Reviews of local pros in Orange Park, Florida

Joe came out and provided an estimate when he said he would, price was fair, he started and completed work as he said he would. VERY TRUSTWORTHY!!!! All work was performed in a professional manner and my newly sealed pool pavers look great!

Joe the owner and Andrew were on time and very professional, they powerwashed my home and cleaned the windows, my gutters and soffits look new again very pleased with there work. Highly recommend.

Very professional service took her time to clean I was very satisfied will definitely use her again and referred her to other people.

Yavonda and her team do a wonderful, detailed cleaning of our home. Always mindful and receptive to our requests. We are lucky to be in her “rotation”!

Me and my husband were very satisfied with her and her cleaning team they did a deep clean at mother inlaw house and did a wonderful job we were very happy that we will continue to use her services teach month thank you.

The team did an excellent job again cleaning our house, driveway and pool area. We’ve used them every year.

Dream Clean did a fabulous job cleaning and sealing my pavers around the pool. The screen covering the pool is clean of pine straw and leaves and the pavers look fantastic. Thanks Dream Clean.

They cleaned the whole area around my house and it almost looks brand new. I need to find out what chemicals they used to clean the concrete and use them more often myself. Very good company to have to clean your property for any sort of event or gathering.

Wonderful team and our second time using! Sealed our driveway and our new pool deck enclosure. Highly recommend the Dream Clean Team!

Did a great job on paver cleaning & sealing. My only comment is that the clean up could have been a bit better. Had a lot of sand left on my driveway from the process, but it wasn't a showstopper. I would use this business again!

Dream Lights Florida installed Christmas lights on my home and we could not be more pleased. Lights are custom cut and when I had a question they were very responsive. We have been wanting to decorate the outside for years but had been unable to get to it or find a company that was fair in pricing and actually followed through. I would definitely recommend and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

Phil was on time, very friendly, and knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced. Would recommend

We had a difficult roof to clean. Vegetative growth as well as the pitch. Dream clean took extra measures to make sure the job was done to our approval. Everyone was friendly and professional. Price was competitive. I would recommend their service

Very bad experience with this company. They came to our home to seal our pavers and pressure wash our pool cage. After the work was done they put chemicals on the pool cage that ruined the paint. To make matters worse, they tried to cover the areas of the damaged pool cage with spray paint, and proceeded to use the wrong paint and it now looks like graffiti all over our cage. The owner did admit fault and claimed to fix it, but now how disappeared for over two weeks and has not returned my calls or texts. These guys are bad news - Stay away from Dream Clean.

Fantastic job cleaning our home from the top to bottom! Thank you!

We're so thankful we found Dream Clean online! I reached out, received a reply, they stopped by, and had our home completed the next day! Our home was built in the 1960's, is original aluminum siding and very fragile. They treated 'her' with respect and gently and 'she' is the beautiful bright white she originally was! This team is professional, pleasant to work with and worth that investment to keep your property cared for! Highly recommend!!!

Dream Clean came out this morning and gave us a quote on cleaning our tile roof and our pool cage. They were then able to come back this afternoon to do the work. They were very professional and worked quickly but safely. When done they asked if we were satisfied with their work and was there anything else they could do.
All in all, a great experience. I highly recommend them.

Tech was an hour late. Appointment was early in the morning at 9:00 Am and did not arrive until about 10:30
Back patio was very poorly cleaned if cleaned at all (pictures provided)
Streaks left on back patio

Excellent service and professional soft wash of our roof and pressure washing of roof peaks. On time and did a superb job cleaning it up. Highly recommend them.

Love the work they did for us. They were very professional, friendly, and communication was on point at all times. They washed the house, re- sanded and sealed our pavers, added two squares of pavers for our corn hole boards, and installed lights in our back yard.

I have hired Dream Clean of Florida twice now for pressure washing services, and paver sealing. They did a fantastic job on both occasions, and were very thorough! This will be the only company I contact from now on for my power washing needs - I highly recommend their services!
