Called them at 6:00 PM and they were out the next day and at my house at 8:30 AM the next morning. Took them 5 minutes to fix my AC. Very honest and great price!

I am a resident at Lighthouse Apartments in Fleming Island. Our AC has not been working properly and so we requested a third party to come look at it since the maintenance at Lighthouse would not fix it. However I didn't know, until I called All Pro Heating & Air, that they are under contract and are "not allowed to speak with the tenants." The first time they were scheduled to come out was a weekend we were out of town. We gave Lighthouse permission for the 3rd party to enter our apartment. We have security cameras that notify you when someone walks in. When looking into our security cameras, it was Lighthouse's team, not All Pro and Air. We requested they come out a second time when my husband and I were home so we could ask questions. They were rude to us, wouldn't answer our questions, and would mumble under their breaths while inspecting our unit so we were unable to hear. Even in our bedroom one guy was punching in numbers after saying "this doesn't add up right" and wouldn't explain to us what he meant by that. Then they give Lighthouse the report that everything looks fine. We had a home inspector come look at our unit and tell us that the temperature in our bedroom was reading 85 degrees... Extremely unsatisfied and will never use or recommend them in the future.

Do not go anywhere else. This is the absolute best HVAC company! They are more than just a company, they are empathetic of your issues and try their best to get to you as soon as they can! They do an amazing job with a smile. Love this company!

As a Property Manager our vendors are key to maximizing our time and setting us apart from our fellow brokerages. When a tenant feels their a/c issue is not being addressed it can cause tenant issues. All Pro Heating and Air are very professional, courteous, and responds to our work requests the same day if time permits! We also do not have to call and follow up with them, they contact us! More vendors should follow the lead of All Pro Heating and Air!

Not Responsive, Questionable knowledge of craft:
I used them for service calls over the past two years. Every time they came out it was something different. One time they claimed a thermostat in automatic mode caused my problems. Another time the tech claimed one wire was installed wrong, fixed the one wire and charged me $180 plus the $60 service fee.

What really turned me off was their lack of response. On several occasions I had to followup with the company on scheduling a fix. Tired of this, I finally decided to get a new system and called their office twice to get a quote. Each time they never returned my call. Nothing. I of course went with another company, brand new system and all.

Edit: $120 to repair wire and $60 for service fee.

All pro gave me same day service and showed up an hour earlier than my scheduled time, Clifford, the tech that came to my house was very professional within 10 minutes of showing up found the leak on my outside unit, fix reserviced the feron and good as new, very reasonable price, actually cheaper than I expected. I will definitely use them in all my future needs and most definitely recommend them to everybody I know.

My old air conditioner was struggling to keep my house below 85 degrees and desperately needed replacement. Shane from All-Pro Heating and Air Conditioning were great to work with. Shane gave a very thorough explanation of my options, answered all of my questions honestly and without any sales pitch. The installation team arrived promptly at my appointment time and were very courteous the entire day. They even went out of their way to install the condenser around my existing landscaping. The new air conditioner works perfectly and brought the temperature down in my house from 83 to 75 in very short order. If you are looking for an honest, hard working technician to service your air conditioner you need to give All-Pro a call.

I would highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

We asked for an estimate to replace our HVAC. They showed up to take a look and never got back to us. Apparently the job was too much for them, or maybe not enough!
