Joe’s Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing company did such a fine job of Pressure washing our entire house, paver-bricked driveway entry sidewalk, and backyard lanai, along with all of our rain gutters, front concrete sidewalk, and curbs and gutters. We are the envy of our neighbors right now, as our house sparkles for the holidays!

They were prompt, had first class vehicles and equipment, moved all our furniture, sprayed all of our plants with water first so they wouldn’t be effected when they used their bleach application, and were professional and informative.

On top of everything else, they were reasonably priced, had great attitudes, were respectful, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We wish we could say that about all companies who service our needs.

Joe and Tony showed up on time, were very professional and did an outstanding job cleaning not only our windows but all of the soffits and trim on our home. We thought the trim needed to be repainted before they started due to the mildew staining. But now it looks like new again! They went over and above, even cleaning our porch and steps. Once again - Joe’s team scheduled our window cleaning the next day, showed up on time, cleaned our windows beautifully, and lightly pressure washed the house sparkling, and delivered on the excellent prices advertised. I have officially been “wowed!” Owner/operator Joe and his team turned back the clock on our 20 year old house, making it look bright and shiny again with a thorough pressure washing and window/driveway/patio cleaning. Joe has impeccable attention to detail. After the main work was finished, he went back over everything to ensure our complete satisfaction. We were certain our screened enclosure was going to need a complete re-screen due to age; instead, Joe worked his magic and it looks like new! We couldn’t have asked for more, and will refer Joe to anyone who is looking for the highest quality service at extremely reasonable prices! A+, 10/10 recommend!!

We have used this company for the last 10 years to clean windows and power wash our pool deck. When we moved to a new home, I contracted to have him wash, sand and seal our paver patio(40’x28) . Within 5 months sand was not adhering and mold and mildew was reappearing. When I called to ask why this was happening I received a litany of excuses, not of which were true. He accepted no responsibility for the poor quality of work and materials but he was willing to come back for a fee. Clearly paver maintenance is not their specialty And I would discourage anyone from using them for pavers. Neighbors had same work done by different competitors and no problem after 18 months!

A Joe's technician came out to my house the week before my Navy retirement. They did an awesome job to make my house look great before my extended family showed up! I was impressed with the experience and received lots of compliments from my family about my home, driveway and patio appearance!

Joe was professional and thorough! Very attentive to detail and insured we were pleased with the work. They power washed and sanded paving stones and washed windows by hand. Would definitely recommend them! Everything looked great! Went above and beyond!

Joe came out and provided an estimate when he said he would, price was fair, he started and completed work as he said he would. VERY TRUSTWORTHY!!!! All work was performed in a professional manner and my newly sealed pool pavers look great!
