Not even interested in giving us an estimate on replacing a full 4 ton unit in a home. So how do you get new customers? What a joke.

Called ac tech service they came out earlier than expected Jason found the problem within minutes he replaced the start capacitor and burnt wire and had us running in no time he explained everything in detail very helpful and very responsible thanks Jason your the man we will use them again very satisfied with them it’s hard to find honest people like ac tech.

Well living in Florida especially in the summer months you know the heat index can reach over 100 plus degrees I was upstairs working on my computer and it was nice and cool after a couple hours I noticed it got extremely warm I look to see how warm it was and it was 83° and the temperature gauge that I had it set on was 75 ° so I called my buddies at AC Tech they're more than my buddies they're like family I told him my problems and out of there very very busy schedule they didn't hesitate they knew exactly what was wrong got the part well to my house and fixed it and it turns out now I live in Azalea Ridge where the builders take shortcuts and my brother installed correctly it's a part that was wrong with my AC outside and as soon as I waiting for the part in it came on and my AC is cold now appreciate JC Tech you're the greatest love you guys

I called about 1810 and the tech came about 1920. The problem was a capacitor, and he replaced it in not time. He was gone before 2000. The tech was concern about the floor in the house, once he saw the floor he ask to use the door on the outside fence. I will call them the next time that I have an issue

We use A/C Tech Services as one of our vendors for repairs/replacements in our property management company, they provide prompt and courteous service and we are very pleased with them.

Good professional crew. Came back the next day and rebuilt the box over the inside unit just to be certain it would function more efficiently. The price was right for a good Trane system.

I am a landlord and I keep using A/C Tech over and over again. These are reasonable people and not the money sharks like some of the others. Best of all they are true experts in their field so I know my problems will be well taken care of.

Made an appointment with them for today between 9am and 12 pm. Asked for a 30 minute call ahead to ensure we would be ready as we are in the process of selling our home. It is now 4 pm and no call and no show after I stayed home from work this morning to be at the appointment. Pretty sad customer service.

Absolutely phenomenal. Chuck came out and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He ran several tests to ensure his diagnosis was correct. They are very honest and incredibly professional. If you need an AC tech these are your guys.

Called a month ago, took a week before they sent a tech. He couldn't fix the problem and said Chuck would call and schedule to come out in a couple of days. No call, no show. So I called the office left a message. No one returned my call. Finally talked to Chuck this morning, he said he had been out of town for a week. Really it's now a month since my initial call. Chuck said he would call me back later today. Well its after 5 and we know they are closed for the day. Looks like I'm taking my business elsewhere. So sad they can't service the equipment they installed.

My a/c quit working yesterday morning. I called and a repairman came within an hour and determined quickly that it was a capacitor. He replaced it, charged me a reasonable amount, he even showed me what a capacitor looks like. I have used them many times and will continue to do so.

Called last minute about service. They didn't have an opening but the owner said he was going to come check out my unit himself. Came right away and didn't try to sell me a new unit. Gave me great advice for maintenance and didn't even try to sell me a new unit to replace my 18 year old unit. Great company. Will definitely call again.

I can’t recommend these people enough! Our AC stopped cooling, and despite calling later in the day, they were able to get a technician out to my house the same day! Very informative and fair prices, I will absolutely be using their services in the future.

AC has been our go-to for all AC needs for 7 years. Never had any problems with tardiness or failure to make sure we know what needs to be done and review all costs "prior" to the service being completed. Great group of reps and techs.
