quality of cleaning was immaculate. I would recommend them to my family and friends and hire them again next time.

My Maids is such a great addition to my busy life! They arrive on time, are always friendly, and work hard with an eye for details…couldn’t be more pleased!

The crew got to work right away and addressed the hundreds of plantation shuttlers blades. Our wood and travertine floors look great. The house smells clean. The crew was very accommodating and had an attention to detail. We are very pleased.

My Maids does a great job. They usually send a team of 3 and are finished within a couple hours. They are also very dependable.
I am recommending them to our son for a deep clean.

Had the team out yesterday for a first time cleaning ( actually used company before, it’s just been a long time). My house was pretty rough. They did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend. I could not have asked them to do more than they did. They got stains out of tubs and carpet that I was not able to . Bathrooms, Kitchen and floors were spotless. Great job.

They do not honor a GUARANTEE Pledge like Molly Maids and other local cleaners, which is if u are not satisfied and inform them within 24 hours, they will happily reclean at no cost. I informed them the same evening of all of the items they had missed, like all of the light fixtures, under tables, baseboards, and so on, and then I was told that if I had any issues, the time to address it was when they finished, so I had missed the window! If I wanted anything redone, I would have to pay! I stated I had been too exhausted from running after them while they were here, showing them what they missed, doing some items myself that they said they couldn't do, and supplying my own cleaning supplies, all while on a fractured hip with a cane, to do an appropriate walk-thru! I told him (his name was something like Doochie)that I paid 300.00 for a deep clean and expected what he told me the deep clean entailed (he texted me a 64-point checklist) when I hired them, and that the 3 ladies here only did half of the items on the list! His reply? "I don't know what to tell u. You only paid for labor." Seriously! My reply - yes, labor to do what was on your 64-point checklist! Do yourself a favor and use Molly Maids!

My Maids has been cleaning my son’s apartment for over a year and we are so pleased with their hard work and dedication!! My son has mental issues and is very messy as a result so we depend on My Maids’ service a lot. They organize and clean and leave the space spic and span every time. I don’t know what we would do without them!!

We have usedy maids for the past 25 years, at 2 different houses. They have always done a terrific job. They are always very pleasant and accommodating, for instance when all of our bedroom furniture was in the living room because we were getting new carpet, they worked around the items with no complaints. It's been a pleasure to have My Maids for as long as we have.

My husband and I had each used My Maids years ago before we met; they were awesome then and they are awesome now! So thorough and the attention to detail is amazing. They are so pleasant to work with, and we'll definitely continue using them!

If you franchise with this company BAD IDEA. Some of the accounts they give you, they have you work for 6 months NO PAY and on the 5th month they take the account from you and say the job wasn’t being cleaned good, even though the customers are saying different.
