I have used many other HVAC companies in the past. None of them were as reliable, dependable and honest as All Pro. After having my older system serviced by All Pro I decided to have them install my new system. The install went very smoothly and I’m pleased with the price, quality of the system and their follow-up maintenance program.

I’m also pleased with their technicians, especially Cliff. The owners of All Pro are the best. I highly recommend them for all of your HVAC needs.

First of all, this company has handle the installation of the HVAC system, but recently came out to complete a performance check. Cliff completed the check, and about a month ago he also replace my capacitor in the outside handler. Both times, he has been nothing but amazing, kind, and professional. Cliff definitely went over and beyond when he completed the check, and I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Cliff!

Great local company! They did a great job with cleaning my AC return ducts and dryer vent. The service technician was very personable and thorough. Lots of people in the neighborhood use them for service. You can see in a bunch of the Fleming island facebook groups when people post questions on AC systems/ductsand and dryer ducts this company comes up a lot on customer responses most favorably. The owners are nice people too. Makes sense when you see very fair pricing with good service 👏

Amazing company! My evap coil broke over a year ago and the first company I had come look at it said it would be 3k to fix. I went without it because I couldn't afford it. When I finally had the money saved All Pro reached out to me and told me the entire part was under warranty! They saved me so much money and were at my house within 3 days fixing it! Polite and professional people!

I've dealt with six people at the company and they've all been great. Lori in their office has been a great communicator. She returned my calls promptly and scheduled me within days She was also kind enough to let me know when the technician was running about 50 minutes late. Shane responds to emails within a day. I appreciate that kind of communication. Their technicians including Steve, Keely, and Cliff are courteous and look to do a good job. Not just a quick job.
I would definitely use them again.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I must give Croft heating and air a shout out for their honest work! Our AC seemingly kicked the bucket last night (it’s a 20 year old unit, so we weren’t that shocked), so we called out an emergency company to diagnose it.. they ended up saying it was officially dead and needed replacing. They quoted us $13k for the new HVAC so we told them we wanted to shop around before deciding (to which the guy seemed annoyed with and then started offering discounts to get us to buy right then and there).

We called Croft next and they were able to come out the next morning and quoted us an already better price of $9900 for a new HVAC—only to discover upon arrival that the unit did not actually need to be replaced! Just a couple of new parts and it’s good as new! Their honesty and integrity saved us THOUSANDS of dollars when we were already prepared to pay them for a brand new unit (which they knew and could have taken advantage of that). We will definitely use them again for any maintenance/repairs and absolutely buy the whole unit when that time has finally come! Would give 20/5 stars if I could!
