Reviews of local pros in Orange Park, Florida

The team at Dream Clean did an excellent job pressure washing our home, driveway and adjacent concrete. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. We look forward to also having them seal our new pavers after the install is complete as well. Highly recommend!

The Dream Clean of FL team has been so easy to work with, from first making the appointment with Robin, for the estimate to finishing the agreed upon work. John and team were very thorough in the cleaning work at my home, it is sparkling now!!!

I will definitely call on them for my future cleaning needs as they did an outstanding job here.

Dream Clean of Florida cleaned our house, roof, and white vinyl fence today. They did a fantastic job! Everything looks brand new! John and Robin are professional, so pleasant, and wonderful to work with you from the scheduling to the payment! They are definitely a 5 star in my opinion. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dream Clean did a fabulous job cleaning my home and driveway. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them in the future.

The Dream Clean team did a great job cleaning up my pavers, adding sand where needed, and sealing them. My patio looks brand new again heading into spring. Highly recommend.

Absolutely great Company. I had some algae on my roof. Phil came out and cleaned the roof in a few hours and it looks brand new again. Highly recommend these guys.

Thank you for a great service always!!

Dream clean did an excellent job cleaning my fence and pressure washing my house and my driveway. Would definitely recommend them.

We have used Phil several years to pressure wash our driveway and also to do soft washes on some roofs. After he’s done I have to wear sunglasses to walk on the driveways they are so bright and clean. Thanks, we will continue to call you for all future cleaning.

Amazing work and excellent customer service!! I'd give Dream Clean 10 stars if I could! My Husband fought me so hard on wanting to take this project on himself, but with so many other things on the to-do list, and a short period of time before listing our home for sale, he hesitantly agreed to hiring a company for pressure washing (he really enjoys the task himself!). :) We chose Dream Clean after looking at reviews, and a personal recommendation from a family member. After seeing the work done, we were both blown away with how awesome of a job he did!!! He worked quickly but carefully, and was thorough despite several spots around our home that needed a LOT of attention. Worth EVERY penny, and definitely a service I will hire again and again, multiple times a year at our new place so it stays looking fresh and new year round!!

Don't hesitate in hiring Dream Clean of Florida!! :)

(I'll add photos if I can get ahold of any before/after!)

We had our pavers cleaned and sealed and our house pressure washed. We were very pleased with the quality of work and how nice all the employees were . Chis went above and beyond to insure our satisfaction. John you have an amazing crew . I would recommend them anyone needing this service. 5 stars from the O'Neal's

We've used Phil for pressure cleaning our house the past two years, and he’s done an excellent job each time. We have both brick and vinyl surfaces, and he knows exactly what to use on each to get everything clean without causing damage. He’s professional, reliable, and recently worked us into his schedule quickly before a party, which we really appreciated! Thank you!

Highly recommend Phil if you’re looking for high-quality, knowledgeable service!

Very Professional and did an excellent job. I was debating to get new gutters because I didn’t think they could be saved….. Dream Clean came in and made them look brand new. We did a soft wash on the entire house. Definitely will be using them again.

Phil and his team did a fantastic job! My pavers were faded and unattractive. After Dream Clean finished their multi-step restoration process, they looked brand new. I couldn’t be happier.

If you’re looking for nothing but the best in getting your home or driveway cleaned, look no further than Dream Clean of Florida! I have used them at my business and home and they are responsive and prompt! Give them a call and you won’t be disappointed.

Dream Clean is absolutely amazing! I am elderly and it is difficult for me many times to move things around. This gentleman came in and moved everything for me and replaced it with the utmost patience and grace. I am so impressed with how my home looks not only from my yard, but also from the street. I’m more than highly recommend this company to anybody who is considering getting their house soft washed. They should be the standard bearers for all companies engaging in this type of business I will be a repeat customer for many many years.

Had them do my old house to make it look good to sell. And came out amazing and truelly helped sell the house quick!! Then had them come touch up my new place! Professional and respectful! And amazing quality work!

The cleaning job turned out better than expected.
Phil and his crew were well prepared and have top shelf cleaning equipment. They are not by any measure a guy and a truck with an undersized pressure washer. Not only will we use them again I highly recommend them to anyone needing professional cleaning.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Worked with my schedule and followed up a week later to ensure I was satisfied. Came back and reapplied cleaner to my roof as it needed additional cleaning for no charge.
