I called multiple HVAC companies trying to help my elderly parents fix their HVAC situation. Mind you their home is a double wide mobile home. No one wanted to do the work Global warming and Cooling wanted to do and all suggested a new system or find someone else. But Steven literally came out took 5 minutes and was just real honest and so down to earth with us. Fixed our problem within 5-10 minutes which made me realize the other companies were lazy or trying to maximize profits..This company made me have hope in people again. I am a realtor and going forward will always recommend these guys to anyone. If you are worried or have the same issue as me where you may think these guys may or may not do the work, I really suggest you give them a try. Its hard to find genuine and hardworking people serving our community. Thank you Steven and your HVAC company. You will hear from me again!

my ac unit is 13 years old and stopped blowing hot or cold air...it was the blower. I called Global, they were amazing and Tyler came out inspected and swapped in a newer motor and we were blowing cold air within 3 hours! Amazing customer service and professionalism! Highly recommend!

Superb service! Worked hard on a Sunday to determine fault and managed to get the system operating at least 50% until a permanent fix can be made. Very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommend!

Update: Second service call for our upstairs unit. Called about 5 on Friday afternoon, they called me by 10 Monday morning and Tyler was out to my house about 11:15. Same great service. Diagnosed the issue quickly. Thanks guys, you're awesome and we'll be calling next time.

Mark, Joe, and Sean worked very hard to replace our outdated 60 year old ducts. They did not cut any corners, doing the job right even though it was more difficult that way. I appreciate honest, hard workers who know what they are doing. Will use these guys again for any HVAC work.

Global is by far the the best HVAC company I've ever worked with. The communication process before, during and after the job is second to none. The estimate was sent with a clear breakdown of all aspects of the job with 3 options to choose from. Once the option was chosen, they scheduled the install and completed the work the following day. I received a text to alert me that they were en-route to my house, that included a picture of the technician. I received another text to notify me that the job was complete. The company owner was at the job with the techs to ensure all was as it should be. They left the work area cleaner than it was prior to their arrival. They even cleaned some mold that accumulated behind the old air handler, then painted that area prior to installing the new unit. They also discovered that the evap unit drain pipe, under the concrete slab, was broken & not draining properly, and replaced it. Global went above & beyond to ensure we received the best communication, equipment, service & price. Global not only provides quality & service, but peace of mind as well. I will recommend them to everyone.

Mark and Chris arrived promptly and hit the ground running. They completed warranty work on our Bosch Inverter Heat Pump system. They also inspected all of the system components and provided necessary maintenance. We certainly will be working with Global Warming and Cooling again in the future!

Our system was not working properly for 3 days as it keep cutting off. I called GWC on Tuesday morning around 8am and they showed up at 10:30 am that same morning. After explaining the symptoms we were seeing, the tech did a complete system check, found the issue, and had it working before 11am. After it was working he stayed to conduct a few more test to make sure everything was working correctly. I am very satisfied with the service provided and will use them again in the future. Thank you for the straight forward and timely service.

I had a refrigerator replaced in my destination trailer and Global took care of everything. They did an awesome job. I am so grateful for Global.

I’m absolutely disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism and outright negligence from Jack Evans Refrigeration and Air Conditioning LLC. A few months ago, Jack installed two 5-ton A/C units at our dental office in Orange Park. I paid him in full, on time, and never once disrespected his work or tried to haggle—he was treated fairly and professionally every step of the way.

And how did he repay that? He completely ghosted me. No callbacks, no replies to my texts, just left on read for two months straight. I’ve reached out countless times and he has ignored every single attempt to get support. This is not just bad business—it’s cowardly.

Now the real damage is showing up: leaks have started coming through the roof, and once again, no response from Jack. Not a word. We are a dental office serving patients in our community, and now we’re dealing with the fallout of his sloppy, irresponsible work. This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s actively affecting our ability to treat patients.

Jack Evans is not just unreliable—he’s dangerous to any business or homeowner who counts on quality work and accountability. Do not trust him with your property, your money, or your peace of mind. He’ll take your cash and vanish. Run the other way.

Responsive via online request. Worked us into the schedule the same day. Fixed our washer and ordered the part ahead anticipating the issue.

I have gotten my ac/heat unit serviced/repaired twice from ace they are always very responsive very professional and they do not try to up sale they go straight for the problem very honest people Troy came in today to trouble shoot the fan blower for the air handler replaced it in no time! They are my only and go to AC repair company!! Thank you guys!
