Habitat for Humanity has been using Corvus for about 5 years. Their Customer Service is excellent. We have dealt with Elliott Moore and he always makes sure we are happy, checks up on the crews and is always quick to offer a solution if there is a problem. I would highly recommend their service.

We have her using Corvus of Jacksonville for a year now and it was the best changed we made. The customer service is exceptional; Krystal our cleaning lady is the best! I have never seen our sink more clean and shiny before. Spencer our account representative checks in all the time to make sure things are going well. Corvus has been great for our local business. We have used them for over 5years and greatly appreciate their customer service and attention to detail. They really go above and beyond for us.

If a swiffer mop or stick vac is all you need, this is the company for you. They are responsive and show up when expected. However, we have a high-traffic construction office. I was initially impressed by their detailed contract and promise of commercial-grade cleaning. We had two crews in 10 months and I was constantly asking for improvements. The first crew ruined our carpets using a stick vac - it wasn't getting the dirt up. I was expecting a commercial grade vacuum. The second crew used a standard home vacuum but used a swiffer wet mop, so then our hard floors were always black and sticky. When I asked for a resolution, they stated the swiffer was considered commercial quality. I strongly disagree. I decided I was done asking for a proper clean every week. They offered to end the remaining 2.5 months of my 1 year contract 2 weeks early if I signed a document stating I wouldn't leave a bad review. I chose to pay out the remainder of my 2.5 months without cleaning being performed - it was that frustrating and time consuming. So while they offered me a "discount" of the cost of a nice dinner out, I kept the "right" to leave this factual review to warn others. Watch the contract. They claim they do all of those things but absolutely do not. We have cameras in our office and they were made aware of them- yet I still have them cleaning around their supplies on the counter, using the same rags from bathroom, to kitchen sink and counter, to desks. I hired another company the week I fired them and they have met all of my expectations plus more. Our fans, air vents, stair rail, and floors were even more disgusting than I realized.

We use Corvus for our learning center. We are more than satisfied with their work cleaning our office. The cleaning team lead by Owen, that works in our office always communicates any needs or concerns they see. They are also very quick to respond and handle any small concerns that have popped up. If we share anything that needs to be done, it is taken care of by the next scheduled cleaning.

They also send a representative in person regularly to check in with us. They will see if we have any concerns but also do a walkthrough to check the quality of the cleaning. There has been times where they have caught a small issue that was overlooked by us. Overall would recommend working with this company.

We have had a wonderful experience with Corvus! The communication with our franchise owner, Rowenna, is second to none. They have been the easiest janitorial company to work with in my 20+ years in the medical/dental industry. We recommend them to everyone. Our patients always comment on how clean our office is and we thank Corvus for that!

We have used Corvus for years and have never had to complain. Bryan always does an awesome job keeping our offices clean and smelling great. We have moved buildings, floors, rooms, etc and the service has never waivered. He is always efficient in requesting supplies so that we never run out of the necessities. We appreciate him so much! Love not ever having to even think about our space, it is always taken care of for us. Justin checks in regularly to make sure our expectations and needs are being met and they definitely have been time and time again. Great Team over there!
