Butch and his team did a fabulous job installing my new air conditioning unit. The unit was retrofitted after a hurricane Idalia. The heat was unbearable and Croft air conditioning came to my rescue. The quality and professionalism was amazing. The pricing was extra ordinary. Thank you Butch and team.

We had to get a new HVAC system recently, and these guys were great. Everything, from getting the estimate to the install, has been great and had gone smoothly. They gave me the best offer (I got about 5 different estimates), and they were very knowledgeable and helpful at every step of the way. During the install, they explained everything they were doing and took time and care to make sure it was done correctly. I'll be calling Croft for any HVAC work or installations that I need in the future.

We found Croft ac at our last house and used them for 10 plus years. Owner is a stand up guy who is trustworthy , fair and extremely knowledgeable at his craft. The guys he has hired have 20 to 40 years experience and are the best in the business. No big company random new techs here! Its the old school kind of service and family business, we loved and appreciated that is now hard to find. Fyi- They will file warranty work too so use them for your new home especially in this Florida heat. Thanks Butch Croft n Co!

Absolutely Amazing, excellent customer service, prompt, and professional. I was experiencing no heat and my home was very cold. Phil was extremely knowledgeable with 25 years of experience and was able to repair my AC unit quickly. In 20 minutes my heat was back on I’m so thankful for Croft AC!!

Croft Heating is an outstanding company! In 2023, we purchased our new HVAC system from them. They did a great job, were reasonably priced and super efficient. Then, about a year ago, the thermostat wasn't working properly and they came out and replaced. NO CHARGE. Then, just a few days ago, we realized that the thermostat wasn't working again. We thought it was because we had lost Internet service. And, we were scheduled to have our house inspected within days b/c we had sold it. I emailed Croft on a Saturday, basically hoping someone could come out Monday & fix our issue before the Tuesday inspection. Well, Butch Croft, the owner, responded to my email on Sunday & assured us someone would come out Monday morning. And, it was Butch himself! He found that another house inspector had pulled a wire at the electric breaker box that cut the power. He fixed the issue in 30 seconds!!! And, once again, NO CHARGE. I simply cannot say enough about Croft. They are great to work with and I will never go to another HVAC company. They deserve the highest of praise! I totally recommend them and the marvelous job they do. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Well done Croft!!!

Knowledgeable, friendly technician. He explained everything well. Came out same evening and didn't charge extra for after hours. And we didn't have to wait several days like other companies told us. We will definitely use them again!

I had the same technician, Steve, come out on two separate occasions (once on a Sunday). He was responsive and stayed until the problem was fixed each time. Plus he spent the extra time to explain each step of the process to me. Excellent service.

Steve was extremely helpful and willing to come to my house at a last minute Saturday afternoon request. He stayed until we figured out the issue and he came up with a great work-around.

This company is really good. Fast response time. Owner actually does work himself and trained the rest of the crew. They work fast so they can charge less. My new go to AC company.

They came and moved our AC system from next to our patio to the other side of the house. No issues, quick, not a bad price. Had an issue the other day with the AC, called around 9AM and they could have someone there between 2-4. Pretty good service I'd say. Luckily i managed to fix the AC on my own but these guys are my go too when I have issues.

Dealing with Global Warming and Cooling has been one of the best experiences I've ever had when dealing with an HVAC company. Steven, the owner of the company, is the most decent and honest person I've met in a long, long time. Thank you guys for everything you've done!

Great job. Met and exceeded my expectations. Although price was a bit higher than the average local repair A/C refrigeration company( but not by much). However, you get what you pay for. One and done, I spent twice the amount calling out people to come and fix my refrigeration issues when all I had to do is call Global Warming and Cooling. They fixed everything in one shot and it looks clean and professional. I highly recommend them.

My parents AC stopped running and their normal AC company stated they couldn’t get out till the next day. I called Global bc I use them and they were able to get over to my parents and fix the issue within 2 hours. So my elderly parents didn’t have to go without AC during this heatwave. Awesome company and great service

Other than a few delays (our AC duct work was being replaced from a 1970's install) the complete rework/repair of the duct work was well done. GW&C price is well with in budget compared to other companies we had three estimates. Mark and Tyler did an excellent replacement and improved the over all efficiency of our heat pump. Answered both times for emergency problem with thermostat they installed several months ago, Steve came right out the next morning, texted me when he arrived and repaired in minutes assuring me if something happens again he will replace it. Excellent caring service!

The service was outstanding mark really gave his best effort to fix my issue was extremely knowledgeable and was able to communicate it to me in a way I understand I would definitely call them again if have another issue
