Mark, Chuck and the whole team at A/C TECH SERVICES are top notch professionals and have been servicing my HVAC equipment at my home and at rental properties for 10 years. I can recommend them for prompt, courteous and cost effective service.

A/C Tech installed a new Trane in.my home and the work was completed in the most professional manner. My old air handler was in the attic and they installed the new one in the garage where it would be more efficient and last longer. I highly recommend A/C Tech for your all your AC and Heating needs.

Mark was a life saver! When my air went out I initially contacted a less reputable company that tried to extort me for thousands! Mark and the folks at A/C Tech services provided adaptive and friendly customer service that worked around my schedule. The work was done quickly for substantially less money! Additionally, the right problem was addressed and the whole process was explained. I will always return to AC tech services!

We had 2x2-ton systems replaced with new higher efficiency models. Since they original heat pumps were installed behind the house, next to the lanai, we had them also move those units to the side of the house which was a lot of work to extend wiring and copper cleanly to the new position. All was done with excellence and any issues in the complicated process were handled with a strong eye towards safety and codes. Work was done cleanly, on time, and as quoted. Highly recommend!

Chuck has been our goto A/C tech since we purchased our home 11 years ago. He has always provided great service at incredibly, reasonable prices. Will never use soothe company, as long as A/C Tech is in business.

The Technicians, Take time to educate the service they about to provide On the service call. The technicians always go above and beyond their duties when working on your equipment. AC Tech service is about quality not Quantity . They don't overpricing or gausing their customers at any time of the year. They treat every customer like they are the extended family Members. We are all blessed to have a company like AC Tech service that truly care. God speed.

After I had been through another A/C repair company and received poor service. A/C Tech Services was recommended to me by a friend. I called and Mark came out to my house and was able to fix my a.c. I was very happy with the no b.s. talk and he told me exactly what was going on in layman's terms. Wonderful people and an awesome company! I would recommend to any one!

I highly recommend. Reasonable pricing and honest assessment of the problem. Called them because the warranty on my unit was not transferable from the previous owner of our house according to McGowan. I declined for McGowan to come out because I didn't have a warranty anyway. Oddly enough it turns out that A/C Tech will be able to be able to honor warranty on parts after all. I now have a new sticker on my unit!

I had the best experience with this company, other companies want to replace my entire a/c unit and chuck came over and was honest and more than fair and he fixed the problem and saved me thousands of dollars. I have always used them in the past and I never write reviews but this time I had to write a review to let everyone know how great of a company this really is. It was so good I offered a tip and Chuck absolutely would not take the tip, he could have made a lot of money off of me and decided to be honest instead and that says it all. I can't say enough good things about this experience.

I called A/C Tech to come and check my new outside unit because it was not cooling. He came out on Thursday and told me the unit was leaking freon and suggested I call the company who installed it because he did not want to charge me for something they should take care of because the unit is new. He said if I did not hear from them he would come back out and put freon in the unit so I would have air for the weekend. He checked with me on Friday and I told him I did not get a satisfactory answer and they were unable to come out. He was busy on Friday but said he would come Saturday morning. Unfortunately he lost my phone number but he was finally able to retrieve it from his office late Saturday afternoon. He came out and put freon in my unit and I was cool for the weekend. He is a very honest person and stands by his word. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable A/C company.

We've been without ad for 4 days...we called a few companies but this one actually called back. They were super busy but made the time to come by anyway. Mark was very professional and had our unit up and running quick. He explained everything that needed to be done and how long we had before it was absolutely necessary. He even checked to see if our unit was under warranty...I love the honesty! I will be using this company for all my ac needs. Thank you ac tech!

Called them on a Sunday morning. Asked if I could setup an appointment for Monday, because I did not want to pay an up-charge for weekend work.
I was told that they do not have a Sunday up-charge.
So we set the appointment for Sunday, whenever they could make it, because I would be here all day.
Within an hour an a half, the tech had already called and confirmed the appointment, and arrived at my house.
The service was awesome, and the tech was wonderful towards my three rottweilers, wanting to know why he was in their domain.
The tech was informative and helpful, and did not overcharge for items or services that were not needed.

I called this company because they had a few good reviews and are only 4 miles away from my home. I recently purchased a foreclosed home and wanted to have professional look at my heating and AC system to see if it needed any work. I made an appointment over a week in advance for a Wednesday morning and called the following Monday to confirm all was still well. Wednesday approached and by 12:30 I called and was told they are still coming, but have no ETA. I was told they would call when they are on their way. I never recieved a phone call and was very upset I wasted my time waiting on my only day off I have in the week :(

I had called a pervious air-conditioning company to come out Saturday and fix my unit which quit working Friday night. That company called Saturday morning to cancel on me. Having children in the house this was unacceptable. I called A/C tech around 10 and they were professional and understanding of my circumstances. They also offered same day service and arrived around 11:30. They we very knowledgeable and helpful with assisting me to understand the problem and cause of why my unit had stopped working. Their pricing was very reasonable and honest compared to the other A/C places I had called previously. I strongly recommend using them for your A/C repairs.

My AC went out over the weekend and the house temperature went up to 96 degrees. Everyone was at each other's throats so I knew I had to act fast.

I called AC Tech Services. They were courteous, professional and a repairman (Chuck) was at my house within a couple hours of my call. They came in, assessed my issue quickly, replaced the part and my AC is ice cold once again.

Like most of my neighbors, I was anticipating an 8k expense, but was surprised to see that Chuck quickly replaced the faulty part and hopefully it will be awhile before I need to replace my units.

I highly recommend this company and will use it again myself in the future.

They arrived in a timely manner. I had used this company previosly and all was good. This time the ac was not even checked or looked in to. He just pumped freon in two and a half units which was very expensive. It is an old old ac that has been mostly refurbished. The tech, Tom did not even check inside the unit to see what the problem was and advised me that I need a new system because parts are not available. I know I need a new system but I also know that parts are available for it although you need to wait on them. The freon was gone on three days. I called them and told them and gave them the opportunity to actually make it right, but of course they have not.

Fantastic Company! I left my house for a couple hours Monday morning and when I came back I noticed the fan on the outside unit was not spinning. I googled A/C companies in Orange Park and out of the 100000+ companies that popped up I chose these guys based on the good reviews. I called them and they had a guy out within a couple hours. Once he arrived he knew what was wrong within 5 mins! The capacitor was replaced and the A/C was back up and running within 30 minutes! So happy with the service they provided! I’ll definitely only use them from now on.

Our ac has not worked well for years. It finally just quit. Mark came out and spent 2 hours at our home assessing the situation....looking at duct system and size of ac and ability to adequately cool the home. He worked diligently to get ac running as this was a Sunday and a very hot day in July! He was honest and informed us it would not be able to cool house as it should, but was determined to get things going just to get us through. Due to poor duct design and a unit too small per square footage of home, it was recommended we have an overhall of most of duct system and new/larger ac unit and air handler. Installation was a two day process and was done with great care and attention to detail. Installers could not have been better, very courteous, informative per what they were doing and why. Just exceptional service and people. We would recommend this company highly to any family or business.

I had a unit improperly installed. After several return calls, the company that installed failed to resolve the issues. Two other companies were dispatched by my warranty company but declined to assist. They advised me to go back to original company. For obvious reasons I was gravely concerned about that. It had been six months without a working unit.

I reached out to a couple companies, one of which was AC Tech, Inc. Tom came out; he listened to my concerns, assessed the situation and quoted me a price. As you can imagine, I was a little nervous and skeptical at that point about being ripped off again. However, he offered assurance that AC Tech could handle the job. Jason and team were dispatched and did an awesome job! I highly recommend AC Tech, Inc.
